Glue the spoons to the lampshade with hot glue. If you're happy with the trial pattern, fire up the hot glue gun. Spray evenly on the surface of a plastic container (or an existing lampshade) to glue cups of spoons:

• Gently pour glue onto the top of the spoon (closest to the handle). Press it firmly against the lampshade for a few seconds until you are sure the spoon has stuck. If you are gluing the spoons face up, add some glue to the back of the spoon, at the point that will be attached to the vessel.
• Continue gluing the spoons until the container is completely covered with spoons and nothing is visible under the cups of the spoons. They should be evenly spaced on the surface of the container. Adjustments should be made before it's too late, because once the glue dries, the cups will stay there forever.
• At this point, if you want to spice up the lampshade, you can do so by adding showy stones, rhinestones, and so on, carefully arranging them on the spoons. It is recommended not to overdo it!
