Question answer

- Shipping cost?
Delivery is calculated based on the remoteness of your object, from the warehouse, as well as the tonnage and dimensions of the products.

- Where are you taking it from?
Delivery is carried out directly from production. Production facilities are located throughout the central region, and before entering our network, it undergoes strict quality control by the legal, accounting and quality departments.

- Where's the post office?
For the convenience of users, we have made a system for distributing the load on managers, if mail is checked by 1 person, this significantly slows down work or even leads to the fact that read letters are lost. You can leave a request through the form at the top of the site “Leave a request”, it will go to a free manager and you will be called back within 5 minutes.

- Do you have a mobile number?
For the convenience of users, we have made a system for distributing the load on managers, if a mobile phone is specified, then only 1 person can talk on it, and it will be difficult to get through to him during the season.

- Why so expensive?
The price of a product consists of several components, the main of which is the cost of the material, which determines the quality of the final product. There is also a factory margin and a trading company margin, we work on the terms of a dealer discount, therefore we do not have a margin separate from the factory, we earn on the fact that the factory shares with us part of its profits, and we, in turn, provide the factory with volume to ensure uninterrupted operation .

- Why can't you order less than 15 thousand? Do you only work in wholesale?
Some items are made in nearby areas and the delivery of these items adds a significant cost to the product. We have calculated that when ordering more than 15 thousand, the benefit from purchasing products from us becomes greater. If you have a small request for products that are manufactured in your area, it will be cheaper to purchase products at the nearest factories. Unfortunately, at the moment we do not have a single plant in the Moscow region that has passed our quality control.

- Where can I pick it up?
The products are manufactured at different factories, the region and the city can tell you the manager, because the factory is different for each product.

- Why such an expensive delivery?
Delivery is calculated based on the distance of the object from the warehouse of the plant. The shipping cost is divided by the number of items based on the weight of the product, ordering 1 item, the entire shipping cost will fall on it, but if there are 10 items in the order, the shipping cost will be equally distributed among these 10 items.

- Do you work with VAT?
Yes, Beton Project LLC works for OSNO and is a VAT payer. All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT.

- Why is only the office listed on the site, and not the factory?
We are a dealer of factories and carry out our activities at the office address. Because in our list there is a solid number of plants that have passed our check, it is not rational to post all the addresses of plants with products in order to complicate the search for the right plant. If you are interested in where you can take out this or that product, you can always check with the Manager or use our delivery.

- Do you have a warehouse in Moscow?
We do not have a warehouse in Moscow or the Moscow region, because this will negatively affect the value of the goods, because it will entail additional costs.

- What kind of plant? What is the name of?
Products are manufactured at different factories, you can always come to the factory and see for yourself the quality of our products. Also, if you have any doubts, you can pay for the products directly to the factory.

Telephone wells: types and installation features

The main structural element in laying underground communications, including telephone lines, are reinforced concrete telephone wells. Their use allows avoiding frequent repairs associated with damage to cable lines, as well as facilitating their ongoing maintenance.

Telephone wells can be of various sizes. The method of installation and the type of well that is most suitable depends on the installation area. So, for the roadway, wells of the KKS-4 and KKS-5 categories are most suitable, having not only significant dimensions, but also a high degree of resistance to excessive mechanical loads. And for the dacha installation option, shallow wells of the KKS-1 and KKS-2 types are ideal, and if desired, they can be of reduced height.

Telephone wells are made of heavy concrete grade M200 and consist of an upper typical octagonal part and a reinforced concrete slab, they can be branched and through. Installation of telephone wells is carried out using electric welding along the contour of the hatch of the upper floor. At the same time, the niches of the wells are concreted to prevent moisture from getting inside. The lower cover of the telephone wells also has a drain for water coming from the ground.

Communication cable ducts

Cable ducts are installed at a distance of 70 - 100 meters from each other. In addition, they are necessary at turns and intersections of tracks. In essence, they are viewing devices, through which new cables are tightened and old cables are repaired. In shape, they are not at all like water canal wells - as a rule, they are not deep (from 0.8 to 2.5 m) and have a special shape. Recently, more and more often they are made of plastic.

Unlike the rings of underground structures of the water utility, the wells of the connected sewerage are solid, or assembled from two halves. They have a square (KKS-1), hexagonal (KKS-2), octagonal (KKS-3, KKS-4, KKS-5) shape. Numbers from the second to the fifth are elongated and if the track does not turn, then the wells are turned along it.

A larger serial number corresponds to a larger size. The type of the designed well is selected based on the required number of channels: KKS-1 is designed for the input of one pipeline channel, KKS-2 - two channels, KKS-3 - up to six channels inclusive, KKS-4 - up to twelve channels and KKS-5 - up to twenty four channels. For more channels, special wells KKSS-1 and KKSS-2 are installed, they are designed to enter up to thirty-six and forty-eight pipeline channels, respectively.

KKS wells are reinforced concrete and have special embedded bolts and niches inside for subsequent knocking out of holes. They differ in the permissible load on the cover and, accordingly, the reinforced version is designed for installation on the carriageway of the street.

Depending on the manufacturing company, there may be some modifications. For example, KKS-4 in the photo on the left has rounded sidewalls, you can’t call it octagonal anymore. Other design changes are also possible.

Separate case wells station - KKSst. They are almost always built in a special way. The number of designed channels, turns, existing sewerage and other features are taken into account.

Supporting reinforced concrete ring under the hatch of the well

In all types of wells between the concrete body and the cast-iron manhole, reinforced concrete support rings are placed on the mortar. The number of these rings is selected to set the desired height of the hatch cover, usually one or two.
