Grate carrots and cheese on a medium grater and stuff buns with it. It can also be marinated a little in advance in the collection of spices marked “for Korean carrots” and vegetable oil.

Sprinkle generously with grated cheese on top and send to a hot oven. If the cheese flakes begin to melt and spread, then the hot dog can be removed. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with mayonnaise before serving.

Recipe number 7: sausages baked in puff pastry

Ingredients (for 3-4 servings):

  1. 1 kg of finished dough.
  2. 300 g of sifted flour.
  3. 10 sausages.
  4. 1 egg.
  5. Vegetable oil.
  6. Spices, salt, pepper.

Cooking method

Frozen dough open, defrost. It can be done at home, but in order to save time, we take ready-made ones. Boil meat products, peel them from a dense film. Then sprinkle flour on the board, roll out the future puff and cut it into squares or rectangles. Cut the sausages into slices of any shape so that they can be easily and neatly placed on the dough.

Then each such piece should be twisted like a roll, only a very small compact size. This should be done for all tests. Then generously grease the baking sheet with oil. Whisk the eggs. Lubricate all products with a brush.

Send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Also, if desired, these rolls can be lightly sprinkled with grated cheese, pulling them out a few minutes before readiness. They are great as a snack when watching a movie or even a football game with friends at home (photo 8).

Recipe number 8: vermicelli casserole

You need to take the following ingredients:

  1. 500 g small vermicelli.
  2. 3 eggs.
  3. 5 sausages.
  4. 400 g hard cheese.
  5. Vegetable oil.
  6. Spices, salt, pepper.

Cooking method

Prepare a side dish of quality pasta: boil them and rinse thoroughly. Separately cook sausages, rid them of the protective coating. Then cut into thin rings. Grease the saucepan generously with oil.

Beat the eggs until smooth and process the pasta well with this mixture, add spices, salt, pepper to taste. Gently mix everything together with sausages. Put them in a deep container, where they will be baked. Send to a hot oven (approximately 180 degrees).

When the dish is almost ready, take it out, generously sprinkle cheese on top and return to the oven for a few more minutes. Then this simple dish is very convenient to cut, as the egg will keep the shape of the casserole well. Serve with a salad of seasonal vegetables or simply cut them into each plate.

Sausages are a very quick way to prepare a hearty and tasty meal. With them there is not much fuss in the kitchen and this is their advantage. But these semi-finished products are not always safe due to the dishonesty of their manufacturers. Many of them significantly save on high-quality raw materials.
