There is no cold water in the bathroom. Residents of the village of Emmaus found themselves in a difficult situation: hot water disappeared from their homes

Residents of the village of Emmaus, like, perhaps, no one else in the Tver region, are waiting for the start of the heating season, because then hot water who has been gone for five months now. Former Management Company bankrupt, new - has no right to work, has not received a license.

In the village of Emmaus, they have not seen hot water for 4 months now, it was turned off due to the debts of the management company, but where the 8 million went is a mystery. Residents assure that the rent was paid regularly and on time.

Somehow, Galina Savvichna has been living since May 3 - hot water was turned off right on her birthday, without warning. The fault is the management company, which owes about 10 million for gas. It was turned off, and the local boiler house stopped working. The pensioner goes through the bills and wonders where their money has gone. Grandson of Milan due cold water He has a cold all the time - I even had to pick him up from kindergarten.

This situation is not only in kindergarten but also at school. Children are cold, and due to problems with the boiler house, it is now unknown whether they will provide heat. Summer interruptions hot water in the village of Emmaus could even be called ordinary.

"It was in 2008. The same thing happened in 2009, when there was no hot water for more than 3 months. In 2010, there was no hot water again for 4 months," said Valery Galyantov.

But this time all records are broken. On top of that, the only bathhouse was closed. In addition, the company, which usually turned on the water along with heating by autumn, is ruined.

Perhaps the fate of the settlement was determined by its original name - Devil's Pit. According to legend, Catherine II, passing by, decided to rename it to the harmonious biblical Emmaus. But there is still hell in communal affairs: the former communal services are no longer responsible for anything, and there is still nothing to ask from the future.

But the deceived gas workers assure that nothing good can be expected - the new tenants of the boiler house do not even have a license to operate it. "To date, we have not concluded an agreement - we do not supply gas to OAO Vinya and are still waiting for the administration of the village to take measures to pay off the debt to us," says Maxim Koltypin, a representative of Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Tver.

"This is an illegal demand, that is, they want to get the money they lost. Since this organization is bankrupt, it is clear that they will not see this money. But we can do absolutely nothing here," Olga Kozlova, head of the Emmaus settlement, said.

The village administration sympathizes with the public utilities, who, in their opinion, have been working at a loss for 3 years. The whole reason is in the gas boiler house, which was built, hoping that the village would grow.

“There are three huge boilers in it, which, while heating and supplying hot water to the village, are constantly operating unprofitably,” says Tatyana Yakovleva, deputy head of the Emmaus settlement. “About 30% of the heat energy is constantly being emitted.”

The boiler house also burned down 10 million utility bills of the villagers. To remedy the situation, you need to rebuild the boiler room. And that's another 31 million. There is simply no such money in the local budget. In the meantime, the administration of the village only promises - hot water will appear, as usual, along with heating. And the residents can only believe, because in the fall there is no hope for the sun.

Since Saturday in Yekaterinburg there have been serious interruptions in hot water supply. Complaints come from residents of different areas of the city - from Blue Stones to VIZ. As Novyi Den has already written, part of the consumers was disconnected from supply due to scheduled repairs at the Novo-Sverdlovsk CHPP. But it affected only the residents of Komsomolskoye (zhBI), Blue Stones, Pioneer, Parkovoe, and Berezovsky. The repair will last from 12 to 24 August.

T-plus, which owns the power facility, once again emphasized that the repair was planned, and they warned about it in advance. “Notifications about repairs and limitation of hot water supply were sent to the housing and communal services organizations on August 9-10. It is the responsibility of the management of housing and communal services organizations to notify residents by posting announcements on entrance doors and information boards, ”the T-plus press service recalled. Which, however, did not remove the question of why three-day pressure tests were warned a month, and then two weeks before them, and about a global two-week repair - only two days in advance. ZhBI residents note that announcements from management companies appeared on information boards, but already on the eve of the shutdown.

The problem also lies in the fact that so far neither power engineers nor public utilities can clearly answer why hot water has disappeared not only in areas that are powered by the Novo-Sverdlovsk CHPP, but also in the Center, Zheleznodorozhny district, on VIZ. So, on Saturday, in the emergency service of the management company "Verkh-Isetskaya", residents who managed to get through the queue of callers (waiting for an operator's response was delayed up to half an hour) completely implausible version that the hot water supply was turned off due to "emergency repairs at the CHP". At which CHP, however, the employees of the Criminal Code did not say, nor did they report how long the shutdown would last. “They themselves don’t know yet when they will fix it,” a VIZ resident quotes an emergency gang operator.

The situation was somewhat clarified in the same "T-plus". “The Central Dispatching Service of the Yekaterinburg Heating Network Company received an application for emergency repair boiler of Sredneuralskaya GRES. According to the approved schedule, Sredneuralskaya GRES must provide up to 4,800 tons of make-up per hour to cover the shortage of make-up from the Novo-Sverdlovskaya CHPP and provide hot water supply to consumers. At the moment, due to repairs, make-up from the station is 1600 tons per hour, the coolant parameters have been reduced to 44 degrees. Due to the shortage of water and the decrease in parameters, a partial restriction of consumers has been introduced in the city center, Verkh-Isetsky district, on Sortirovka. SUGRES plans to restore required level make-up and coolant temperature due to a change in the composition of heat-generating equipment today by 16.00,” the company’s press service said.

Meanwhile, the press service of PJSC Enel-Russia refutes the information about the accident: “Since July 30, after the completion of the scheduled repair of the heating complex, SUGRES has been operating as normal, providing hot water parameters in accordance with the requirements of dispatchers of heat supply organizations. Since August 14, in connection with the request of the heat supply company, SUGRES has put into operation backup equipment to increase the volume of heat carrier supply to the main networks.”
