But the height characteristic can be selected with maximum accuracy to typical arranged pits - plastic pallets 600x400 are made with an overall height of 65 and 100 mm.

The material, of course, surpasses plastic in its properties, but the price of polymer concrete pallets, unfortunately, makes us think about the need to use such protection against dirt at the entrance. Some manufacturers have abandoned the production of polymer concrete pallets with dimensions of 500x1000 mm in large numbers due to economic insolvency. Therefore, in order to avoid disappointment and unsuccessful searches in the future, it is still recommended to use the standard dimensions of the elements - 400x600 mm (40/60 cm), 100 mm high.

The presence of galvanizing on the sides allows you to strengthen the polymer concrete pallet around the entire perimeter. As with the plastic model, a standard stencil is marked in the bottom of the case for connecting the pallet to the sewer line. But in order to lay a dirt-protective mat or an aluminum grate in it, an additional rigid gasket in the form of a support mesh will be required, since any crate is not provided in the pallet body.

As a rule, the door tray is just a part of the combination in organizing the dirt protection of the entrance group. Plastic or polymer concrete, high or wide, it can be functionally interesting only in combination with cleaning accessories - a grill or a special dirt-protective mat.
