When will build svh. Northeast chord. What is ready on the section from Dmitrovskoye Highway to Festivalnaya Street

The new North-Eastern chord will pass from the side of the Oktyabrskaya railway (western) and will provide an entrance to the capital of the Moscow-St. Petersburg toll highway. The plan for the construction of new ones was approved in 2012. At the same time, the projects of both chords - both western and eastern - were agreed. At the same time, among other activities, the reconstruction of the intersection of Leningradsky Prospekt and Ul. Trade union with MKAD.

Highway location

Along the periphery, the North-Eastern chord should connect the northern and south-eastern parts of the capital, that is, the most densely populated areas.

In the east, in one part, it will go along the Moscow Ring Road. This road will connect such major highways as Schelkovskoye, Altufevskoye, Izmailovskoye and Otkrytoye. From the Businovskaya interchange, motorists will leave in two directions - to the northwest and northeast. At the same time, the Moscow Ring Road in the south will have to be expanded if the authorities decide to extend both chords to it. It is also possible that these highways will be connected by the Southern Rokada. This was announced back in 2012 by the deputy mayor for urban planning

The north-eastern chord, firstly, will connect the capital with the western bypass of Odintsovo, and secondly, it will descend in the east to the Veshnyaki-Lyubertsy interchange. After that, it is planned to build a highway along which it will be possible to drive to Noginsk.

The project of the section of the chord from the sh. Enthusiasts to MKAD

A feature of the project of the North-East Chord is that it is being developed in parts.

In 2012, projects for sections were approved - from the Businovskaya interchange to the street. Festivalnaya and the overpass at the intersection of the street. Taldomskaya from the Oktyabrskaya railway. In 2013, the following competitions were announced:

  1. On the site from sh. Enthusiasts to the ring road.
  2. On the site from sh. Izmailovsky to sh. Shchelkovsky.

In the first case, the following activities were planned:

  1. Construction of an interchange at the intersection of the chord with the street. Kuskovskaya.
  2. The construction of a flyover at the intersection with the street. Youth.
  3. Construction of a pedestrian crossing in the place where the North-Eastern Expressway will approach the Moscow Ring Road.
  4. Reconstruction of the railway tracks of the Kazan and Gorky directions.
  5. The connection of the chord with the Veshnyaki-Lyubertsy interchange in the area of the station "Highway of Enthusiasts" on the 8th kilometer of the Moscow Ring Road.

The plan also provided for the construction of pedestrian crossings in the following areas:

  1. Between Vostrukhina and Krasny Kazanets streets.
  2. Between the first Kazan glade and the alley of the First Mayevka.
  3. At the platform and exits (south and north) of the Vykhino metro station.
  4. Between Kuskovskaya glade and Maevok street.
  5. Between Karacharovsky highway and Kuskovskaya.

The length of this section was more than 8.5 km.

Project Schelkovskoye - Izmailovskoye Highway

The project included such activities as the construction of congresses:

  1. On Schelkovskoe highway towards the center.
  2. Through Tkatskaya Street to Okruzhnaya Proezd.
  3. On Okruzhnoy proezd in the direction of sh. Enthusiasts.
  4. From Shchelkovo highway towards Otkrytoye highway along the chord.

And also arrivals:

  • towards the open highway from the street. Soviet;
  • to Schelkovskoe highway from the street. Soviet towards the region;
  • from the 1st lane of the Izmailovsky menagerie.

This section of the North-East Chord is equipped with three flyovers. It is planned to build a tunnel with two lanes, two overground and eight

The triangle will replace the fourth transport ring

As already mentioned, it is possible that the two new highways North-East and North-West will be connected by the South Rokada. The latter will begin at the exit to New Riga, and then to the Aminevskoe highway. However, other projects are in development. In the event that the chords are stretched to the Moscow Ring Road, instead of the CTK, a triangle will turn out. The decision in this case will depend on which project will be cheaper. The lack of transverse highways is something that has recently been clearly manifested in such a large metropolis as Moscow. For this very reason, the North-Eastern chord will be stretched through the entire city.

Travel on two overpasses of the exit, as well as on the railway overpass through the sh. Enthusiasts opened back in 2012. Among other things, a section of the main road was built, almost 2 km long. In total, the project covers about 25 km of roadway. The section of the CCT between sh. Enthusiastov and Izmailovsky should be put into operation in 2015.

Approximate cost of the project

It is assumed that the construction of the North-Eastern Expressway will cost the Moscow authorities 70 billion rubles. Khusnullin said back in August last year that the costs could amount to no more than 30-35 billion rubles.

The authorities had to find the optimal balance between the cost and capacity of the future highway. In the event that a large number of various artificial objects are built, the route will become faster, but also more expensive.

Competition: section from Shchelkovsky highway to Otkrytoye

At the beginning of this year, two overpasses were opened on the interval from the Entuziastov highway to Izmailovsky. The tender for the construction of the next section was announced in December 2013. Its results were summed up in early March of this year. It is planned to build at least three or four lane highways in one direction only. The road will run along the MK MZhD from Schelkovo highway to the street. Losinoostrovskaya. The length of the section will be 3.2 km. This is approximately 10% of the total. According to the project, the following activities will also be carried out on this site:

  • construction of a transport interchange in the area of the intersection of the chord with the Open Highway;
  • construction of two ramps to Otkrytoye Highway from the outside of the highway;
  • arrangement of passage under the Mytishchi overpass with the possibility of a U-turn.

In order for motorists to have the opportunity to exit the Shchelkovo highway onto the chord towards the center, an overpass will be built. There are plans to build another one in the future. A right-turn exit will also be organized to Losinoostrovskaya Street.

After the construction is completed, the North-Eastern Chord, the scheme of which is presented a little higher, will connect many important areas of the city. In 2014, 90 billion rubles were allocated for road construction in the capital. At the same time, it is planned to put into operation 76.6 km of newly built and reconstructed roads.

These strange words in the title are the names of grandiose road construction projects in Moscow. One way or another, you heard them - the North-East Chord, the North-West Chord and the South Rokada. - just an exit from the Schelkovo highway to the temporary storage warehouse in the direction of the Entuziastov highway. And now let's look at these construction sites from the air. The first part on TSW was published by me in May -.

In Moscow, 104 km of roads were built in 2016, which is a record commissioning.

In total, over the past 6 years (between 2011 and 2016), 544 km of roads have been built and put into operation (about 12.5% of the entire existing street and road network of the city), including:
- 162 artificial structures (overpasses, tunnels and bridges) and 160 off-street pedestrian crossings were built;
- 8 outbound highways (126 km) were reconstructed, full-fledged alternates were created, as well as dedicated lanes for public transport with a total length of 150 km (this is 60% of the entire length of the existing dedicated lanes in the city - 250 km), 350 driving pockets were created;
- 13 largest and most complex transport interchanges were built and reconstructed at the intersection of highways with the Moscow Ring Road.

In 2017-2019 it is planned to ensure the commissioning of roads with a length of 353 km; build 61 artificial structures and 36 pedestrian crossings.

All aerial surveys completed sturman from urbanoid.pro . He has on channel on youtube you can find many interesting videos.

1. The diagram shows the mileage only by chords: how much has already been done, what is in work, and what is still being designed.

2. Let's start with South Rokada, where at the intersection with Varshavskoye highway, the first stage of construction is in full swing - the construction of an overpass for Varshavskoye highway.

3. Scheme of the site.

4. The second stage, as I understand it, will be the construction of a tunnel for South Rokada. At least there is such a scheme and rendering.

5. We managed to fly, right before the squall.

6. The construction of the tunnel under the railway will be completed, as usual, without stopping traffic.

7. And now the famous T-junction in the air. This is the junction of the Southern understudy of Kutuzovsky Prospekt with Mosfilmovskaya Street.

16. It is being built parallel to the existing Krylatsky bridge.

17. The superstructure of the old bridge is made in the form of a continuous steel beam with a ride on top, the span formula is 51.2 + 90.0 + 51.2 m. The structure is based on two box-shaped beams 2.5 m high, 2.74 m wide, covered with an orthotropic slab. The beams rest on two common V-shaped supports. The total width of the bridge is 25.4 m, including the carriageway - 18.0 m (4 lanes). As far as I understand, the new bridge will be a copy of the old one according to the scheme.

18. Section of the North-Western Chord from the bridge to the Northern understudy of Kutuzovsky Prospekt.

19. And this is the beginning of work on the construction of a 300-meter cable-stayed bridge through lock No. 9

20. It will connect Narodnogo Opolcheniya Street with Nizhniye Mnevniki over the lock along an oblique line, not far from the existing small Karamyshevsky bridge. At the same time, it is planned to create pedestrian zones and an observation deck on the suspension bridge.

36. Grand construction.

37. Moscow is changing before our eyes

38. In total, 561 km of roads have been built in Moscow over the past 6 years. This is approximately 12.5% of the entire existing street and road network of the city. Reconstruction of 13 transport interchanges at the intersection of major highways with the Moscow Ring Road, 8 outbound highways was carried out. The length of backups and dedicated public transport lanes was about 150 km. In 2017-2019 it is planned to ensure the commissioning of roads with a length of 353 km; build 61 artificial structures and 36 pedestrian crossings.

39. Happy Builder's Day!

The northeastern chord, 26.6 km long, will connect the southeast and north of Moscow along the periphery. It began to be built as a continuation of the only already erected section of the Fourth Transport Ring in the area of the Enthusiasts Highway.

The chord will run from the toll road Moscow - St. Petersburg from the western side of the Oktyabrskaya railway, along the Small Ring of Moscow Railways to a new interchange on the Moscow Ring Road at the intersection with the Veshnyaki - Lyubertsy highway. The route will connect major highways in the north-eastern part of Moscow: Izmailovskoye, Shchelkovskoye, Dmitrovskoye, Altufevskoye and Otkrytoye highways.

I have somehow got used to the fact that in the area of the Enthusiasts Highway there is an endless construction. Flyovers are erected from above, something is opened or closed there. But that such a construction was unfolding there, I realized only when I saw it from above. Let's look at the section under construction (and partially operating) from the Entuziastov highway to the Shchelkovo highway.

1. General scheme of chord tracing.

2. Interchange under construction from the highway of Enthusiasts.

3. And her scheme.

4. But you understand the scale of this only from above.

5. "Oh." This is what I said when I saw these frames on the screen.

6. A new interchange is being built between an oil refinery, an oil storage facility, and a bunch of railway tracks.

8. And what about the two railway tracks on the left that rise to the embankment?

9. Fantastic denouement.

10. Partially traffic on it was opened in September 2012.

11. On the site of the construction complex there is a huge PDF with a diagram of this site. Beware, the file is very heavy and complex.

12. Surprisingly, the Moscow Electrode Plant was not touched. By the way, if you believe the map, then there was a separate railway section on it. It is clear that it is not used, but it is clearly visible in the satellite image.

13. The site that was opened in 2012 rests on such a ridiculous exit to the Second Street of the Izmailovsky Menagerie.

14. Very nice new bridges of the district railway.

15. Ahead - Shchelkovo highway.

16. And there - the highway of Enthusiasts.

17. Here, communications are in full swing. Where it is free or has already been shifted, the construction of a flyover begins.

18. Pay attention to how many pits have been dug for communications.

19. The very beginning of the construction of the flyover.

20. It costs a hell of a lot of money to transfer all these communications :(

25. Here the chord of Shchelkovo highway will cross in the tunnel.

26. Interestingly, did the designers of the stall take into account that there would be a tunnel here, or now they had to puzzle over how to untie this knot?

27. Letter Zyu.

28. It's sad here at rush hour. :(

30. Tolerate. Will be completed soon.

31. Former Cherkizon.

33. Former Central Stadium of the USSR. I. V. Stalin. It began to be built in 1932 according to the design of the architect N. Ya. Kolli. The project has been partially implemented. The stadium was supposed to accommodate 100 thousand spectators and was designed in such a way that military parades could be held there. It was assumed that the tanks would be able to freely enter the stadium and leave it in columns. In connection with the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, construction was frozen. According to legend, there is a tunnel from the stadium to the Partizanskaya metro station. As the degree of drinking increases, the tunnel turns from a pedestrian tunnel into a tank one, which goes all the way to the Kremlin. To the question "why?" the narrators were unable to answer.

Moscow. Let's continue the topic with a review of the main objects of the Northern and North-Eastern districts.

A pleasant surprise: not one, but two chord corridors are being formed in the north and northeast of Moscow! About one of them, the main traffic light Northeast chord, is well known. And here is the local and traffic light chord from Festivalnaya street to Malygina street(with the prospect of extending to Malyginsky proezd) is unknown even to local residents.

Blue Northeast chord, green local chord st. Festivalnaya - st. Malygin

Chorda major, Northeastern

The North-Eastern chord (former Northern Rocade) will run from the St. Petersburg-Moscow toll road to the Moscow-Noginsk toll road. Its tracing is completely along the railways (Oktyabrskaya, MKMZhD, Kazanskaya) - the best possible corridor for passing a traffic-free highway.

Site maps
Businovskaya interchange with MKAD

Section Businovskaya - Festivalnaya

Section Festivalnaya - Mosselmash

Section from Dmitrovskoye Highway to Yaroslavskoye Highway

The section from Yaroslavskoye Highway to Otkrytoye Highway (through Losiny Ostrov) is still being designed, there is no scheme.
Section from Otkrytoye to Schelkovskoye Highway

Section from Schelkovskoye to Izmailovskoye Highway
Section from Entuziastov Highway to Izmailovsky Highway

Section from Entuziastov Highway to MKAD

Now 2 sections are being actively built: in the north (Businovskaya interchange and the section to Festivalnaya Street) and in the east (the section from the Entuziastov highway to Izmailovsky highway, formerly included in the title of the Fourth Ring). The rest are being designed.

Chorda minor, unnamed

This chord will increase the connectivity of the local network, torn apart by railways, and will connect the SAO and SVAO, Leningradskoye, Korovinskoye, Dmitrovskoye, Altufevskoye shosse and Yeniseiskaya street. And in the future it will also go to the Yaroslavl highway.

However, this local chord is so little known that it doesn't even have a common name! Previously, it was called the "northern understudy of the Moscow Ring Road." An unfortunate choice: the corridor will connect the local streets, which will remain traffic lights, what kind of understudy is the Moscow Ring Road? In the Targeted Investment Program of Moscow for 2013-2015. this road is called "the highway from the street. Festivalnaya to Altufevskoe Highway. But this is also not true: the corridor does not end with Altufevskoye Highway, but goes to Bibirevskaya, Shirokaya and Malygina streets, with the prospect of extending to Malyginsky passage. In general, for clarity, I propose to call it highway from Festivalnaya street to Malyginsky proezd.

This corridor will be created by 3 overpasses with interchanges - through the Oktyabrskoye, Savelovskoye and Yaroslavskoye directions of the railway. The diagram below shows the current state of affairs.

The first of them, between Festivalnaya and Taldomskaya, is already under construction.

I wonder what it's building within the Northeast chord(more precisely, by the title of the Northern Rocade, as it used to be called). Some opponents of chords do not like to remember this: this fact does not fit into the ideologeme "the chord breaks the local connection." As you can see, in this case, the traffic-free North-Eastern chord not only does not break the local connectivity, but even increases it! In the AIP of Moscow for 2013-2015 this interchange is called "Section of the motorway Moscow - St. Petersburg (Northern Rokada), transport interchange at the intersection with Festivalnaya Street." 4100 million rubles were allocated for its construction. Deadlines 2012-2014

The second overpass will be built under a separate title "Magistral from the street. Festivalnaya to Altufevskoe highway with an overpass with the Savelovsky direction of the Moscow Railways. 200 million are allocated for design in the Targeted Investment Program, the design time is 2014-2016. 2685 million were allocated for the construction, the terms are 2015-2016. There are no plans yet.

There is no third overpass (through the Yaroslavl direction of the railway) in the AIP yet. But the overpass across the Malyginskiy proezd, which is now being completed as part of the reconstruction of the Yaroslavl Highway, creates all the prerequisites for the inclusion of this overpass in the AIP in the coming years. This would put an end to the isolation of the Yaroslavl region from the rest of the North-Eastern district and unload the Yaroslavl highway from those who need not to the center, but to the North-Eastern Administrative District or the Northern Administrative District.

What other new links will appear in SVAO?
The torn parts will finally be connected together passage Shokalsky. Now everyone has to make a rerun of 1.5 kilometers, moreover, passing through 2 busy intersections and the Medvedkovo metro station.

Probok.net submitted this proposal to the Road Paradox program in 2011.

In the AIP, the title is called "Section of the passage of Shokalsky from Zarevoy passage to Grekov street", 5 million for the design for 2014, for construction - 30 million for 2015.

What's next?
The extension of the local chord Festivalnaya - Malyginsky to the west, to the North-Western District, which is actually isolated from the rest of Moscow, suggests itself. Unfortunately, Festivalnaya Street in the area of Leningradskoye Shosse rests on the Khimki Reservoir, and the connection with Yana Rainis Boulevard that suggests itself here is not even in the General Plan 2025. We will follow the changes and implementation of plans.

This autumn, the North-Eastern and North-Western chords in Moscow will be connected by a turning overpass on Bolshaya Akademicheskaya Street. Pyotr Aksenov, First Deputy Head of the Construction Department, told journalists about this when he visited one of the sections of the North-Eastern Expressway under construction.

As RG already wrote, the metropolitan chords can be compared with the Moscow Ring Road or the Third Transport Ring in terms of the scale of construction and the impact on city traffic. They will save Muscovites from tens of kilometers of reruns, which they are now forced to do in order to get to the neighboring area. Chords will allow you to cross the city through and through, without stopping at the historical center. Both highways will be free.

In particular, the SZH will run from Dmitrovsky to Skolkovskoye Highway, and the SZH will run from the Moscow-St. Petersburg toll road to the interchange at the intersection of the Moscow Ring Road and the Veshnyaki-Lyubertsy interchange. After the highways are fully launched, the load on the outbound routes, according to the calculations of the NI and PI of the General Plan of Moscow, will decrease by 20-25 percent.

Separate sections of chords are already used by motorists, and some of their elements are still being completed. For example, the junction of Festivalnaya Street and Dmitrovskoye Highway. It is almost 11 km long, and half of this path goes along bridges and flyovers. Artificial structures were specially designed so that they went as far as possible from the houses and did not cause inconvenience to their residents. Nevertheless, just in case, in the skyscrapers of the northeast, builders replaced 6,000 windows with silent ones. However, construction is already over. Visually, the overpasses are almost ready, there is still something left to finish on the engineering side.

We have indeed completed 90 percent of the work, Aksenov said. - But there was a slight delay. On one of the plots there is the Khovrinsky pumping station, where communications need to be shifted. In winter, this could not be done so that 3.5 thousand local residents, whose houses are powered by it, do not suffer.

Turning off the station, it turned out, is possible only on May 15. According to Aksenov, it is possible to launch the northern section of the chord by the City Day in September. This will complete the work for almost the entire length of the temporary storage warehouse. Construction is still ongoing on the section between Schelkovskoye and Otkrytoye Highways.

Infographics "RG" / Alexander Chistov / Sergey Babkin

In the near future, in the southwest of the city, the North-Eastern passage will connect with the North-West. In the area of Bolshaya Akademicheskaya Street, it is planned to build several connecting overpasses at once. The first of them, a reversal, will be completed in October this year. It allows you to drive from one chord track to another without wasting time on a detour along the Dmitrov highway. Let me note that the Moscow authorities expect to complete both chords by 2020-2021.
