Craft "Hedgehog". Take a square of gray felt. Form a cone, cut off the protruding fabric (it is better to do this with curly scissors). Mark the place where the hedgehog will have ears and eyes. Step 1. Inflate two balloons - make one bigger and the second smaller.
Step 2. Spread the ball with a layer of Vaseline (a regular fat cream will do).
Step 3 Unwind the thread, coat it with glue and start wrapping the ball. To speed up the process, you can make a through hole in the tube of glue with an awl. After that, you should install it on a saucer and pull the thread through the holes with a needle - so the thread will immediately be well smeared with glue.
