The sour product makes excellent chocolate chip muffins. It takes 20 minutes to prepare. To create them, take:

  • a glass of sour product;
  • flour - about 150 grams;
  • cocoa - 70 grams;
  • baking powder (teaspoon);
  • soda (half a teaspoon);
  • butter - 90 grams;
  • salt;
  • chocolate bar.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Break the chocolate into small pieces. Combine eggs with sugar. Add diluted butter, milk. Mix everything, but do not foam.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour that has passed through a sieve with cocoa powder and chocolate pieces, add salt, baking powder and soda. Dilute all this with a previously prepared liquid composition. Stir, but without zeal. This will keep the dough airy. Thanks to this, the cupcakes will rise well, bake normally, and a pleasant-tasting crust will form on them.

Pour the dough without delay into pre-prepared molds (up to the top). Sprinkle with pre-stocked chocolate chips.


You can make a delicious berry pie in the oven. Have to take:

  • 1 glass of sugar and sour drink;
  • a couple of eggs;
  • 250 grams of flour;
  • granulated sugar;
  • baking soda;
  • any berries to taste (glass).

Mix the sugar with the egg and beat the resulting mixture thoroughly (white). Add milk and soda to the beaten egg, slowly introduce the flour. You will get a creamy mass.

Grease a deep baking sheet with oil. Put a layer of berries on its bottom, pour the dough on top, put in the oven for 30 minutes, preheating it to 220 degrees. At the end, sprinkle the finished product with powdered sugar.


In a slow cooker

For a sour-based pie, it is also convenient to use a slow cooker. Such a sweet dish can be made using any fruit that family members like. The recipe assumes the presence of such components:

  • sugar (the amount depends on how sweet the dessert is preferred);
  • sour drink - 200 milliliters;
  • 2 eggs;
  • flour - about 300 grams;
  • soda - a small spoon;
  • a little vanillin;
  • crushed fruits.

Stir the sugar with the egg with a fork to visually add volume to this composition. Add milk, vanilla with sugar, flour, and finally - soda. Bring all the ingredients to a state of uniformity.

Lubricate the multicooker bowl with oil. Pour in the prepared mixture. Spread the selected crushed fruits over the surface. They drown themselves in the dough. You can and vice versa - put them on the bottom, and then pour. When the cake is out of the mold, they will be at the top.

Bake should be in the appropriate mode for 1 hour.

If you want something completely unusual, you can adopt one interesting recipe from Bulgarian cuisine. In this country, cold soup is made from sour milk. For him take:

  • half a liter of such a drink;
  • three cucumbers (fresh);
  • a couple of garlic cloves;
  • dill;
  • chopped walnuts (tablespoon);
  • olive oil;
  • salt;
  • ground pepper (black).

Pour a little cold boiled water into the milk and beat the resulting mixture. Add ice, if necessary, to keep the liquid cold. Finely chop cucumbers, garlic and dill. Connect everything. Salt and pepper, stir.

Leave this salad alone for 10 minutes until the juice stands out. Add a tablespoon of oil, stir again. Pour in the prepared milk, sprinkle with chopped dill and nuts. Now you can eat.


Based on the acidic product, you can make a sauce. It goes well, for example, with dumplings. A quarter cup of an acidic drink should be combined with the same amount of water, add a small amount of turnip, a teaspoon of sunflower oil, salt and spices. Ready.


A sour cocktail is also delicious. You need to take any berries that are on hand (preferably sweet), 1 liter of sour milk drink, a glass of sour cream, sugar to taste. All this is mixed with a mixer. You can drink.
