We have been manufacturing children's sports and gaming products since 2000, during We have been producing wooden platforms for 7 years.
In 2009, American children's wooden play complexes for private use began to be imported into Russia, and the prices for the products offered surprised us somewhat. Russian wholesale we did not find any manufacturers of wooden complexes for dachas on the market at that time. Curiosity became an incentive to develop a new direction - to produce our own.
The idea was in the creation of high quality domestic goods: in the form of a kit for self-assembly with detailed illustrated instructions, in a convenient package for transportation across Russia, and self-delivery in a private car, various configurations and configurations at an affordable price.
The main priority was to create a prefabricated structure that does not require concreting, accessible for assembly even to unskilled assemblers.
At the end of 2009, a task was set for our design bureau (design bureau) to develop models. We visited an exhibition for children's products in Cologne, found a Belgian supplier of CBT plastic components and signed a contract with them.
The following year, we were able to offer our customers the first product line, which was developed by the entire team of engineers and evaluated by the "focus group", took into account all the wishes of parents and children when filling the models with sports and developmental elements.
When it came time to give the “brainchild” a name, we immediately abandoned the term “gaming complexes” in order to get away from the association with sports complexes such as “wall bars”, which we ourselves had been producing for 10 years. Decided to patent with the names of the new the term "wooden platforms". At the general meeting, the models were given geographical names, and today " Tasmania, Alaska, Brittany, Kiribati other our names have become household names. A large number of "garage cooperatives" churn out similar products, do not hesitate to use our names or similar ones, for example, Madrid, Picnic-Tasmania, Tasmania-NT, our design ideas, texts (Talo, Taalo, Palermo, Finwood), which made us fight counterfeit products by making test purchases with subsequent appeal to the FAS.
An interesting idea was linking name symbols to fabric roofs and flags, the colors of the flag and coat of arms of the geo-point were taken into account; which influenced the decision to make the roofs out of fabric rather than wood, and prompted us to open a sewing shop for the tasks that appeared.
The process of forming a new woodworking workshop was an interesting rebirth of our small metal production in serious woodworking site.

- Looking for various multi-function circuits wood protection: safety for children, durability, beauty of wood; since 2017 have chosen a special 3-layer coating technology: priming by "dipping", then applying 2 coats of water-based acrylic clear varnish with intermediate sanding. You must comply with a number of requirements and GOSTs:

| 14. | The fall zone is the space around the playground, the boundaries of which determine the vertical projection onto the landing zone of points that are horizontally removed at least 1500 mm from the supporting surface of any element of the equipment structure located on the surface of the playground. |
| 15. | Ladder construction must meet the requirements of fall protection and have a constant slope. The distance from the leading edge of one (lower) step to the leading edge of the next (upper) step must be at least 140 mm, the step width must be at least 110 mm. |
