Ointment egg vinegar and butter application. Recipes for the treatment of heel spurs using vinegar and eggs. Home experiments for children

When the trees were taller and dinosaurs roamed the earth, many of us curiously twisted boiled and raw eggs on the table: for some reason, the latter did not want to rotate! You can’t surprise children of the Internet era with such tricks, so we have collected some entertaining scientific experiments that will help kids expand their horizons in a playful way. To do this, in addition to the eggs themselves, you will need a few simple ingredients that are sure to be found in every home.

rubber egg

We place the chicken egg in a glass with 9% vinegar for a period of 6 to 12 hours. During this time, a leisurely process of interaction of the calcium contained in the eggshell with the acid of the vinegar takes place. The chemical reaction is accompanied by the release of carbon dioxide: you can see that bubbles appear on the surface of the shell.

After a while, the shell completely dissolves, and the egg is in a thin shell. You can play with this egg a little. If you carefully throw it on the table, it will bounce like a rubber ball. But be careful - this shell can easily burst, and the contents will stain everything around. By the way, it turns out very beautifully if you highlight the egg with a flashlight in the dark.

You can then dip the egg into corn syrup and watch the egg turn into a deflated ball. If after that the egg is immersed in water and wait for some time (about 24 hours), then it will “inflate” and return to its original shape.

Egg in toothpaste

You probably remember this “trick” from the old Blendamed commercial. As in the previous experiment, we will need an egg and vinegar, as well as any toothpaste (marketers somehow forgot to mention this). We spread half of the egg with paste and immerse it in a glass with 9% vinegar. We leave for 12 hours. After the time has passed, you will see that the “protected” half of the shell has loosened a little, and the half not covered with toothpaste has completely lost its shell.

It's time to discuss what you see with your baby. Eggshells are predominantly composed of calcium carbonate, which reacts remarkably well with acids and breaks down in the process. The teeth of children and adults are also destroyed by acids. That's why it's so important to take care of your smile regularly.

Egg in a bottle

This trick is as old as the world and quite famous, but not everyone tried to repeat it at home on their own. For the experience you will need: a hard-boiled egg, a bottle, matches or a lighter, candles, scissors and paper. So let's get started...

Cut off a paper strip (20 x 2.5 cm). Light the strip gently on one end and drop it into the bottle. Put an egg, previously peeled, on the neck of the bottle. Watch how the paper itself goes out, and the egg falls into the bottle. How do you get the egg back? Just blow hard on the bottle and it will pop out by itself!

floating egg

Gently place the egg in a glass of plain, clean water. As expected, it will sink to the bottom (if not, the egg may be rotten and should not be returned to the refrigerator). Pour warm water into the second glass and stir 4-5 tablespoons of salt in it. For the purity of the experiment, you can wait until the water cools down. Then dip the second egg into the water. It will float near the surface.

Explanation: It's all about the density of the liquid. The average density of an egg is much greater than that of plain water, so it is not surprising that the egg sinks. And the density of the saline solution is noticeably higher, so that the egg rises. For the same reason, it is easier to learn to swim in the sea than in a lake or river.

Egg yolk out

Have you ever tried "inside out"? To create this miracle, we will need a regular chicken egg, some transparent duct tape, a pair of tights, a flashlight, a few ice cubes and a small wire. To begin, illuminate the egg with a flashlight. Pay attention to the color of the egg and remember it. Now wrap the egg with tape up and down. It is better to leave the “poles” unwrapped, that is, the top and bottom of the egg (this will be useful later). Take a pair of tights and tie a tight knot at one end. Place the egg inside and tie the other end of the pantyhose with wire to hold the egg firmly in place.

Take the ends of the pantyhose and begin to rotate the egg. Spin, spin, spin. Now take a flashlight and illuminate the egg again. As soon as the egg stops transmitting light, dip it in cold salted water and begin to cook it over medium heat, without removing the adhesive tape, for about 10 minutes, constantly turning over. Turn off the heat and leave in the water for 5 minutes. Then put the egg on ice. Now you can remove the tape and peel the egg from the shell. Cut in half and see what a miracle you have created!

Ask the child: how does it seem to him, why did the yolk and protein change places? Of course, the kid is unlikely to guess. Explain that when you spun a raw egg, as if you were spinning it in a washing machine, the thin shell of the yolk broke apart. It turned out two "free" liquids with different densities. And since the yolk is still heavier, centrifugal force pressed it against the walls of the shell.

Egg Walk

An ordinary eggshell, despite its thinness, is not such a delicate thing. It is easy to break it - but if you squeeze the egg between your palms, you need to make a noticeable effort to crush it. Such strength is explained by the convex shape of the egg - with uniform pressure, the stress is distributed throughout the shell and does not allow it to break. For the same reason, the arch is a strong and reliable architectural solution.

Can raw eggs support a person's weight? This is what we have to find out experimentally. You will need: two dozen eggs in cells, as well as a garbage bag or oilcloth (to lay on the floor, just in case). The first step is to check the eggs in the boxes - and replace if there is a cracked egg. It is also worth checking that all eggs are oriented in the same direction - either with sharp ends up or blunt.

If you place your foot correctly, evenly distributing the weight, you can stand or walk barefoot on the balls. If you don’t want extreme from careless movement, you can put a thin board or tile on top of the eggs - and go!

Did you know that if you put an egg in vinegar for two days, the shell will dissolve and the egg will become elastic. Under the influence of vinegar, the calcium that makes up the shell dissolves and disappears in the form of gas bubbles. It turns out a funny egg that looks like jelly. If you experiment with a boiled egg, then it will become elastic, like a rubber ball.

Pour table vinegar (9%) into a transparent glass and dip a chicken egg into it. Carbon dioxide immediately begins to be released from the surface of the egg.

The shell of bird eggs is 90 percent calcium carbonate. Therefore, when interacting with acid, it begins to decompose, releasing CO2.

After 12 - 15 hours, we look at what happened. Calcium has dissolved from the surface of the egg. Only the film between the shell and the egg remained intact.

Remove the egg from the vinegar and rinse under running water.

The egg increased slightly in size as it was soaked with vinegar.

There is no shell and you can play with an egg like a ball. The film is very thin and, therefore, can break if handled carelessly.

Now this rubber egg can be seen through.

Attention: Eating such an egg is prohibited!

Experiments with« Egg and Vinegar»

Target: to give children the opportunity to understand that the protective shell is destroyed from exposure to harmful factors (egg shell).

For experience we need one egg and a glass of vinegar.

Children first touch egg.

Which egg shell is strong, then let the glass smell vinegar- not all children liked the smell.

After that we drop egg in a glass of vinegar and leave for a day.

Take out in a day vinegar egg the shell will become soft and flexible. Tell the kid what vinegar dissolves minerals contained in egg shells (namely, they give the shell strength). If 3-4 days hold in chicken bone vinegar, it will also become soft. Approximately the same effect on the enamel of our teeth acid secreted by bacteria in the oral cavity. So for the little stubborn ones who don't want to brush their teeth, this an experience will be very revealing.

Conclusion: the children came to the conclusion that if the egg shell is destroyed under the influence of harmful factors, then the enamel of our teeth, if they are not cleaned, is also destroyed. Teeth should be brushed twice a day, morning and evening.

Not many people thought about what would happen if an egg was put in vinegar. This activity can be done with elementary and middle school children. Then your crumbs will shine with knowledge in the field of chemistry, as well as in the lessons of the world around. It is time not to think, but to experiment with egg and vinegar. Instructions in our article.

What you need for the experiment

For this experiment, you need to have two chicken eggs on hand. Although you will observe amazing properties only on one of them. But you will need the second for comparison. In our experience, there were two brown eggs. You will also need a glass, but you also need to use two of them. And, of course, a bottle of Amazing Vinegar and Egg is low-cost and budget-friendly. This is its main advantage. The two eggs you take for the experiment should be the same color and size. And, in general, they should not differ from each other in any way. The main thing is that they fit into the glasses you have prepared. Check that the test eggs are intact, without any chips or cracks.

and vinegar. Stage one: preparatory

Fill the first glass with ordinary tap water. But not to the brim, because when the egg is immersed in a glass, the contents will pour out. To prevent this from happening, fill 2/3 cup with liquid. You fill the second vessel with vinegar in the same proportions.

Stage two: experimental

Let's start with vinegar. You immerse the first fruit in a glass of water, and the second in a bowl of vinegar. An egg in a glass of water is necessary in order to compare the changes and transformations that have taken place with that in vinegar. Don't be stingy with another copy, as experimenting with egg and vinegar will show the difference and change with them in the first minute.

Stage Three: Observation

A chicken egg in acid instantly covered with small bubbles. After 10 minutes, it begins to somehow strangely fluctuate in a glass. And then it floats to the surface of the vinegar in the vessel. While in a glass of acid there is a chemical reaction with an egg, in a bowl of water there is absolute peace. The egg just lies at the bottom of the glass. What happens in a glass of vinegar is very interesting to watch. Just take a closer look at how beautiful the egg looks, covered with small bubbles that periodically float to the surface. The experiment with egg and vinegar can be done for a long time. True, after two hours it does not look as beautiful as at the beginning of the experiment. A brown stain formed on the surface of the vinegar.

Stage four: observation after 12 hours

Our curiosity has not disappeared, so we continue the experiment with egg and vinegar. After 12 - 15 hours the situation has not changed much. The brown stain deepened, the foam on the surface of the vinegar thickened, and the bubbles covering the egg grew larger. Where do you think the brown spot came from? Yes, yes, this is the same brown egg shell.

Stage five: observation after 20 hours

So the moment has come when you can remove the eggs from the dishes with liquids. The chicken fruit, which was in a glass of water, outwardly, in our opinion, has not changed in any way. What can not be said about the egg, which was in acetic acid. Attention! It is necessary to extract this egg from vinegar with the help of improvised means, whether it be a spoon or large tongs. Pay attention to what properties it has acquired. The remains of the brown shell can be wiped off with your finger, it has become very soft. Rinse it under running clean water. And now, it is not at all the same as it was at the beginning of our experiment. Only the shape of this object will remind you of the egg. Now it has turned into a jumper. But do not rush to beat him on the floor. The changes with the egg have been amazing.

Stage Six: Discovering New Functions in the Vinegar Egg

Our egg has become elastic, elastic and translucent. This means that you can make a unique night light out of it. Since it has become translucent, if you shine a flashlight into the egg, you can see how the yolk moves in it. If there is a strong desire, then you can even make a musical light show to surprise your friends at one of the house parties. In our opinion, it looks very beautiful and unusual.

How to make color music

For this invention, you will need a music speaker with color music. Cover the excess LEDs with dark duct tape or whatever you have on hand. Place the egg on the exposed light bulbs and enjoy the effect.

If you are tired of color music

The moment will come when you want to do something new and unusual with this egg, then you can test it for strength. If it is tossed to a small height above the surface, then the egg, due to its elasticity, will slightly bounce from the landing site for short distances. This game can be continued until the shell breaks through. The protective film of the jumping egg turned out to be quite dense. The yolk was no different from the usual, except for the sharp smell of vinegar.

An amazing experiment with vinegar and an egg: how to make it rubber

This experience will last for three days. In the same way, you take a chicken egg, immerse it in acetic acid, leave it for three days. A few days later, you use the same tools to extract the egg from food acetic acid. It will no longer be as resilient and elastic as the egg was in the main experiment. But in this case, it will not be able to burst.

Easter egg

This is how Orthodox traditions have developed that it is customary to paint chicken eggs on the bright holiday of Easter. Dye is added to a glass of hot water. Depending on the method of preparation, table vinegar is added in the same way. It is necessary in order to make the egg shell loose, that is, to release some of the carbon to the surface (just in the form of the film that we observed on the surface of vinegar). But coloring an egg does not last 20 hours, but only a few minutes. Due to this, the surface of the shell becomes slightly loose, particles of paint fall into micro-holes, thereby the egg acquires the color we need.

Study science, experiment and always remember that chemical experiments are carried out under adult supervision and in chemical protection suits.

Not everyone knows that such, in principle, a simple product like an egg can be used not only as food, but also used in such qualities:

  • as a medicine (treatment of barley, runny nose, weight loss agent);
  • as a magical element (damage, evil eye);
  • as an ingredient in cosmetic products (face and hair masks, skin creams);
  • as a component of therapeutic ointments (for joints, from heel spurs).

Vinegar and egg ointment- This is a folk remedy for the treatment of all kinds of diseases associated with the limbs (mainly with the legs), which has come to us since very ancient times.

Surely, many people know the fact that an eggshell, consisting of calcium, can completely dissolve in vinegar - the recipe for this ointment is based on this particular chemical reaction.

Another ointment recipe using an egg ingredient will help heal burns and other complex wounds or scars. Traditional medicine advises to cook in such cases.

Hard boil (10-15 minutes) a dozen eggs. Then separate the yolks from the protein, put them in a bowl that can be tightly closed with a lid - a “duckling” or “goose” will do. Put the saucepan in the oven for at least three hours (or four). Do not open the lid until the time has elapsed.

The result is a homogeneous mass, which is rubbed into places of burns or wounds. The only drawback of the remedy can be called a short shelf life, but the results of the folk remedy are amazing.

This folk remedy is famous for its amazing effect, which can be obtained not only from external, but also from internal use. She treats such serious diseases as eczema, burn wounds, fungal areas of the skin, tonsillitis, tonsillitis, diseases of the female reproductive system, including cyst resorption, and many, many other ailments.

The preparation is very easy and at home. Ingredients should be taken only the freshest and certainly natural.

We will need:

  • beeswax (volume two match heads),
  • unrefined sunflower oil (2 cups)
  • and boiled yolk of a fresh chicken egg.
  1. We take bulk dishes, pour vegetable oil into it and bring it to a temperature when the oil begins to crackle.
  2. We throw the wax and stir until it is completely dissolved.
  3. After grinding the yolk to a gruel, add it to the heated wax oil - during this manipulation, the oil will begin to increase greatly in volume, therefore, within 5-8 minutes you will have to monitor the level of the cooked mass and periodically remove the dishes from the fire.
  4. After the specified time, the resulting mixture must be filtered and cooled.
  5. It is advised to store the product in the refrigerator - the shelf life does not exceed three months.

It gives an amazing effect in a short time - reviews of the application everywhere and on each site speak of the wonderful properties of this tool. It turns out that you can take care of your health without having a lot of money.
