• a copy of the memorandum of association and TIN (also notarized);

• work book of the head of the private security company;

One important condition is that at least three employees must have a private security guard ID. To obtain the main permit document, you will need to pay one and a half thousand rubles. Staff

Naturally, the issue of staff selection is also very important. According to the law, each security guard must have an appropriate certificate. Ideally, it is best to invite former employees of law enforcement and security structures to work with you. It doesn't always work out that way. The first private security structures appeared in the USSR during the perestroika period after the signing of the law "On Cooperation in the USSR" in May 1988. The centralized monitoring console will be based on a modern digital radio system. Its key advantages include high protection against interference, the absence of false positives, unlimited distance from the monitoring station (up to 150 km), the ability to protect objects without telephone lines, the ability to work during power outages, and much more.

A complete list and description of services, as well as prices for each of them, are given in Table. 1. When interacting with clients, contracts will be concluded for the provision of security services, maintenance and physical protection. These documents will describe the subject of the contract, the rights and obligations of the parties, the procedure for settlements, liability for failure to comply with the clauses of the contract and the terms of the agreement.

In the course of the development of the company, it is planned to expand the range of services, including the design and installation of fire alarms, video surveillance systems, access control systems, etc.

The provision of security services will require a license issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The term for obtaining a license will be about 60 working days. When storing weapons, the requirements of Russian legislation and the recommendations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs regarding the equipment of weapons will be observed. 6. Organizational plan

To open a Private Security Company - (PSO) you will need to go through 2 stages: register your business as an LLC with the tax office and extra-budgetary funds, obtain statistics codes, a seal, open a bank account, and also obtain a license for private security activities. The preparatory stage will take 3 months.

The Director will be in charge of the CHOO. Its competence will include the determination of the powers of employees, the approval of the staffing table, the creation of a working management apparatus, and the organization of a system for monitoring the work performed. The second link in the management structure will be the heads of departments - the head of the security department, the head of the security systems installation department, the chief accountant (financial department), the head of the customer service department.
