But in fact, in order to do something, you need a bunch of tools, and you also need material, which is always not at hand, and you need money for this material.
And here is the usual model of two plastic water bottles, a couple of paper clips and an elastic band, with which we drag the money.

In order; to create this toy, you still need something - namely, two bottles, a drill - you will have to drill, or you can dig holes, the old fashioned way. A couple of paper clips or wire, and most importantly - a knife. Yes, a couple of boards, from under ice cream, sticks will do just right. And do not forget the gum, you will need it for the rubber motor.

So, when everything you need has been collected to the heap, then you can start. The first thing to start with is to make a screw, without it, our boat will not float.

It makes no sense to tell how to make a screw, according to the drawing, it’s clear.

The more precisely we make the screw, the more likely it is that the boat will float. This is where you need a staple.

The main thing not to forget is to lay something like a thick washer between the screw and the cover, you can use a bead ball.

When the main assembly is assembled, we take the second plastic one and drill or pick a hole in the bottom with a nail.

Now we need a second paper clip, which we fasten in the form of a loop for a hole in the bottom of the bottle.
You can see everything in the picture. Do not forget to fasten an elastic band in advance and preferably more than one, the thicker the rubber band, the stronger the thrust of the submarine.

You can now assemble the structure to a heap, we hook the elastic band on the hook on the screw and tighten the cover with the screw. It remains only to fix the stabilizers, they are needed so that the model does not turn over in the water.

It should turn out something like this.

Yes, the most important thing is that the boat floats - you need to use the handles - we hold one by the frame, and the other we wind the screw, in which direction it does not matter - it will be visible there, during the voyage. After the screw is screwed, we lower the boat into the water and lower it. Nothing complicated. If everything was done at least 50% correctly, it should float. Well, you understand me: smile .:

INSTRUCTIONS

Creating a propeller

1. To start making a propeller, you need to cut off the bottom half from a 2 liter plastic bottle. Cut the bottom of the bottle as shown in the howtoons.com instructions to make the shape of a screw that has five separate blades. It's quite difficult because the plastic is thick in some places. Ask an adult to help you cut out these blades with a sharp knife. Figure 2 shows the finished screw.

2. Have an adult make a hole in the bottle cap and two holes in the propeller, one in the center and one just outside the center. This can be done with an awl or a needle by holding it over the fire of the stove.

3. Use scissors to cut out a small plastic circle from the remains of a 2 liter plastic bottle. The circle should be about the same size and shape as the cap of a small water bottle. This part will go between the bottle cap and the propeller, and will serve as a washer that the propeller will slide on as it rotates. With a needle, carefully make a hole in the middle, such that the tip of the paper clip can fit through. Be careful if you're using a needle so you don't prick yourself.

4. Straighten one end of the paperclip and thread it through the hole in the top of the bottle cap, then through the washer, and finally through the center hole of the screw. The propeller fins, bent away from the bottle cap, should point down.

5. Using pliers, bend the paperclip and secure it to the bottle by threading it through the second hole.

6. Next, you need to put a scale on the bottle with a marker to make it easier to fill the submarine with different amounts of water during testing. Using a measuring cup, add 20 ml of water to the bottle, each time marking the water level in the bottle with a marker. When you are done, you can sign these lines (20 ml, 40 ml, 60 ml,…, 500 ml).

Creation of a submarine

1. Punch two small holes in the bottom of the bottle, like the holes in the propeller, one in the center and one slightly off-center.

2. Straighten one end of the second paper clip and use chopsticks to insert the straight end of the paper clip through the neck of the bottle into the hole in the bottom of the bottle. This step requires patience and skill!

3. Once you have the straight end of the paperclip through the hole, use your pliers to bend the end again and thread it into another hole that is off-center to secure the paperclip.

4. Use your chopsticks again to put the elastic on the hook of the paperclip inside the bottle.

5. Without releasing the elastic, hook the other end of the elastic onto the hook of the paperclip inside the bottle cap screw. If it is too difficult to pull the elastic band out with chopsticks, use a wire hook to pull it out. Make sure the rubber band inside the bottle is tight enough. If the elastic band is too loose, try a smaller elastic band. And here is our submarine assembled (with a propeller attached to it).

In practice, the first submarines began to be used in the XVIII century during the American Civil War. Two centuries later, submarines play a huge role not only in military operations, but are also actively used to study the depths of the sea. Here's how to make a clapperboard submarine. The craft is ready. It remains to paint the craft. You can use ordinary paints or an aerosol can for this. You can paint the boat in any color, but black, green and gray are most often used.

Having bent the blades, we make a hole in the center with an awl and fix the screw on the stern with the help of an axis made of a match. The propeller of the submarine is even spinning! If it's hard to make 6 blades, try three or four.

We glue the aft part with the hull - the most difficult part of the work is done!
The nose part is much easier to make: you just need to put the ball into the cracker body about halfway and fasten it tightly. Get a rounded bow of the submarine.
Stepping back a little, we glue the bow depth rudders.

Having made two holes in the roof of the superstructure with an awl red-hot on fire, we insert an antenna and a periscope made from a cotton swab rod: one is shorter, the other is longer.

The assembly is over, it's time to start painting.
