What to take with you to nature - tips and a necessary list. What to take with you on a picnic

When going on a picnic in nature, it is easy to forget about something important. The consequences can be different: from a slight inconvenience to a spoiled mood. Therefore, in order to fully enjoy outdoor recreation, you should think carefully about what to take with you and what to cook when going out into nature.

Necessary things

  • Basket or cooler bag. It's hard to imagine a camping trip without a picnic basket or a cooler bag. The first will preserve the beautiful appearance of food, and the second will also extend its shelf life. By the way, if you put a frozen water bottle at the bottom of an ordinary bag, you will also contribute to a better preservation of food.
  • Furniture (litter) for a picnic. Taking care of what the rest will take place on is no less important than thinking over the menu for nature. It can be a blanket, a folding table, picnic chairs or other items that you can comfortably sit on.
  • Campfire equipment. In order not to waste time looking for brushwood, you can prepare firewood or charcoal in advance. Special ignition fluids will also be useful. Matches are suitable for both regular and long burning (for windy or wet weather). Even better, replace them with a lighter.
  • Picnic utensils. First you need to determine the required number of dishes. This includes cutlery for each picnic participant, utensils for all meals, and spares in case an unexpected guest joins or something gets dirty. The best option is a set of disposable tableware.

Appliances for cooking and heating food. The choice depends on what you plan to cook. It may:

  • soup bowl;
  • a set for barbecue (skewers, barbecue, horns, etc.);
  • barbecue;
  • cutting board;
  • knives, a corkscrew and a key for opening canned food.
  • cloth gloves for turning skewers.

The warm season allows you to spend as much time as possible outside the city - to leave for a few days and spend the night in nature, in a car or in a tent. At the same time, you need to eat even when traveling by car, and eat fully, especially when traveling with children.

Today we will discuss how to calculate the amount of products, what products to take with you to nature, what dishes we may need, and also what can be cooked in nature. I will offer a small but practical version of the menu for eating outdoors for three people.

Considering that we are still autotourists, and we don’t need to carry the entire grocery set in a backpack, the only limitation for us is the size of the trunk, in which, in addition to things, we also need to put food.

What dishes can come in handy on a car trip

I’ll make a reservation right away: when we go on a hiking trip to nature, especially far outside the city, where there are no cafes or shops, we always cook ourselves. We do not use a fire for cooking.

Accordingly, I always have with me in the car:

1. Camping gas stove and a decent supply of gas cylinders

Do not try to save on a gas stove and gas cylinders. Cheap Chinese tiles tend to break quickly at the most inopportune moment. A tile of good quality will serve you with active use - two to three years, with infrequent use - 5 - 6 years. When buying gas cylinders, also try to look at both the manufacturer and the category of gas (summer / winter). We try to take either Pathfinder or Kovea gas.

I take a stock of cylinders like this: one cylinder per day when preparing breakfast and dinner, plus two or three spare ones. That is, when traveling for three days, five cylinders of gas are enough. If you are not sure about the quality of the gas cylinder, and you are afraid that you will not have enough, take a little more gas for the first trip.

2. A set of dishes

  1. a saucepan with a lid for 2.5 - 3 l., I use aluminum, it is easier to wash;
  2. frying pan with a lid, I use a normal Teflon pan. By the way, a little tip for washing a Teflon pan in nature: buy a few rolls of ordinary paper towels, and after cooking, while the pan is still completely cool, wipe it with a dry paper towel several times. They are excellent at removing grease and scrubbing the pan. No cleaning products will be needed;
  3. kettle (you can, of course, boil tea in a saucepan, but, firstly, the saucepan can be busy, and secondly, we are used to having a camping kettle);
  4. several plastic salad bowls with lids;
  5. disposable tableware (deep and flat plates). We take at once on packing (on 50 pieces), - suffices for several departures;
  6. metal mugs, the number of mugs is equal to the number of family members;
  7. plastic cups, 10 pieces, just in case;
  8. a ladle, a skimmer, a wooden spatula, a corkscrew, a knife-opener, metal forks and spoons in an amount equal to family members. Forks and spoons can also be taken disposable, but for cooking, for example, stirring soup, it is more convenient to use metal spoons. Definitely a knife. It is more convenient for me to use an ordinary kitchen knife, although you can get by with a penknife;
  9. cutting board. It will come in handy to cut the bread, and cut the salad, and cut the meat - fish.

All dishes are neatly folded into a plastic container with a lid. This is very convenient: everything is in one place, you do not have to search all over the car.

If you are traveling with a dog, then a set of dishes is added with a couple of dog bowls.

3. Table. Ordinary tourist table

Of course, not every car will fit a set of tourist furniture. But a table, or at least a straight surface on which you can safely place a gas stove, without the risk of it falling, and simply lay out food for cooking in nature, is a must.

4. Two or three kitchen towels

They help out a lot and wipe your hands, and take a hot pan, and wipe the washed dishes. Several rolls of paper towels, in fact, for almost the same purpose. Moreover, a used paper towel burns perfectly in a fire.

5. Garbage bags

I can't stand garbage dumps in nature. Therefore, we always take our garbage, the one that is not burned, no matter how far we are, to the nearest garbage can. The larger and denser you take with you garbage bags, the less chance of garbage leaking in the car ...

Basic rules for the formation of a grocery set for a trip to nature

For me, there are only three rules for the formation of a grocery set:

First. There should be plenty of drinking water. The hotter it is outside, the more drinking water should be.

Second. The hotter it is outside, the less perishable food we take with us.

Third. Do not bring more food, especially perishable food, than you can eat.

What products we take for nature

Each family has its own set of products, but for us, for a family of three, the standard set of products looks something like this:

  1. Canned food: meat, fish, pates. I take at the rate of two cans per day of travel. Pate - one jar for two days.
  2. Buckwheat, pasta. Based on one pack for two days (even if left, the product is stored for a very long time)
  3. Potato, onion. At the rate of about one medium bucket per week, plus a dozen onions per week.
  4. Bread, biscuits, muffins, etc. for tea. Bread - at the rate of half a loaf for one day, everything else - to taste.
  5. Several bags of instant soups. Usually one sachet per day.
  6. Drinking water. As a rule, five liters for one day. It is better to take rectangular 10-liter canisters, and pour water into them yourself. But store-bought 5-liter bottles are also convenient.
  7. Tea, coffee, sugar, condensed milk. As a rule, one medium pack of tea bags, a jar of coffee is enough. For sugar, it is better to have a small plastic container with a tight-fitting lid. As practice shows, plastic bags with sugar are torn at the most inopportune moment, and a paper box falls apart on the third or fourth day of the journey.
  8. Salt, various seasonings (for meat, fish, etc.), soda. Salt is more convenient to take in plastic packaging, with a dispenser. The amount of seasoning depends on what you plan to cook.
  9. Eggs, milk with a long shelf life. I take a dozen eggs in a package. If it's cool outside, and we're going for a long time, sometimes we buy two dozen eggs. If you take the eggs in bulk, put them in a salad bowl with a lid, after wrapping it in a towel, so that the eggs do not come into contact with each other and with the walls of the salad bowl. Milk - a liter - two.
  10. A small bag of flour. You can also cook pancakes - pancakes, and with successful fishing, fry the fish in flour. As a rule, one kilogram is enough.
  11. Sunflower oil (it is better to take in a low bottle - it is more convenient to store). Half a liter is enough.
  12. Sausage (preferably smoked or servedat), possibly sausages or sausages (in not hot weather, and provided that they are eaten within a day). Approximately one large stick of servelat for three days.
  13. Perhaps frozen meat or chicken fillet, also provided that it is cooked and eaten within a day
  14. Cheese, melted cheese. Depends on how much cheese you eat.
  15. Mayonnaise, ketchup. We also take sour cream if we plan to eat it during the day.
  16. Fresh vegetables, greens for salads. I take about ten cucumbers and the same number of tomatoes. It takes three days. They don't live longer.
  17. Several plastic bottles of mineral water (especially in hot weather). Do not take soda and juices - on the contrary, they increase thirst.
  18. Several five-liter bottles with ordinary drinking water. At the rate of five liters per day.

A little tip for extending the shelf life of food taken on a trip: if you stop at a pond, fill it with a bucket of water, pack perishable food in a plastic bag, and put it in a bucket of water. The bucket definitely needs to be kept in the shade. The hotter it is outside, the more often it is necessary to change the water in the bucket (as it warms up).

As well as in the case of dishes, it is more convenient to place the products that you take with you into nature in plastic containers with lids. It is best to pack food in separate containers, separating perishable food and long shelf life food. For example, canned food, salt, cereals and pasta, seasonings, sunflower oil will perfectly get along in one container.

To calculate the amount of necessary products for a good outdoor recreation, you need to consider what and how often you will cook

I repeat once again: if it is very hot outside, we do not take perishable products!

The first day

Part of the first day, as a rule, is spent on the road to the place of rest. Depending on how long it takes to travel, and also taking into account the fact that at home you can not only have breakfast, but also cook food for the first day of the trip:

Breakfast: We have breakfast at home.

Dinner.
For lunch (snack on the road), I boil a few eggs for the road (two per person), boil potatoes (also two potatoes per person), fry chicken fillet or lean meat in one medium piece. While still warm, I pack the potatoes and chicken (or meat) in a small plastic food container and carefully wrap it in foil. I'm making some sandwiches. I also take a few apples / bananas / pears, etc. with me. I take a thermos with tea.

Dinner.
Dinner is already prepared in nature (at the place of rest). Since there was no full dinner during the day, I cook soup in the evening.
Salad: cucumbers, tomatoes, herbs, dressed with sunflower oil (or sour cream). If I didn’t finish the eggs on the way, I also crumble them into a salad. Soup: I use a bag of instant soup for cooking. First, I peel and boil the potatoes, when the potatoes boil - I add the stew (grind it with a fork), when the potatoes are almost ready - I add a bag of soup (see the package for how to cook them). For three people, one liter of water and four to five medium potatoes are enough for soup.

Bottom line, products for the first day:

  • six boiled eggs;
  • six boiled potatoes;
  • three pieces of fried meat;
  • a few apples/bananas/pears…;
  • can of stew;
  • a bag of quick-boiled soup;
  • sunflower oil and salt.

Second day

Breakfast.
Morning in nature will be remembered for a long time if you start it with pancakes!
We bake pancakes for breakfast. Condensed milk or a small jar of jam or jam is quite suitable for pancakes.

Dinner.
Definitely soup. We cook potatoes with canned fish. I add fish when the potatoes are almost cooked. This soup cooks very quickly.
You can additionally make a salad of fresh vegetables.

Dinner.
We make salad and pasta with stew. Some housewives first boil the pasta, then discard it in a colander, then put it in a frying pan and add the stew.

Cooking in nature can be much easier: take an aluminum pan, pour enough water into it so that when the pasta is lowered, they are completely covered with water. Cook macaroni until half cooked, then add the stew, crushed with a fork. We finish the noodles: bring to the usual "semi-dry" state. And immediately serve on the table.

Bottom line, products for the second day:

  • a liter of milk, flour, two eggs, salt, sugar, soda;
  • condensed milk;
  • two cucumbers, two tomatoes, a bunch of greens;
  • four to five potatoes for soup;
  • a bank of canned fish;
  • a can of canned meat;
  • package with pasta;
  • sunflower oil and salt.

Day Three

Breakfast.
Fried eggs with sausage (servelat).

Dinner.
Salad and potatoes with stew.

We dine at home.

Bottom line, products on the third day:

  • three - four eggs;
  • a few slices of servelat;
  • two cucumbers, two tomatoes, a bunch of greens;
  • five to six potatoes for soup;
  • a can of canned meat;
  • sunflower oil (in salad) and salt.

In fact, it doesn’t take much time to cook in nature. Yes, and this process is not a burden. Moreover, the family can help with cooking.

If the rest involves active walking, then instead of lunch we make sandwiches with us, and in the evening we definitely eat soup.

The choice of products for going out into nature, or for a long auto trip, depends only on your preferences. But I hope that my advice will help you rationally prepare supplies for a great trip.

One of the most beloved and popular entertainments of the summer time without a shadow of a doubt can be called a picnic trip. A sunny day and a pleasant company will definitely raise your mood to unattainable heights,

and delicious food will help make your outdoor recreation truly complete, give you strength and add pleasure. And this is where the most important question arises, forcing many housewives to rack their brains. What to cook for a picnic? What dishes to prepare in advance or what products to stock up to treat your friends and loved ones to delicious food without spending too much effort on its preparation? Let's try to figure this out together!

Not a single picnic is complete without food and drink: after all, you will spend more than one hour in nature, so, of course, you should take care of a delicious menu in advance. Find out in advance what each of the participants of the banquet prefers. If the company is large, agree on who will take with them, who will cook what dishes.

If you have little time to pack, you can of course take raw vegetables, herbs, bread, cuts (sausage, cheese, feta cheese), as well as marinated meat from the store with you. However, there are hundreds of recipes for excellent, partially home-cooked meals that will be perfectly absorbed in nature.

The most popular picnic dishes and products:

1) Skewers from different types of meat (pork, poultry, lamb, veal)
2) Grilled fish
3) Grilled vegetables and mushrooms
4) Fresh vegetables, herbs and fruits
5) Sandwiches
6) Cookies and pastries
7) Salads
8) Potato baked in a fire
9) Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

Many of you probably only grill kebabs or other meat dishes at picnics, but there are many other delicious and healthy grilled dishes. For example, grilled vegetables are delicious. In the summer, these vegetables abound: zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, sweet peppers, and mushrooms.

You can take a little of these vegetables and fry the pieces of vegetables between the frying of the meat. Vegetables make a great side dish for barbecues.

Mushrooms Champignon must be marinated before . Take 0.5 kg of champignons, wash and dry them, place them in a regular plastic bag without holes (preferably in several bags), then pour in 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup olive oil, add a little pepper to taste. Then tie the bag tightly and mix the contents well. Place in the refrigerator overnight.

sweet peppers immediately after cooking, place in a plastic bag for 5 minutes, so that the skin can be easily removed.

Tomatoes on the grill, they cook quickly enough, they can be cut into 2 halves, or put whole over the coals. After cooking, they acquire a rich sweet taste.

You can lay vegetables on a wire rack, or you can string pieces on skewers, like barbecues. Also, sometimes vegetables, cut into pieces and greased with oil, are wrapped in foil in portions, then, as it were, baked over coals. The main thing here is to withstand the right amount of time so that everything is well baked. Don't worry if the vegetables are a little crunchy. If you like soft vegetables, keep them longer.

Potato often taken with them to bake in a fire, however, together with fatty meat, it can seem too heavy. It can be offered to cook for vegetarians who do not eat kebabs.

Grilled fish is also easy, but it is advised to use a wire rack for it. Especially tasty are salmon, trout, sardines and other fatty fish species. Before roast fish necessary pickle : you can simply roll in spices for fish, salt, pepper.

The coals for frying should have a white coating, and the heat should not be as strong as for meat, as tender fish meat cooks very quickly. Typically, 2 cm thick fillets are cooked for about 5-6 minutes on each side.

Picnic snacks

Sandwiches are another indispensable dish for those cases when you go on a picnic, not intending to fry a barbecue there. However, sandwiches can also come in handy for those who are waiting for meat on the grill, since this is a very long process: after all, you need to prepare everything, collect firewood, light a fire, wait until the firewood turns into coals, and only then fry the meat.

In order not to die of hunger while waiting, you can take ready-made sandwiches with you or make them on the spot.

And this sandwich can be prepared at home, it is ideal for a large company, it is easy to cut it at a picnic and it is convenient to transport it.

Dfor thismiracle sandwich need:

Bread roll (preferably round and tall), favorite toppings for sandwiches (sausage, cheese, mayonnaise or pesto sauce, green salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, boiled chicken meat or turkey meat).
Cut off the top of the bread roll and scoop out all the flesh, leaving only the crust.

Then start layering your ingredients, smearing them with sauces.

When the bun is filled to the top, cover with the top. Your puff picnic sandwich is ready!

By the way, sandwiches will be especially tasty if you grill the bread right over the fire. Before cooking the meat, place a few slices of bread on the grate and fry them until crispy:

You can also try filling sandwiches with cheese, vegetables, meat, and only then bake them over coals. You will make a great hot sandwich:

Picnic sandwiches can be made in the form canape, cutting big sandwich into small portions and stab them with toothpicks. To do this, you can take a long French loaf, cut it in half, and then stuff it with your favorite ingredients. Cover with the top layer and cut into pieces.

Prick each piece with toothpicks or skewers so that they do not fall apart and place in a suitable dish.

If you would not like to make the usual sausage and cheese sandwiches, you can use other healthy recipes.

For example, this unusual a sandwich can cook with avocado :

You will need: French long loaf of bread, boiled chicken breast pieces, ripe avocado, onion rings (pickled or fried), pesto, arugula, soft goat cheese.
Cut the loaf lengthwise into two rugs, grease the bottom with cheese and lay all the ingredients on it in layers. Then cover with the top of the loaf.

Cut into serving pieces.

Great sandwiches can be made in the form lavash rolls . All ingredients can be prepared at home, wrapped in pita bread, and then slightly heated on the grill before serving.

But such rolls with grilled vegetables will turn out tastier.

You will need: Raw chicken breast, soy sauce, a couple of spoons of honey, eggplant, tomatoes, zucchini, bell peppers, salt, pepper.

Cut the chicken breast into pieces about 1 centimeter thick, pour in soy sauce, honey, salt, pepper and leave to marinate for 15 minutes. Cut the vegetables into thin rings (0.5 centimeters). Fry everything on a grate, greased with vegetable oil, over the coals until golden brown. Put everything on pita bread and wrap it in a roll.

Send the finished rolls back to the grill for a couple of minutes and fry on both sides. You can add fresh herbs and sauce to the roll.

Place 200 gr. in a blender bowl. butter at room temperature, add four crushed garlic cloves and 50 gr. chopped green dill. Before starting a meal, brush slices of rye or wheat bread with your oil, place a thin slice of smoked meat or fish on top, garnish with circles of any fresh vegetables and dill sprigs. Your sandwiches are ready!

delicious french country sandwiches you can cook in advance, or you can do it right in nature, replacing the ham with slices of freshly grilled meat or poultry.

To do this, finely chop, mix and season with olive oil one large tomato, one cucumber, one sweet pepper, half a red onion and two tablespoons of chopped parsley and basil, salt to taste. No American BBQ is complete without warm potato salad . Preparing such a salad is not at all difficult. Prepare your salad dressing the night before your trip to nature.

To do this, put in a blender bowl ½ cup of peeled hazelnuts (hazelnuts), 100 gr. parsley without sprigs, two cloves of garlic, 5 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil, salt and black pepper to taste. Grind everything together until a thick green mass is obtained, transfer to a plastic container and refrigerate.

Hello dear readers. The May weekend is approaching, the daughter's birthday, and after it the summer, with its warm sunny days, rampant greenery of nature, inviting beaches and, of course, delicious fragrant kebabs. And this means that the season of trips to nature is declared open. Of course, for a good rest, the most important thing is sincere company and good weather. But not well-thought-out everyday issues often lead to an uncomfortable pastime. It happens that we take absolutely the wrong products and items with us on picnics, but we forget what we need on the contrary.

I even have a list of things on my fridge that I need to take on a fishing trip, for me this is also a vacation. So this article will be a quick guide, or just a reminder.

What to take and what not to take

Of course, you should proceed from the format of your vacation, but here are the main items that are necessary for organizing comfort and safety.

1. A bedspread, a blanket, a beach mat that you don’t mind laying on the ground. Perfect for organizing a table or a seat, not everyone likes to relax in specially organized places. You can also take oilcloth, newspapers instead of a tablecloth.

2. Drinking water. Calculated based on length of stay.

3. Hygiene products. If you plan to spend a day or several hours, then you can limit yourself to wet wipes and antiseptic gel, but if you are leaving with tents, it is recommended to take soap and a toothbrush, as well as a small bottle of gel or shampoo. And don't forget paper napkins and toilet paper.

4. Protective equipment against mosquitoes and ticks. If mosquitoes are harmless, then a tick bite can be fatal. Sun protection products ranging from caps to creams.

5. Warm clothes. Bathing clothes and a towel if you plan to relax near the pond.

6. Plastic dishes and trash bags. Very convenient, just collect all the garbage with you and take it to the nearest bin. No need to wash after. Today, shops present a wide range of products from plates to glasses.

7. The minimum first aid kit. There should include such means as activated charcoal or its analogues, a bandage and a plaster, an allergy remedy, a disinfectant for wounds, and an ointment for burns. If you are going to a wild party with friends, it is recommended to stock up on painkillers and medicines to help the stomach.

8. Matches or a lighter. This is necessary in case you still decide to organize a fire.

9. Knife and disposable utensils. If you are planning a barbecue.

10. Scotch. It's just that very often this material can come in handy in nature when equipping a place to relax. Especially when you go for more than a few hours.

The remaining elements must be taken based on needs, such as tents, sleeping bags, mattresses, inflatable pillows and mattresses, boilers and grates for cooking, a folding barbecue, ignition tools, an ax for making firewood, a flashlight, it is advisable to take a flask for carrying water. But this point is more about trips for the whole weekend or trip.

And those who like to go by car for half a day can limit themselves to the main list, food and entertainment, and if you want to make your vacation more comfortable, you should take folding furniture. Of course, if you are planning a long trip, then you need money, documents, a change of clothes and personal hygiene products, and a supply of food easier and more.

Many ladies are concerned about the question of whether to take cosmetics or not. Of course, this is an individual question, but a compact BB cream is worth taking with you, as it protects your skin from drying out. And sometimes it has sun protection properties.

Do not take with you on a long trip:

1. Heavy and impractical things. Like a book if you're not going to read it. Or even a laptop. Some even do not want to part with their toys on a hike. Absolutely useless thing in nature.

2. Glassware.

3. Ready dressed salads, cakes. (Personally, I think that there should not be salads in nature, they quickly drain and can be smeared)

When organizing a vacation, it is very important to think about clothing. If this is a period of tick activity, then pay special attention to ensuring that clothing fits snugly around your hands and does not allow the tick to get under your sleeve or into your shoes. It is better to pre-treat the fabric with repellent.

Shoes should be comfortable and appropriate for the season. But warm clothes should be taken with you even in hot weather.

What food to take outdoors

If you are planning a vacation for a few hours, then you can limit yourself to sandwiches and other food taken from home. Fresh vegetables and fruits are perfect. Also take drinking water and a thermos of tea. Juice is available upon request. As a main dish, baked fish, meat, poultry are suitable.

Rest for the whole day means more food. Here it is already worth giving preference to dishes cooked in nature.

1. Pre-marinated barbecue, greens, vegetables, bread. A very tasty dish is grilled mackerel, as well as grilled vegetables. It is better to focus on lean meats so that the whole holiday is not spoiled by heaviness in the stomach.

2. Also be sure to take enough water and tea bags. You can take fruits, but it is better to give preference to those species that do not need difficult cleaning and thorough washing, such as oranges, bananas, apples. And grab a lemon, it's light but great as an alternative to the sauce.

3. Sausages and sausages. They also cook great on the grill.

4. Snacks for sandwiches.

5. Salt and pepper.

6. Sauce or ketchup. We often take barbecue. It is thick and very tasty with kebabs.

7. Potato and onion. Despite the abundance of barbecue, potatoes are rarely overlooked.

You should not take perishable foods that can go bad before the evening, these include almost all mayonnaise-filled salads, some sweets and pastries, and dairy products. It is also not recommended to take a lot of sweets and soda. So you will significantly increase the need for drinking water.

For example, when we go to nature with barbecue, we take a light snack with us. Because in nature the appetite is very good, and often children, and we ourselves, especially when with alcohol, are not ready to wait so long.

We even took canapes with us for our daughter's birthday. But here it is worth considering that it is better to eat them immediately. Many canapes contain perishable products. Although you can make fruit, right on the spot. But if you really want to impress, then to start the holiday, you can take a little from home. Well, now you can choose canapes for the festive table for every taste. Luckily, the internet makes this easy.

It is recommended to think over the menu for small children separately. It is better to take more fruits, dried fruits, and those types of baked goods that you can chew on, such as straws or drying. Children have an excellent appetite in nature.

All food is best stored in a portable refrigerator bag. You can pack both in disposable and in ordinary household plastic containers.

If a trip is planned, then here the calculation of food should come from the route. If there are shops on your way, and you do not plan to move away from civilization, then it is better to unload yourself and take less food and more money. But if the hike is more extreme, then your meal kit should be carefully considered.

For a long stay you need to take:

1. Canned food. Today there is a wide assortment, ranging from stew and fish, to vegetables and ready meals.

2. Pasta or a pack of cereals. Not bad for this purpose and primitive cheapest types of instant noodles. They are very light and compact. And the cereal should be poured into a plastic bottle so that it does not become damp.

3. Tea bags. Sugar and, if desired, well-packaged chocolate, milk powder, light biscuits, nuts and dried fruits. Everything that is compact, long-lasting, and what you like to treat yourself to.

4. Salt and other spices. Vegetable oil.

5. You can take some potatoes.

6. Instead of bread, you can stock up on bread. They are lighter and won't break.

The list of foods that should not be taken includes all perishable foods and those that can melt in the heat. It makes no sense to take ready-made food, and food that is enough for just one day. This will just make your backpack heavier.

And don't forget knives, pots, aluminum cookware, lighters, and a can opener. And also, in case of bad weather, I recommend buying a portable gas burner and a few cylinders.

In all cases, alcohol is taken at the request of vacationers. And on a hike, in general, you should take a small flask of vodka or cognac in case of emergency to disinfect, kindle, anesthetize.

Entertainment for the company in nature

Here you are limited only by the possibilities and imagination. If you are planning a vacation by the water, then you should take:

- a fishing rod for fishing enthusiasts (this is for me);

- means for the safety of children, cylinders and sleeves;

And everything else for a fun and active holiday:

- guitar;

- portable music device;

- badminton;

- kite;

- camera;

- toys for children, it is worth making a choice in favor of rubber and plastic.

Even this small list will provide you with a lot of pleasant emotions. And lovers of a relaxing holiday would be nice to stock up on a hammock and a favorite book, or a fishing rod.

For a child, it is worth taking a set of toys that will occupy him for a long time and will not bother him. Sand play sets are well suited for toddlers, and sports equipment for older children. But you can also take a drawing pad and felt-tip pens with you.

When planning a vacation, always think about activities and timing. Based on this, you can divide all things into really necessary ones, and those that can be purchased near the place of celebration, or refuse altogether. In any case, it is recommended to take drinking water with a reserve, or if there is an organized source, vessels for its transportation.

Also pay attention to personal things that are necessary for you. These can be medications or glasses and lenses. That is, individually important things, and simply things, without which the rest will be spoiled.

But remember, if you are planning a vacation by car or not far from home, then you can make it as comfortable as possible. But when planning a longer trip or hike, there is a choice between comfort and lightness of a backpack. Have a good and unforgettable vacation in nature!
