Learn how to use ArtMoney - and the need for cheats will disappear forever! Guide to using ArtMoney

Any computer game initially offers a limited amount of resources, whether it be coins, cartridges, lives or cans of gasoline. And it would probably be great if all this goodness could be multiplied without overcoming obstacles, without defeating opponents and without passing levels, but simply by pressing some kind of magic button. So, such a button really exists and it is called .

is a program designed to hack computer games , or to be more precise, to increase the original game resources. For example, if at the beginning of the game you have 1000 coins, then with the help of this program you can add as much or as many as you want to yourself.

The main advantage of ArtMoney, perhaps, is its simplicity. Typically, users associate hacking with painstaking manual work, editing the code. So, there is nothing like this in ArtMoney. You will not need any special knowledge in the field of computer science and memory addressing architecture. The program takes care of all the most difficult part of the work, you just need to find the value, which means the number of coins, lives or ammunition, and then replace it with your own.

How to use ArtMoney

So, first we launch the game, and then ArtMoney. In drop down list "Select Process" indicate the process of the game and press the button "Search".

In the opened window (Step 1) specify the desired value, that is, the number of currently available coins or other resources that need to be changed, set the type "Your set."

Then click the button with the ellipsis and in the type selection window leave the value marked "Integer 4 bytes".

In principle, the type and value of the type can be left unchanged, but then the search procedure may take more time. After you click OK, the program will search and you will see a list of results in the left column of the window.

Now you need to sort the list, removing all unnecessary entries from it. To do this, we spend some game resources, for example, we buy something and then press the button "Weed out" (Step 2).

Specify the number of remaining coins (ammo, lives, etc.) and perform the search again.

After that, the number of entries should decrease. By clicking on the blue arrow button, we transfer the filtered list items to the right column, select them with the mouse, right-click and select the option "Set value".

In the window that opens, set a new value for the changed game resource and update the data in the game. That, in fact, is all. Thanks to these simple steps, you can change the size of almost any game resource. You can also freeze the value you set, so that the resources become almost inexhaustible.

Many gamers are familiar with the situation when they are slightly lacking in resources and experience to continue the game or complete a task. To resolve such situations, the Artmoney program was developed, designed to change the numerical parameters within the gameplay. Let's briefly consider the principles of the program in relation to its version "Artmoney PRO 7,**".

Let's start with the fact that if the program is not downloaded then .

If the program is not activated then .

How to use artmoney video

Installing the program and its interface

The program "weighs" less than two megabytes, and therefore it is quickly downloaded and easily installed. Artmoney PRO 7.43 has good Russification, even the help is easy to read. The help contains a clear instructions on how to use Artmani.

The program is paid, but for a real gamer, the price of acquiring it will seem ridiculous.

The program interface is quite simple and intuitive, so we will not dwell on it in detail, but describe its use.

How to make money-experience through artmoney (Artmoney)

For an example of use, let's take the Artmoney PRO 7.43 program and the old game Heroes of Might and Magic III. Here is an approximate step by step instructions on how to use ARTMONEY.

We start the game, and after it is fully loaded, we switch to Artmani. Switching can be done through the Win button, Ctrl + F12 or Alt + Tab.

In "Artmani" there is a line "Select a process", select "Heroes of Might and Magic III" here. For example, we need to increase the experience of the character.

We switch to "Heroes ...". We see that the current experience of the selected hero is 557 units.

Switch to "Artmani", click "Search". In the following table, enter 557 and click OK.

We get this picture:

We see that the number of addresses is terribly large, and it is not clear which one to change. To select the exact address, you need to weed out all the extra lines. We return to the game and gain some experience, it is important for us to cut off unnecessary indicators. Now the experience is 872 points.

We get:

Then press the red arrow and in the right window change the value of the parameter, for example, to 2000.

We look, in "Heroes ..." the experience of our character also became equal to 2000 points.

In this review, we will tell you how to use the ArtMoney program. With its help, you can increase, decrease or “freeze” any numerical values, for example, the number of cartridges, game currency or health level. But this program only works with those toys that are installed on the computer. It is powerless in online games, since in this case the numerical values are stored on remote servers, to which ArtMoney does not have access.

Using ArtMoney is actually quite simple. First, start the game in which you want to change the numerical values. Then launch ArtMoney. During its operation, the game must be active, it cannot be closed. In the "Select a process" line, click on the game that you want to correct.

The program will analyze the game files for several seconds in search of the desired values. In most cases, there are several such files and therefore it is necessary to weed out unnecessary ones. To do this, go into the game and change the numerical value you need. For example, if it's in-game currency, buy something, if it's ammo, shoot a few. After that, return to ArtMoney and click the "Sieve" button. In the window that opens, enter a new value for the parameter you need.

Now the program will analyze in which files these changes have occurred. After this screening, only those files remain that are responsible for the parameter you need. Next, you need to click the image of the red or green arrow in order to transfer the found files to the change window. The red arrow transfers one, selected file, and the green arrow transfers all found ones.

In the Value column, right-click and select Edit. After that, enter the numerical value that you need. We introduce changes to all found files. Get back in the game and keep playing. After a while, the parameter you need will have the numerical value that you set using the ArtMoney program.

In order not to constantly change the parameter you need, you can “freeze” its value. To do this, click the left mouse button next to the found files. A cross will appear. After that, this parameter will not change during the game.

Using the ArtMoney program, you can also change more complex values that do not have a visible numerical value. For example, the health bar, which in some games is displayed as a decreasing bar. To change it, when entering the first value, select the "Unknown value" item in the "Search" line. And when filtering, in the line "Value", select the item - "Changed". Thus, the program will find all files that have been changed. Among them there will be one that is responsible for the non-numeric parameter you need.

Now we will analyze in detail how to add money to the game through the ArtMoney program. I will demonstrate the input of money using the example of the Witcher game.

To begin with, we launch the ArtMoney hacking program itself, then the game.

Minimize the game and expand ArtMoney. Not all games are minimized using the Windows key. You can use the keyboard shortcut Alt + Tab, it works almost always.

In our case, this is 641 orens. Minimize the game again, expand ArtMoney and press the search key.

The program gives us a window for action.

Set the value to the amount of money 641.

Then press the OK key. And the program starts looking in the game for all values equal to this number.

We press ok. At the moment, the value of addresses is incredibly high. We need to weed out the excess. To do this, expand the game and change the value of money in the game to any other. For example, by selling or buying something. I changed the value from 641 to 601.

Minimize the game and expand ArtMoney again. Select the delete button.

The screening menu pops up and set the value 601 in the line.

Press the menu button ok and the screening process begins. We have three addresses left.

If there are too many addresses, you can repeat the screening operation, that is, we deploy the game again, change the value of money and enter it into the screening. In our case, this is not necessary, and we transfer all three values using the button with the blue arrow.

Pay attention to the table, we change the value in the value column to 99999. This is easy to do, just click on the line in the column we need and start typing. We get:

We expand the game and, voila, Geralt becomes a very wealthy resident of Vizima.

Notes: It happens that after deploying the game, the value has not changed, then try to spend a little bit and it will change. Although there are games that are much more difficult to hack through ArtMoney, for example, Space Rangers. You can write separate educational articles about hacking such games. But there are very few such games. Thus, making money through ArtMoney is quite easy!

1. Can I use ArtMoney to change money in network or online games?
The ArtMoney program is not intended for hacking network or online games. ArtMoney allows you to change values in the memory of your computer only. It all depends on where the data is stored (it can be on the server or on your computer).

  • If the data is stored on the server, then your computer will only have a local copy of such data. For example, if you find and change the number of ammo from 5 to 100. Your screen will show 100 ammo. But there will be 5 left on the server, and when you take a shot, the server will decrease 5 by 1 and send a new number of 4 to your computer. As a result, after the shot, you will have 4 on the screen. Most games also check the data on the server and client. And when you change the data for yourself, the game will check it with the server and stop working with a message about an attempt to cheat. If you play on a local network and sit on a server, then in most cases you can safely change your parameters and other players too. If you play an online game over the Internet, and the data is stored on the server, in this case you will not be able to cheat. ArtMoney does not have access to the Internet server.
  • If the data is stored on your computer, then the server is just a copy. You can change anything, it doesn't matter if this game is online or network. For example, the game "Heroes Of Might And Magic", where each player's data is stored on his computer, there is only a copy on the server.
You can only find out if ArtMoney works with a network game or not by trying it. Don't forget that data can simply be encoded.

2. The game does not appear in the list of processes, what should I do?
There are several options

  • Use Spyware Process Detector version 2.01 or higher. With this program, you can open for searching and editing any hidden process in the system, as well as processes that cannot be opened in the usual way. You can download the program on our website www.systemsoftlab.com/rus.html Read more in the user manual in the chapter "Selecting a process using Spyware Process Detector" .
  • Use command "Start Process".
  • Set in settings "Show Processes" on the "ALL".
  • Switch to the game and use the key "Select current process".
  • If your game works in Internet Explorer on Windows 95/98/ME. Select "Program Manager". This is the same.
3. When selecting a process on Windows Vista/7/8/10, an error message pops up "I can't open the process", what should I do?
If it's a normal (non-secure) process, disable UAC. To disable UAC (User Account Control), you need to go to "Control Panel" -> "User Accounts" -> "Enable or disable User Account Control". We remove the checkmark. We restart the computer.
In any case, the purchase of ArtMoney Pro will help, UAC and protected processes are not a hindrance for it. To install the service and work properly with ArtMoney Pro, with UAC enabled, you must run the ArtMoney Pro program once via the "Run As Administrator" context menu (in the English version, "Run As Administrator"). For the service to work on Windows x64, you need to disable driver signature verification. This can be done every time Windows boots up by pressing F8 and selecting "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" (in the English version "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement") or you can sign the service for Windows x64 using Driver Signature Enforcement Overrider 1.3b. Run the program and click "Enable Test Mode" and "Next". Then select "Sign a System File", specify c:\games\artmoney\am800.sys service and click OK. Reboot.

4. When launching ArtMoney, the message "Error opening the service. Please try to disable mandatory driver signature verification." What to do?
For the service to work on Windows x64, you need to disable driver signature verification. This can be done every time Windows boots up by pressing F8 and selecting "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" (in the English version "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement") or you can sign the service for Windows x64 using Driver Signature Enforcement Overrider 1.3b. Run the program and click "Enable Test Mode" and "Next". Then select "Sign a System File", specify c:\games\artmoney\am800.sys service and click OK. Reboot.
How to disable verification on Windows 8 x64. In the start metro menu (press WIN-I or place the mouse in the lower right corner and wait) - "Settings" - from the bottom "Change computer settings" - "General" - from the bottom "Special boot options" - the button "Restart now" - "Diagnostics " - "Advanced options" - "Download options" - "Restart" button - the system will display a list, select "Disable mandatory driver signature verification".

5. What should I do if the game does not want to switch to Alt-Tab or freezes?
There are several options

  • Try the ArtMoney keys Ctrl-F12, Ctrl-F9. And there are Windows keys Ctrl-Esc, Ctrl-Alt-Del.
  • Set the screen resolution, refresh rate and color depth of the desktop to the same as in the game. If you know that the game has a resolution of 600x800, then set the same in the Windows desktop settings.
  • Try running the game in windowed mode. If the game does not have a windowed mode setting, then you can use special programs for this, for example, DXWnd, DxWnd or D3DWindower.

    6. How to choose the right search type?
For money, you usually need to take 4 bytes, for life 1-2 bytes, in other cases 2 bytes. Most games use the integer type, but there are exceptions.

    TypeRangeNote
Integer 1 byte0 to 255Usually life, the number of items if there are few of them
Integer 2 bytes0 to 65535Usually life, number of items, resources
Integer 3 bytesfrom 0 to 16777215Used in games under emulators Sony Playstation, Super Nintendo, etc.
    Integer 4 bytesfrom 0 to 4294967295Usually money
Integer 8 bytesfrom 0 to 18446744073709551616Money if it is measured in billions
With dot 4 bytesfrom 1.5e-45 to 3.4e+38Used in some games, especially by Microsoft
With dot 6 bytesfrom 2.9e-39 to 1.7e+38Used in DOS games made in Turbo Pascal
With dot 8 bytesfrom 5.0e-324 to 1.7e+308Used in Macromedia Flash games
With dot 10 bytesfrom 3.4e-4951 to 1.1e+4932Used only in math programs

    7. ArtMoney crashes when searching. What to do?
    There are several options

    • If an error occurs during the search, it usually means that the disk space has run out. Free up disk space or buy more memory and a bigger hard drive. Free space should be equal to the size of the process, at least more is better.
    • If the system hung during the search, it is possible that you have an overheated processor, replace the fan! At peak loads, the processor freezes with insufficient cooling.
    • Perhaps you use some kind of program to protect your memory from viruses. Unload all unnecessary programs, especially antiviruses and firewalls. The fewer programs running, the better.
    8. ArtMoney finds nothing. What to do?
Try changing the game type to "ALL". Try other methods.

    9. I found the address, I change the value in ArtMoney, I switch to the game, but nothing has changed in the game. What should I do?
You found the wrong address. Try other methods and settings.

    • Some games have a copy of each real value, which is called the "apparent value". They are located at different addresses, and these values may or may not be equal. For example, the game Jedi Knight shows a life of 100, this is the visible value. And the real value is stored in a different address and is equal to 17402. Changing the visible values changes only the image on the screen, and the real value remains unchanged. The visible value can be of the same type as the real value, but is usually of type "Text".
    • In many games, the value must change in-game before it is updated on the screen. For example, you have 6 rounds, you put 200 in ArtMoney. You switch to the game, but there are still 6. And only when you make a shot, the rounds on the screen will be updated and become equal to 199.
    • If all else fails, the data may be encoded, you should use a search "Encoded Value" or search by formula for the encoded value.
    10. What should I do if the game has a strip without numbers? How to find this value?
In this case you should use search "Unknown value"(Increased/Decreased conditions).

    11. Is it possible to use your program to try to change the time in the game, the timer or even freeze its countdown?
Firstly, the timer can count down the time to zero, or vice versa, up to a certain time. And even if you think it's a descending timer, it can be stored as an ascending timer. Try both options.

You need to go to the menu in the game or pause the game. If the game does not have a pause button, then pause through ArtMoney ("Stop the process" command). Typically, time is stored in seconds, or milliseconds (thousandths of a second). Very rarely minutes and seconds are stored separately. For example, the Starcraft game stores time in seconds. If you have 24 minutes and 33 seconds, then you need to search for 1473 seconds (24min*60+33sec=1473sec).

Usually, the time seen on the screen is one unit different from the real time, the delay effect. It is better to search through the search for "Unknown value" (Increased / Decreased conditions). Or look for a range, that is, you have 3:14 is 194 seconds. Looking for a range from 192 to 196 integers. Just look for seconds too in the range, that is, from 12 to 16 integers.

    12. How to find the address of a flag (for example, god mode, which is either on or off)?
In most cases, this is a 1 byte integer. The flag takes two values: off (that's 0) or on (that's 1). Some games use 1 as disabled and 0 as enabled, which is the other way around. Sometimes, very rarely, -1 is used instead of 1. It is recommended to search first for 1, and then filter out 0, it will be faster.

    13. What are tables and how to use them?
The table is a set of ready-made addresses for the game. The performance of the table depends on the version of the game and the operating system. In cases of address inoperability, you do not need to re-find all changed addresses, but only one address. Then use "Auto change addresses". Read the chapter "
