Instructions for making a cat

You can make many options for cats from plastic bottles. Let's consider the most interesting ones.

Cat as a garden sculpture

The whole point of making such a cat lies in the beautiful design of crafts

The main essence of its manufacture is the skill of drawing with acrylic paints. The manufacturing process itself is within the power of even a small child.

You need to take a plastic bottle of at least five liters and thoroughly wash it and degrease it.

After that, a second bottle is taken, from which the remaining small elements are produced. When you paint them, after the paint dries, you can glue everything into a single figure.

Such a cat will perfectly decorate an ordinary garden plot. These figurines can be made in many different shapes and sizes.

Cat Matroskin

This model of a cat made of plastic bottles is difficult to make, but the result will please you.

This is a modernized version of a cat for a garden plot. Accordingly, the process of its manufacture is much more complicated.

As a material, you will need one 6- and 10-liter bottles, as well as four plastic bottles of one and a half liters. A hose is also required, the diameter of which is on average 10 millimeters.

In the largest bottle, several holes are made into which two pieces of hose are threaded. These will be the paws.

Bottles of one and a half liters will serve as feet. They will need to be fixed on the paws.

In a plastic bottle with a capacity of six liters, the middle is cut out and connected together with the bottom and neck. This is the head.

It remains only to glue the ears and draw the muzzle under the Matroskin cat.

Cat - pot for plants

A pot in the form of a cat can decorate both a house and a veranda or garden plot.

The basis of the potty cat will be a plastic two-liter bottle. Be sure to wash it, remove all unnecessary labels.

After these simple procedures, you need to mark the cut line from below. In the end, you should get a bottom with protruding ears.

With the help of fire (for example, from a candle flame), you will need to process all protruding sharp corners.

In a solution of washing powder, the workpiece is thoroughly washed, and then painted with acrylic paints. It is best to repeat the last procedure twice.

Be sure to wait for the paint to dry completely.

It remains to draw a cute cat face, after which it will be ready.

We plant and care for astilba in the garden - find out how to do it right

We have already told you on our portal about making cats from plastic bottles. But when I saw this amazing cat, I just fell in love with this craft. Making such a cat is more complicated and painstaking, but what a luxurious Cat Kotofeich will appear on your site. Natalya Selezneva and Evgenia Vashchenko came up with and made such a beautiful craft. Glory and praise to them for their skill, imagination and for showing us all that you can make amazing crafts from waste empty plastic bottles that will be admired and admired not only by children, but also by adults.

And for those who still doubt whether to make such a craft or not, we offer step-by-step instructions for making Kota Kotofeich.

As you understand, the cat is made from plastic bottles: four bottles with a capacity of 1.5 liters, 1 bottle of 10 liters, 2 bottles of 6 liters and a hose with a diameter of 10-20 mm, so that bottle necks could be inserted into the hose later.

We make the body of the cat from a large bottle of 10 liters. If there is none, you can also take a 6-liter bottle in which drinking water is sold.

Then in a large bottle - the body we make four holes for the legs. We take two pieces of a watering hose, thread it through the holes and get the cat's paws. From one and a half liter bottles we cut off the upper part with a neck, cut it, warm it up a little over the fire, forming paws with claws.

We insert the paws into the hose-legs of the cat and, as a result, we get cat paws with feet.

Let's make the head, for which we cut out the middle from a 6-liter bottle, then we connect the neck and bottom together, insert them into each other and glue them with hot glue. We get the cat's head.

From the remains of the bottle, cut out the ears and glue them to the head.

We color the cat, draw a muzzle. We let it dry and Kot Kotofeich is ready.

And if a goldfish appears in the cat's paws, then it will be beyond praise. The fish is made from a 1.5 liter plastic bottle. The bottle is cut so that the top with the neck is used to make the tail. The lower part with the bottom is used for the body, and the middle part of the bottle, or rather, only a small piece, rolled up and attached to the body, is used to make the head. And the last touch is painting.

Now the image is finished. Cat Kotofeich with a Golden fish can delight you on his site.

But if it seems to you that it is difficult for you to make such a craft, you can make such charming cats.

Hello dear friends! In the departments of souvenirs and gifts, I often pay attention to figurines of cats, I really like them. And recently I got the idea to make a similar cat out of plastic bottles with my own hands.

The youngest son Alexander helped me in this. Of course, I "wielded" myself with a knife and scissors, and he gladly covered our cat with paint.

To make a cat, we need:

1. Plastic bottles - 2 pcs. (any size)

2. Knife and scissors.

3. Paints and brushes. You can use acrylic, spray paint, enamel and car paint, gouache (if the cat will stand in a dry place).

The sequence of making a cat from plastic bottles

♦ We take two plastic bottles, we used one and a half liter transparent ones.

♦ One bottle will be the body of the cat.

♦ Cut out details for the head, 2 ears and tail from another bottle.

♦ The head consists of two halves: cut off the lower part of the bottles (the second half can be cut off from the bottle for the body, or you can take the third), then insert into each other.

♦ We make incisions with a knife for the ears in the upper part of the head, in the lower part - a hole for the neck of the bottle-body, in the back - an incision for the tail.

♦ We paint all the details with paint, we used gouache, but it is better to take the paints listed above. The color can be chosen according to your taste.

♦ When the paint dries, draw the muzzle, chest, front paws, the tip of the tail and ears.

♦ Putting all the details together.

So it turned out a cat from plastic bottles.

You can use it at your own discretion: to decorate the interior of the house, garden plot, or you can make an additional incision, and you get a roomy piggy bank.

And who is interested in knowing what benefits real cats bring, I advise

Now being a cat owner is not so difficult

1. Wrap the legs of the table with a thick rope to make a scratching post.

2. From these tables you can make shelves on which the cat can rest, and you can store various things of the pet

3. By adding some dry green tea leaves to the litter box, you can get rid of bad smell.

4. A plastic bottle can be used to make a cat litter scoop.

5. Terrariums are a great way to protect a plant from a cat, and forget about dirty paw marks all over the house. Make sure the terrarium is heavy and stable, otherwise the animal may tip it over.

6. If you put cones in flower pots, then cats will not trample flowers, because. they don't like stepping on bumps.

7. Hide cords in slotted tubes to keep your cat from chewing on them.

8. NATURE'S MIRACLE is a great cat urine stain and odor remover.

9. Make a window shelf for your cat so she can keep an eye on what's going on outside.

10. You can also use an old ladder. Each step can be upholstered with carpet

11. Buy an adorable toilet paper holder so your cat can't unwind the roll.

12. Make a flea spray.

You will need:

- small spray bottle

- 2 glasses of water

- 2 tablespoons virgin hazel (without alcohol)

- 1 large lemon

bunch of fresh lavender or 1 tablespoon dried lavender

- 1 saucepan

- fine sieve
Put all the ingredients, except for the virgin hazel, in a saucepan. Boil on low heat for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Use a sieve to remove all ingredients. The water almost took on the color of lavender, and it had a light citrus scent. Pour the liquid through a fine sieve into another container. Add virgin hazel to the liquid and then pour the whole mixture into a spray bottle. Spray gently on the animal's coat and massage gently to work the mixture into the coat.

13. Or a cat repellent so that they do not spoil the furniture

You will need:

- clean spray bottle

- a little dishwashing detergent (preferably transparent)

- lemon essential oil

- eucalyptus essential oil

Fill the bottle 3/4 full with water. Add a couple of drops of dishwashing detergent. Add 10 drops of lemon and eucalyptus essential oils. Shake the solution well. Just spray on the places where you would not like to see your cat.

14. Plastic egg toy. Fill the egg with treats or catnip and make a small hole for the cat to smell.

15. Make a small patio for your cat so she can enjoy the fresh air.

16. You can make a stylish scratching post out of wood, which cats will be happy to climb on.

17. An inexpensive and fun pet game can be made from an old cardboard box and a balloon.

18. You can tell a cat's mood by its tail, but you should always consider other signs of body language:

Friendly - Friendly

Relaxed - Relaxed

Submissive - Pokorna

Defensive - Defensive

Fearfle - Frightened

Agitated - excited

Angry - Angry

19. If you need to bathe your cat, then do it in the sink, not in the tub. It will be easier for you to wash the cat, and she will be calmer in a small space.

20. To cleanse your cat's digestive tract of hairballs, grow cat grass for her.

21. To keep ants out of your cat bowl, circle it with chalk.

22. Leave some space on the shelves for the cat

23. The cat tray can be hidden in a chest or closet

24. Every day, in the morning or in the evening, brush your cat, so there will be less hair on the furniture.

25. It is easier to collect wool from furniture with rubber gloves.

26. To prevent the dog from eating cat food, make a special hanging shelf with a bowl

27. And remember: if a cat slowly winks at you, it means that she loves you.

This funny flowerbed cat is made from a plastic bottle and cement. It was made, with your own hands from improvised materials, the main thing is to turn on the fantasy.

For this masterpiece, you will need:
- sand,
- water,
- cement,
- gypsum,
- wire,
- large plastic bottle
- varnish,
- paint and wooden slats.

Step 1.

It is necessary to take a plastic bottle and cut it off so that this container becomes our flower garden. The bottle must be tightly wrapped with wire. This is necessary so that the cement, which we will later cover the bottle with, does not slip. After that, from the prepared rails, it is necessary to knock down the frame and attach a container to it.

Step 2

Knead the cement mortar. The consistency should be like thick sour cream. To do this, you need to take 1 part of cement and 1 part of sand. But gypsum should be added only to the finished mixture, which we will take in hand, otherwise the solution with gypsum will harden instantly. Before you start sticking the container with a solution of cement and gypsum, you should wear rubber gloves.

Step 3

Take the prepared cement solution in your hand and add a spoon (tablespoon) of gypsum to it. Knead the resulting mixture in your hands and roll it into a sausage. After that, attach it all to the frame. Gradually, apply such a solution to the frame, while making the necessary proportions and bulges.

Step 4

We make a cat's face.
The face of a cat should be sculpted from small balls. In order for all the details to hold well, the cat's body should be lubricated with water. Polish the surface with a wet hand

Step 4
The resulting figure must be dried. To do this, it must be covered with cellophane and kept for 3-4 days. After drying, the surface must be sanded with sandpaper.

Step 5

The resulting figure needs to be given a bright look. You can paint a cat with enamel, car paint or water-based emulsion. After painting, cover the surface of the figurine with varnish.

After the end of the summer season, remove the figurine from the street, as it may crack due to temperature changes.
