Solution preparation

For machine application:

  • 1. Pour the dry mix into the receiving hopper.
  • 2. Set the initial water flow*.
  • 3. Bring the consistency of the solution to the required by adjusting the level of water flow

* Water consumption varies by make and model of machine.

When applied manually:

  1. Close the mixture with water (from +10 to +250 0 C) in the proportion:
  • - per 1 kg of the mixture - 0.48 - 0.50 l of water;
  • - for 30 kg of the mixture - 14.4 - 15 liters of water.
  1. Mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  2. Wait 3-5 minutes for all chemical reactions to finish.
  3. Stir again.

Foundation preparation

The base must be free of dust, dirt, oil stains - anything that could impair the adhesion of the material. The prepared surface must be treated with a primer.

Operating procedure

  1. Apply the main layer of the required thickness, but not exceeding 25 mm.
  2. Level the surface with an h-rule.
  3. After partial loss of mobility, align with a trapezoidal rule.
  4. After a complete loss of mobility, gloss the surface (With a spongy-based trowel, apply water to the surface with a slight pressure in a circular motion. Align the released composition on the surface with a wide spatula) Glossy is possible after 1.5-2 hours (the terms are given based on the thickness of the applied layer 25 mm, at t 0 = +20 0 C and 60% humidity).

Attention! If the required leveling thickness is more than 25 mm, it is necessary to apply the plaster in layers with partial drying of each. The number of layers - no more than 3. The thickness of the first layer is not more than 25 mm, each subsequent layer is not more than 20 mm. If the required leveling thickness is more than 60 mm, use reinforcing mesh.

Safety

Avoid contact with eyes and respiratory tract.

Storage

The warranty period of storage in a dry room and in closed original packaging is 6 months from the date of manufacture.

Scope of plaster PRAKTIK

Plaster Bergauf Praktik with a light filler is used for leveling ceilings and walls. In the future, finishing puttying of the resulting surface, applying decorative plaster or painting it will be required.

Bergauf Praktik is a lightweight gypsum plaster that can be applied on surfaces such as:

  • brickwork,
  • concrete,
  • reinforced concrete,
  • aerated concrete,
  • old cement plaster,
  • old cement-sand plaster,
  • drywall,
  • gypsum-containing surfaces, etc.

ATTENTION! Work with this material can be carried out only in those rooms in which normal indicators of air humidity are observed.

Composition of PRAKTIK plaster

The composition of BERGAUF Praktik plaster includes four elements:

  • cement binder,
  • modifying polymer additives,
  • graded sand,
  • mineral supplements.

Application of PRAKTIK plaster

Stage 1. Solution preparation.

Manual way. In accordance with the proportions reflected in the instructions on the package, manually pour the dry mortar into the water (t - room temperature). Stirring the resulting mixture (until a homogeneous mass) can be done manually or with a mixer. After 5 minutes, mix the solution again.

Machine way. Preliminarily set the water demand of the mixture (litres/hour) on the flow meter (according to the manufacturer's recommendations). Pour the mixture from the bags into the hopper, or connect the pneumatic conveying device and fill the machine's hopper automatically from the silo. Next, start the machine, adjust the consistency by slowly rotating the flowmeter valve.

Stage 2. Application of the solution.

Through a mortar mixer (nozzle with a gun), the solution is applied to the work surface. Also, the solution can be applied to the surface with a plaster ladle (trowel). Level the surface using the rule (type: h, length: 0.5 - 3 m (the choice depends on the geometric dimensions of the working plane)).

After a partial loss of mortar mobility on the surface (the mixture ceases to stick when lightly pressed), it must be re-leveled using a building rule (type: trapezoidal, length: 0.5 - 3 m (the choice depends on the geometric dimensions of the working plane)).

After a complete loss of mobility of the solution on the surface (light dents remain from touching with little effort), “glossing” is performed. To carry out this process, you will need a trowel with a foam (felt) coating.

By performing circular movements, water is applied to the surface, which allows the gypsum "milk" to stand out. The resulting gypsum "milk" is leveled over the entire surface with a construction spatula. This operation can replace the puttying process.

Advantages of PRAKTIK plaster

1. PRICE. Bergauf PRAKTIK - these are mixtures, in the production of which the costs of packaging, advertising, etc. are minimized. This contributes to the formation of an affordable price.

We guarantee the highest quality of the products provided, as well as prompt delivery in Moscow and the region. We present original products, while the cost allows you to purchase high-quality goods.

It should be noted that the selected building product complies with international and domestic quality standards. Accordingly, the performance characteristics of the building material are at a high level.

Advantages of Bergauf Praktik glue

The working surface and the ambient temperature should be in the region of plus five plus thirty degrees. If the thermometer reaches the minus mark, it is recommended to use a special frost-resistant product.

After the adhesive has been prepared, it should be used for no more than two to three hours. Only in this interval Bergauf Praktik retains its technical properties. In general, this solution dries quickly. Thanks to the above advantages, the construction process is significantly accelerated.

Application Bergauf Praktik

Blend Bergauf Praktik- is a first-class material, the purpose of which is thin-seam masonry of blocks, both for external and internal horizontal and vertical surfaces.

Moreover, this product contributes not only to maximizing the uniformity of the surface on which the consistency is applied, but also to minimizing the percentage of heat loss. It is known that it is cracks and crevices that reduce the amount of stored heat in the room. An important nuance is that significant tightness is achieved in the process of gluing no more than two millimeters.

Now, with regard to the composition of Bergauf Praktik 30 kg glue, it includes the following components:

  • Portland cement is one of the most basic elements found among building materials. This is a kind of binding material.
  • Sand with minimum size. Before adding to the mixture, the manufacturer carefully sifts.
  • A number of polymers that increase the elasticity of the material. Also, they have a positive effect on the adhesion of the adhesive.
  • Various modifiers allow an indefinite amount of moisture to be retained within the adhesive itself. Due to this, the seams do not crack in case of exposure to elevated temperatures.
  • Thanks to this composition Bergauf Practitioner becomes less conductive.
