Solution preparation

For machine application:

• 1. Pour the dry mix into the receiving hopper.
• 2. Set the initial water flow*.
• 3. Bring the consistency of the solution to the required by adjusting the level of water flow

When applied manually:

1. Close the mixture with water (from +10 to +250 0 C) in the proportion:

• - per 1 kg of the mixture - 0.48 - 0.50 l of water;
• - for 30 kg of the mixture - 14.4 - 15 liters of water.

1. Mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
2. Wait 3-5 minutes for all chemical reactions to finish.
3. Stir again.

Foundation preparation

The base must be free of dust, dirt, oil stains - anything that could impair the adhesion of the material. The prepared surface must be treated with a primer.

Operating procedure

1. Apply the main layer of the required thickness, but not exceeding 25 mm.
2. Level the surface with an h-rule.
3. After partial loss of mobility, align with a trapezoidal rule.
4. After a complete loss of mobility, gloss the surface (With a spongy-based trowel, apply water to the surface with a slight pressure in a circular motion. Align the released composition on the surface with a wide spatula) Glossy is possible after 1.5-2 hours (the terms are given based on the thickness of the applied layer 25 mm, at t 0 = +20 0 C and 60% humidity).

Attention! If the required leveling thickness is more than 25 mm, it is necessary to apply the plaster in layers with partial drying of each. The number of layers - no more than 3. The thickness of the first layer is not more than 25 mm, each subsequent layer is not more than 20 mm. If the required leveling thickness is more than 60 mm, use reinforcing mesh.

Gypsum plaster light thin layer

Purpose

Plaster with a light filler for thin-layer alignment of walls and ceilings. It is used for work on absorbent substrates (aerated concrete, foam blocks, cement and cement-sand plasters), brickwork, concrete (over 6 months old), reinforced concrete, gypsum plasters, as well as gypsum board and gypsum-containing surfaces. It is used before applying subsequent finishing puttying, painting or decorative plasters. For work in rooms with a normal level of humidity.
