Fire on the ship "Sergei Abramov". Ship "Sergey Abramov". The lists no longer appear Ship sergey abramov

You can safely put an end to the ship. All the talk about restoration, which initially smacked of the spirit of adventurism, remained just talk. What happened was what should have happened - the ship "Sergey Abramov" was decommissioned and sent to Cherepovets for subsequent cutting into scrap metal. After "Sergey Abramov" became the third of 14 motor ships of project 26-37, which have already completed their work. Under the cut are some photos of the fifty-two-year cruise biography of the ship and the fire of 2011, which became a turning point in the life of the ship.

River passenger ship "Druzhba" project 26-37 was built in 1960 at the shipyard Slovenske Lodenice n.p. Komarno in Czechoslovakia (Komarno). In 1961, the ship was distributed to the balance of the Volga River Shipping Company and began its first transport navigation in the Soviet Union. Like many of his colleagues in the Druzhba project, she worked on the Moscow-Astrakhan transport line. In 1965, the ship changed its name: "Druzhba" became known as "Captain Rachkov", in honor of the captain of the ship "Joseph Stalin" Ivan Semenovich Rachkov, who died in 1942 during the evacuation of civilians from Stalingrad. With this name on board, the ship worked for almost 40 years. He was the same as everyone else in the galaxy of Volga transport workers.

There is nothing special to tell about the transport and cruising realities of the "Captain Rachkov" - the ship is like a ship. Reviewed about it in different ways and good and not very good. "Captain Rachkov" managed to survive the hard times of the nineties, when many ships remained in the backwaters, and some were decommissioned. The transport lines began to fall apart, they were recognized as unprofitable, the ships were removed from work, sold, but our hero continued to work on the unchanged route Moscow - Astrakhan - Moscow until 2004. In 2004, two Volga motor ships of project 26-37 - "Kapitan Rachkov" and "Sergey Lazo" were purchased from the shipping company by the new Moscow cruise company "Caesar Travel". Both ships have been extensively refurbished. At the same time, the ships were renamed: "Sergei Lazo" became the "President", his twin brother "Captain Rachkov" became "Sergei Abramov" in honor of the owner of the company that bought it. Converted ships received a new project - 26 / 37-311.

In 2005, the updated motor ship went into navigation. It was remade very convincingly by the standards of that time. Passenger capacity was reduced, all cabins were equipped with individual bathrooms, air conditioners, refrigerators and TVs. The new owner found another use for his ship - in the fall, "Sergey Abramov" stayed for the winter at the berths of the Northern River Station as a hotel, a restaurant worked on board. An inexpensive hotel is a rarity for modern Moscow, so there have always been guests on the Abramov, and participants in cruise Internet forums have chosen it as a meeting place in the off-season in a traditional "river" setting. Every year, the management of "Caesar Travel" left the "Abramov" to work for the winter, while other ships of the company were disarmed until spring. In navigation, the ship performed cruises: the first years from Moscow, then from Samara and Kazan.

2007 was a real "finest hour" for "Sergei Abramov". On board the ship, almost the entire navigation was filming the movie "Election Day". A chic caricature about the electoral process in the Russian state made Abramov probably the most recognizable ship on the Volga.

"Sergey Abramov" worked his last navigation in 2011 in Samara, and in the fall, as usual, he returned to Moscow to get a hotel for the winter. Here is one of his last "cruise" photos. September 2011 the ship is in a hurry to Moscow.

After the November holidays of 2011, "Sergey Abramov" was already standing at his usual "minus first" berth of the Northern River Station in Moscow as a winter hotel. The participants of the river forum even managed to hold gatherings there during the first days of work. Alas, the ship worked as a hotel for only a few days. On November 14, 2011, at about 4 am, a fire broke out on board the Sergei Abramov. Later, firefighters will establish that the source of ignition was in the aft cockpit, where the crew cabins are located, and the body of the only dead person, a member of the ship's crew, will be found there. The fire spread rapidly, as a result, almost the interior of the ship burned out. The Office of the current Minister of Defense arrived on time. Then they were equipped for a long time and for almost 12 hours they generously poured water on the ship. Obeying the laws of physics, having taken water into the building, "Sergey Abramov" lay down on the ground at the pier of the river station. It should be noted that in fact there were two fires: after the first fire was knocked down and work began on the analysis, the ship caught fire again. By the evening of the next day, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported to the media that the fire on the ship "Sergey Abramov" was extinguished, since there was simply nothing more to burn there. A small photochronology of events:

Well, that's how "Abramov" was allowed to burn out, they reported about another successfully extinguished fire, shipping officials with big eyes asked questions in the media, they say, "what hotel?", "what restaurant?", Assuring that nothing like this has ever been it was, and the ship just approached the pier for a minute and accidentally burned down, they promised once again to strengthen all possible measures and that’s all. "Sergei Abramov" was raised a few days later, pumped out and dragged to the quay wall of the cargo port. The owner of the ship, Sergei Abramov, announced that no matter what, he would restore the ship, although the depressing appearance of the ship said that this was some kind of adventure. And for navigation-2012, a new attraction appeared in the waters of the Northern Port - the fire-fighted "Abramov". He stood like that for a whole year, while talk of his restoration subsided, and his fate became more and more obvious.

The miracle did not happen, what happened was obvious. November 08, 2012 motor ships "Pavlin Vinogradov" and "Shluzovoy-111" dragged "Sergey Abramov" from the quay wall of the Northern port and led along the Moscow Canal to the Volga. The final point of this route will be the Severstal plant in the city of Cherepovets, where the Abramov will be sawn up and sent for smelting.

Here is his sad story in a few words. Cruise ships have not been decommissioned for a long time, the sadder the fate of "Sergey Abramov".

“The ship “Sergey Abramov” burned down on November 14, 2011 - three weeks before the election day of deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the VI convocation. And at the beginning of Putin's first presidential term, on August 12, 2000, an explosion and fire occurred on the nuclear submarine K-141 Kursk, as a result of which the entire crew of the nuclear submarine died.

Early in the morning of November 14, 2011, on the passenger ship "Sergey Abramov", moored at the pier of the northern River Station of Moscow, there was a strong fire, as a result of which the stern of the ship completely sank, and the bow of the ship that remained above the surface of the water burned to the ground.

The ship "Sergey Abramov" became widely known in 2007, when the comedy "Election Day" was released in Russian cinemas, in which the main part of the action was filmed on this ship. Strange and sometimes frightening coincidences in the last years of the life of this ship, its owner, as well as the storylines of the film "Election Day" will be discussed in this article.

CHRONICLE OF THE DEATH OF "SERGEY ABRAMOV"

November 14, 2011 at 04:15 Moscow fire service received a signal about a fire that started on board the ship "Sergey Abramov". The fire started at about 4 am Moscow time. The source of ignition, as it was possible to establish subsequently, was in the hold of the vessel; It was possible to completely extinguish the fire only 13 hours later - by 17:20 Moscow time. The fire was assigned the third category of complexity (on a five-point scale). The total fire area exceeded 1500 square meters. meters.

At the time of the fire, there were 21 people on the ship, of which 20 people were evacuated during the fire extinguishing. Four people were injured in the fire: 30-year-old Aleksey Tikhonov with burns of the upper respiratory tract and 64-year-old Vyacheslav Vodopyanov with carbon monoxide poisoning were taken to intensive care. 50-year-old Sergey Kary and 33-year-old Alexei Shanin received less severe injuries and refused hospitalization.

The news agency RIA Novosti noted that after the end of the navigation season, the Sergey Abramov worked as a floating hotel. The agency, citing a law enforcement official, also said that the passengers who were on the ship early in the morning on November 14 were visitors to the bar, and not hotel guests.

Six hours after the fire of the ship, the online publication Gazeta.ru reported that the fate of the minder of "Sergey Abramov" - German Koligaev remained unknown. On the morning of November 14, the head of the press service of the Moscow Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Evgeny Bobylev, in particular, told reporters: “At the moment, it is not known where the minder is, and whether he was on the ship at all”. From the words of Evgeny Bobylev, it was possible to get an idea of the scale of the state of emergency, during the liquidation of which “two pumping stations for pumping water from the hold; in total, 32 fire brigades were involved in extinguishing the fire". Bobylev also noted that the depth at the place where the ship was located was four meters.

According to the online publication, among the possible causes of the fire on the ship "Sergey Abramov" were either faulty electrical wiring or careless handling of fire.

On the same day, November 14, 2011, news agencies reported that the ship "Sergey Abramov", owned by the company "Caesar Travel", was built in Czechoslovakia in 1960, and in 2003 the ship was modernized.

In turn, about the ship and the history of the Caesar Travel company, the corporate website of the owner of Sergey Abramov reported: “The shipping company Caesar Travel has been developing dynamically since 2002. In the summer of 2007, on board the ship "Sergey Abramov", the filming of the film "Election Day" (stage director - Oleg Fomin) took place. As the Internet resource KinoPoisk.Ru reported at the time, the box office receipts from the film for the first four days amounted to almost $ 6 million 200 thousand (68 million 132 thousand rubles).

In the article of the Internet encyclopedia "Wikipedia", dedicated to the film, its plot is briefly stated as follows: "Oligarch Emmanuil Gedeonovich calls the director of the Moscow radio station" As if radio "Mikhail Natanovich and orders him to immediately send employees to one of the regions of the Middle Volga region to conduct an election campaign" technical ” candidate Igor Vladimirovich Tsaplin.

Still from the film "Election Day": candidate Igor Tsaplin (Vasily Utkin) and head of the election headquarters Alexander Sergeevich (Alexander Demidov).

The heroes come under pressure from the incumbent governor. They encounter local bandits, police, Cossacks and military loyal to the current government. Moreover, all adventures are accompanied by a mass of comic situations.

Stills from the film "Election Day": on the "Samara" land of Governor A.S. Emelyanov (in the film, his role is played by Alexander Semchev) candidate I.V. Heron and his PRThe group was not well received.

Igor Tsaplin wins the elections, but at the end of the film it turns out that the heroes won the elections in the wrong region. Emmanuil Gedeonovich sends a new candidate.

I will add that the creative group “Kak would radio” according to the plot of the film wins the elections in the Samara region instead of the Saratov region. This is followed by the final instruction of the oligarch Emmanuil Gedeonovich to the PR group of Mikhail Natanovich to immediately go to the elections in the Saratov region.

In honor of whom was the ship "Sergey Abramov" named? This question was asked by many viewers of the comedy Election Day. Meanwhile, the answer to this question is very simple.

SERGEY ABRAMOV: A MAN AND A MOTOR SHIP

The ship was launched from the stocks of the Czechoslovak shipyard "N? Rodn? Podnik ?koda Kom?rno (Slovensk? Lodenice n.p. Kom?rno)" in 1960. The information and reference site Riverfleet.ru, dedicated to the Russian river fleet, reports the following about the history of this ship. Built according to the project 26-37 / 311, until 1965 the ship bore the wonderful name "Friendship". Then it was renamed "Captain Rachkov", and the ship lived under this name until 2004. The penultimate owner of "Captain Rachkov" was JSC "Volga Shipping Company" with headquarters in Nizhny Novgorod.

After a major modernization in 2003-2004, the ship was completely re-equipped: from the initial project, notes the information on Riverfleet.ru, in fact, only the hull and the main locations of public premises remained on the ship. "Captain Rachkov" turned into "Sergei Abramov" approximately in 2003-2004. The ship received its third and last name in honor of Sergei Abramov, who headed the company that owns this ship.

It is curious that it was in 2004 that the owner of the Caesar Travel company, Sergei Abramov, was first (in March) reappointed Prime Minister of the Chechen Republic, and in May of the same year (after May 9, as a result of a terrorist attack, the head of Chechnya was killed Akhmat Kadyrov) became acting President of the Republic.

Sergei Abramov remained in this status until Alu Alkhanov was elected to the post of President of the Chechen Republic in the extraordinary elections held on August 29, 2004.

REFERENCE

At the age of eight he was left without a father, grew up in a low-income family.

After graduating from high school, from September 1989 to September 1991, he worked as a design engineer at the Elektroprovod research and production association.

Then a sharp turn followed in the career of Sergei Borisovich: in 1992-1995 he worked in the foreign exchange department of Synektika Bank. In the summer of 1995, the bank's license was revoked, and in July 1998 it was liquidated.

At the beginning of 1995, Sergey Borisovich moved to Uzbekistan and in 1995-1999 he worked as a “Patron of the Foreign Exchange Operations Department” in the Republican Specialized Joint-Stock Commercial Bank “Gallabank” (Tashkent). In 1996, the patron of the foreign exchange department, 24-year-old Sergey Abramov received the necessary education: he graduated from the correspondence department of the Tashkent State Economic University with a degree in Accounting and Audit.

In 2000, Abramov took the position of Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance of NPO Ekran (All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Medical Equipment of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation).

In January 2001, he became Managing Director of the Omsk Social and Commercial Bank.

In March 2001, he was appointed Minister of Finance of the Chechen Republic. On January 10, 2003, he was dismissed from this position by Chechen President Akhmat Kadyrov.

Then, commenting on these events, the chairman of the Chechen government, Mikhail Babich, said: “First of all, I don’t want to personify the situation, it’s not about Abramov himself”. According to him, “Abramov has a lot of questions, including from the competent authorities”. However, neither then, nor subsequently, criminal cases were ever initiated against Abramov.

In January 2003, Sergei Abramov was appointed Advisor to the Chairman of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, Sergei Stepashin. In March of the same year, he headed the joint venture inspection for operational control over the spending of budgetary funds in the Chechen Republic.

In 2004, he graduated in absentia from the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation with a degree in International Relations.

In early 2004, he became prime minister, and in May of the same year he became acting president of Chechnya. In March 2006, he was relieved of his duties as head of the government of the Chechen Republic at his own request.

On October 1, 2007, the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation temporarily removed Sergei Abramov from the leadership of the direction he heads for monitoring privatization and managing state property due to the fact that three of the employees of the department detained over the past month worked directly under his leadership. Commenting on the incident, the head of the Accounts Chamber, Sergei Stepashin, said that he personally had no complaints against Sergei Abramov, but for ethical reasons, he should leave his post.

On October 11, 2007, by decision of the deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Sergey Abramov was prematurely dismissed from his post.

From December 2007 to the present, Sergey Abramov has been the head of the Directorate of Railway Stations of Russian Railways. He is actively engaged in large-scale reconstruction of Russian railway stations, re-equipment of Moscow railway stations in accordance with international standards, updating engineering systems and control units, security centers. In total, within the framework of the Russian Railways program, it is planned to modernize 320 Russian railway stations from 2008 to 2015, creating multifunctional transport hubs on their basis. In October 2008, 30 billion rubles were allocated for this program.

In the fall of 2011, he concentrated on freeing the areas in front of Moscow railway stations from illegal tenants and landscaping the vacated territory.

Currently, Abramov is constantly accompanied by enhanced security, which is not provided for by the staff of the Directorate of Railway Stations of Russian Railways.

Sergey Abramov - Candidate of Historical Sciences (dissertation topic: "The Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation in the context of the formation and development of the financial control system in Russia").

He was awarded the Order of Honor (2005), and medals: "200 years of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation", "For strengthening the military community" of the Federal Security Service of Russia, "200 years of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia", "For military prowess" II degree. He was awarded the badges "Excellent financial worker in Russia", "For service in the Caucasus", "For assistance in interstate cooperation in the fight against crime", "Honorary employee of the Accounts Chamber", as well as diplomas, thanks from the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation and personal weapons.

Honored Economist of the Chechen Republic.

Co-Chairman of the Presidium of the independent organization "Civil Society" and the National Civil Committee for Interaction with Law Enforcement, Legislative and Judicial Bodies, Co-Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the National Foundation "Public Recognition".

A necessary addition: in the 2000s, Sergei Abramov survived four assassination attempts.

The first happened on May 13, 2002, when Sergei Borisovich was hit by a Ford car in the center of Moscow when he was leaving the Ministry of Finance building: he received a concussion, a broken collarbone and multiple bruises.

On July 13, 2004, a second attempt was made on Abramov's life. On the route of his cortege, a radio-controlled explosive device went off. A bodyguard was killed in the attack. Abramov himself was not injured.

On March 22, 2005, on the route of Sergei Abramov's motorcade along Pobedy Avenue in the capital of Chechnya, Grozny, a landmine was discovered. The route of the trip was changed, but along the new route - on the Staropromyslovsky Highway - the sappers found another land mine. Representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Chechnya denied that the assassination attempt was being prepared, but the prosecutor's office of the republic opened a criminal case.

On November 18, 2005, Abramov was seriously injured in a car accident on the Rublevo-Uspenskoye highway in the Moscow region. Shortly thereafter, Ramzan Kadyrov was appointed Prime Minister of the Chechen Republic. As a result of the accident, Sergei Abramov received numerous injuries. He underwent long-term treatment at the Central Clinical Hospital, as well as a course of rehabilitation in a sanatorium near Moscow, and then flew to Munich to complete the treatment. In 2006, after recovery, he was relieved of his duties as head of the government of the Chechen Republic at his own request and was soon appointed auditor of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation.

Sergei Abramov did not leave his post as auditor of the Accounts Chamber of his own accord (photo: ITAR-TASS).

As the Kommersant newspaper wrote in October 2007, Sergey Abramov (while working in the Accounts Chamber, he, among other things, from March 2007 supervised the audit of NPO Energomash, and from September - the preparations for the Olympic Games in Sochi 2014) voluntarily refused to resign. And he was forced to leave, in fact, only after the collegium of the Accounts Chamber expressed no confidence in him, and he was removed from office by the decision of the deputies of the State Duma.

The motor ship "Sergey Abramov", as stated in the historical and technical information of the Russian version of the Internet encyclopedia "Wikipedia", contrary to the accepted tradition, was named after a living person - the head of the ship's owner company.

The shooting of the film "Election Day" on the ship "Sergey Abramov" took place in the summer of 2007. That is, during the period when corruption clouds began to gather over the auditor of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, Sergei Abramov, and his subordinates.

According to the script, the action of the film "Election Day" takes place in 2001. The final scenes of the film, let me remind you, are crowned with rollicking ditties about the excellent man Putin, a drawn-out Cossack song performed by the ensemble "Brothers" ("Don't be afraid of me"), and at the very end of the film there are credits reminiscent of the fact that in 2004 the national elections governors in Russia were abolished.

And the last consideration regarding the "Putin era" in Russian history and fires.

The ship "Sergey Abramov" burned down on November 14, 2011 - three weeks before the election day of deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the VI convocation.

A similar incident occurred on March 14, 2004, when the Manezh building burned down for some unknown reason a stone's throw from the Kremlin walls. On that day, the presidential elections took place, during which Vladimir Putin was re-elected to the country's highest elective office.

At the beginning of the first presidential term of Vladimir Vladimirovich, two significant fires also occurred: on August 27, 2000, at an altitude of 460 meters, a fire broke out on the Ostankino television tower (3 floors were completely burned out during the fire).

Two weeks earlier, on August 12, 2000, as a result of circumstances not fully clarified, an explosion and fire occurred on the nuclear submarine K-141 Kursk, as a result of which the entire crew of the nuclear submarine died. On September 8, 2000, during the CNN television talk show “Larry King Live” (“Larry King Live”), to the host’s question, so what happened to the submarine, the guest of the program, Russian President Vladimir Putin, answered extremely succinctly: "She drowned." Old King almost choked in response.

And soon there will be another election. And with that, I wish my readers all the best!

The ship was already used as a hotel and restaurant at that time. The source of ignition was in one of the cabins in the aft part of the ship, which was occupied by the crew. According to the conclusion, it was smoking in the wrong place that caused the fire. As a result of the fire, the ship's minder German Koligaev died.

On November 23, 2011, during emergency work on the ship "Sergey Abramov", a fire breaks out again, which can be quickly extinguished. On the river forums they talk about "mockery of the corpse."

The operation to raise a sunken and burned-out ship is also not without oddities. By November 20, 2011, Podvodrechstroy sealed 154 portholes, but one was missed (it was broken), which led to the fact that “the Khimki reservoir was pumped through it for almost 4 weeks.” When the broken porthole was closed, the water was pumped out overnight.

On December 22, 2011, an operation was carried out to transfer the raised ship "Sergey Abramov" from the place of fire to the mooring wall of the Northern cargo port of Moscow. The transfer of the ship to a new place of sludge was carried out by the pusher tug "OTA-920". Irina Panfilova managed to capture the moment of the beginning of this operation.

Seemingly. If the ship cannot be restored, then dispose of it on the spot in the Northern Cargo Port. But the Northern Cargo Port is not a cutting board. For the disposal of the whole ship, it was necessary to obtain a lot of permits and approvals. As a result, it was decided to overtake the burnt ship "Sergey Abramov" to Cherepovets for its disposal at the Cherepovets Metallurgical Plant.

The operation to ferry the ship began on November 8, 2012. The tug "Peacock Vinogradov" carefully led the "Sergey Abramov" to Cherepovets. The pusher "Sluice-111" helped him in this. We walked slowly, and only during daylight hours.
