INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Foundation preparation:

The base must be free of dust, dirt, oil stains - anything that could impair the adhesion of the material. The prepared surface must be treated with a primer.

Solution preparation:

For machine application:
Pour the dry mixture into the receiving hopper.
Set initial water flow*.
Bring the consistency of the solution to the required by adjusting the level of water flow.
The level of water consumption depends on the make and model of the machine.
When applied manually:
Close the mixture with water (from +10 0С to +25 0С) in the proportion:
- for 1 kg of the mixture - 0.20 -0.23 l of water;
- for 30 kg of the mixture - 6.0 -6.9 liters of water.
Mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Wait 3-5 minutes for all chemical reactions to finish.
Stir again.

Execution of works:

Apply the main layer of the required thickness, but not exceeding 25 mm. Remove excess with a rule, level the surface. The surface can be wiped off completely after 5 hours (the terms are given based on the thickness of the applied layer of 25 mm).

PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES:

Avoid contact with eyes and respiratory tract;
When working, rubber gloves must be used;
Avoid contact with skin and eyes;
In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water;
Keep away from children.

Scope of application of dry mortar PRAKTIK

Bergauf Praktik is a cement plaster specially developed for outdoor use. With the help of Bergauf Praktik plaster you can perform a rough leveling of the walls. But, after that, finishing puttying of the wall or its coating with a finishing material, such as wallpaper, will be required.

Plaster Bergauf Praktik is used for application on surfaces such as:

  • brickwork,
  • concrete,
  • reinforced concrete,
  • foam concrete (with appropriate preparation of the base),
  • aerated concrete,
  • old cement plaster,
  • old cement-sand plaster.

Composition of PRAKTIK plaster

The composition of BERGAUF Praktik plaster includes four elements: cement binder, modifying polymer additives, graded sand and mineral additives.

Application of PRAKTIK plaster mix

The preparation of the solution can be done manually or by machine. Manual way. The instructions on the package reflect the proportions and steps for the correct preparation of the mixture.

Manually pour the dry mortar into the water (water temperature: room temperature) and mix everything until a homogeneous mass is obtained (this process can be done manually or using a construction mixer). Stir the solution again after 5 minutes.

Machine way. In accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, you must first set the water demand of the mixture (l / h) on the flow meter. Pour the mixture from the bags into the hopper, or connect the pneumatic conveying device and fill the machine's hopper automatically from the silo. After that, start the machine and adjust the consistency. This will require slow rotation of the flowmeter valve.

At the second stage, proceed to applying the solution to the surface:

1. The solution is applied to the work surface using a mortar mixer (nozzle with a gun). In addition, using a plaster ladle (trowel), the solution can be manually applied to the surface.

2. Level the surface using the building rule (type: h; length: 0.5 - 3 m).

3. After the mortar has set on the surface (that is, it stops sticking when lightly pressed), the technology requires it to be re-leveled using a building rule (type: trapezoidal; length: 0.5 - 3 m).

4. After the solution hardens on the surface (only light dents remain from touching with little effort), according to the technology, it is required to produce a “gloss”. For this process, you will need a trowel with a foam (felt) coating. With its help, water is applied to the surface of the plaster in a circular motion, it contributes to the release of cement "milk".

5. Level the cement "milk" over the entire surface with a construction spatula. High-quality performance of this operation replaces the subsequent process of puttying the surface.

Advantages of PRAKTIK plaster

Bergauf PRAKTIK is a plaster, the production of which minimizes the cost of packaging, advertising, etc. This contributes to the formation of an affordable price, which, of course, attracts many consumers.
