Packing at home. Requirements for the shelf life of bulk products. Business development options for packing and packaging

Cereals are essential products, the demand for which will always be high. Therefore, the packaging of cereals as a business is a profitable and in demand business. Moreover, the filling and packing equipment used is suitable for filling other bulk products.

Decide on an assortment

Different types of cereals will require specific packaging equipment. Therefore, first of all, it is necessary to decide on the assortment of goods. It is best to purchase equipment for packaging 3-4 types of cereals, which are the most in demand on the market. In this case, you will insure your business against possible crop failure and production downtime.

The most purchased on the market are the following types of cereals:

  • millet;
  • buckwheat;
  • oats;
  • barley;
  • rye;
  • corn;
  • millet.

As a prospect for business development, one can outline the packaging of quick-cooking cereals in both large and portioned packages.

Packaging technology

Packing bulk products involves several stages of processing. At the first stage, the grain is cleaned in order to remove foreign objects from the general mixture, as well as small, defective grains.

If your packaging business is focused on corn, peas, buckwheat, oats, then the second stage will be the hydrothermal processing of cereals. In this case, the grains are sequentially steamed, dried, and then cooled. So the grain film softens, its shelf life, nutritional value and strength increase.

After that comes the peeling of cereals - the separation of non-digestible parts from the core. Wheat, barley, peas, rice must undergo grinding and polishing after this procedure. Thus, the taste qualities of grain are improved, the time of its preparation is reduced.

The next stage is the cleaning of cereals from possible impurities and sorting in accordance with the specified sizes. Only after that, direct packaging is carried out in bags of 0.5 or 1 kg, or bags of 50 or 70 kg. The largest percentage of the output is peas - 73%, the smallest - corn and pearl barley - 40%. On average, the yield will be 63-66%.

If your business involves, among other things, the manufacture of quick-cooking cereals, grains must be subjected to additional processing. For this, the following options for the production process are provided:

  • extrusion in screw presses;
  • micronization (treatment with infrared rays);
  • additional hydrothermal treatment with flattening.

Business premises

According to the most conservative estimates, the business will require at least 100 sq. m. and two workers. In this case, the premises should be zoned for:

  • packing shop (15-20 m²);
  • warehouse (40-60 m²);
  • bathroom (5 m²).

In the workshop where the packaging equipment is installed, the walls are painted with water-based paint to a height of 1.8 m, and a powerful hood is installed. In addition, the premises must be protected from rodents.

Due to the high dust content, the room is classified as a fire hazard, so special attention should be paid to fire safety. All gas and water pipes, as well as electrical wiring, are closed with special casings.

Production Requirements

Packaging for bulk products must comply with GOST 26791-89. In accordance with it, packaging for bulk products can be made of polyethylene or other paper-based materials with a polymer coating. Packing for bulk products from boxed cardboard is also allowed.

For transportation, plywood or plank boxes are used, as well as corrugated cardboard boxes. Logistics is carried out by any type of transport, but only in closed form.

You can store oatmeal for up to 8 months, millet - up to 7, corn - up to 9, buckwheat - up to 10, barley - up to 13.

Equipment

To open a cereal packaging business, you will need more than one machine. At a minimum, you will need to buy:

  • a machine for peeling grain and removing shells - 100-250 thousand rubles;
  • grinding machine - 140 thousand rubles;
  • a sifter that will separate the grain into fractions - 12 thousand rubles. and higher;
  • a machine for cleaning grain from small impurities (aspirator) - 75 thousand rubles;
  • thermal packaging machine - 40-200 thousand rubles;
  • packaging sealing machine - 18-65 thousand rubles.

You can buy equipment in parts, or you can immediately purchase a mini-workshop or a production line. They can work with several types of cereals and have a capacity of approximately 3.0-4.5 tons per day.

Payback calculation

The purchase price of cereals depends on the type of grain. On average, the following prices have been established in the market (thousand rubles/ton):

  • millet - 5;
  • corn - 6-8.5;
  • buckwheat - 12;
  • peas - 6.5-10;
  • barley - 7-10;
  • rye - 3.5-6;
  • wheat 4-10.

At retail, the main cereals can be sold at the following prices:

  • corn - 14 rubles / kg;
  • rice - 19-25 rubles / kg;
  • buckwheat - 20-25 rubles / kg;
  • peas - 15 rubles / kg;
  • wheat - 13 rubles / kg.

Calculating how much a business will cost is easy. If, in addition to the indicated costs for equipment and the purchase of grain, we take into account the costs of salaries for several employees, utilities, then the total investment in the business will amount to 2 million rubles. Every month the enterprise will bring about 50-60 thousand rubles. That is, investments will return on average in 2.5 years.

Quality control

For your enterprise to be successful, it is important to control the quality of grain at all stages of production - from purchase to final packaging. It is advisable to equip your own laboratory for this with appropriate measuring instruments. The evaluation process should be based on the following criteria:

  • the so-called digestibility coefficient, which is determined by the ratio of the finished porridge to the initial grain volume;
  • cooking time;
  • structure, taste and color of the finished porridge;
  • the number of non-shelled grains, broken kernels, various impurities;
  • humidity (norm - 12-15.5%);
  • taste, aroma, color.

Sales issues

A significant part of business success depends not only on the quality of the products offered, but also on a competent marketing policy. You can sell packaged cereals in the following ways:

  • participate in various tenders for the supply of packaged grain;
  • sell to wholesalers or dealers;
  • arrange delivery to retail chains.

In the future, it is possible to expand production by adjusting the packaging of flour, sugar, seeds, nuts.

Packaging business. Each of you noticed, on store shelves, food packaged in ordinary plastic bags. The owners of retail outlets pack the products themselves or order ready-made products.

Packing business

We thought about creating our own business from scratch, the main direction is packaging pasta in BOPP bags, 400 gr each. And we decided to calculate all the risks associated with organizing a business idea for packaging for 2017. I will say in advance that my business plan is based on an existing, operating enterprise. All financial calculations with the prospect of expansion are relevant for 2018.

  1. Design features.
  2. About equipment.
  3. Purchase and sale of products.
  4. Financial plan.
  5. consumption in Russia.

How to start a packing business?

First of all, to start a business from scratch, you need to think about two things: competition and where to get the money. The first question is solved through the Internet. I found out which companies are engaged in this type of service, I called the nearest ones to clarify prices for finished products. With the second question, it is more difficult, since the amount to start will not be small. Depending on the chosen strategy, financial costs for 2018 will vary from 100,000 to 1 million rubles. I applied for a loan from a bank. We fall under the program of lending to agricultural producers and the processing of agricultural products.

Packing business details

To clarify all the nuances of the packaging and packaging business, it is worth deciding on the products that we will package. Having studied the market, I decided to stop at pasta. Here you need to understand that large pasta manufacturers often order packaging services from third-party LLCs. It is more profitable for them to deliver a large batch to a certain region, and get rid of negotiations with stores. All matters related to packaging and further sale, you have to do it yourself. This means that you need to properly complete all the necessary documents.

Design features

Registration of an LLC for the food industry requires a license and permits. I chose a simplified tax system, although you can use another. Financially, I didn't notice much of a difference. In some regions there are certain benefits for such forms of small business. I am sure that support for entrepreneurs will increase in 2018.

Licenses

All permits are issued upon the appearance of a problem. Stop production, only in case of gross violations. The premises must comply with all the requirements of sanitary and fire regulations. All equipment must be certified. In the future, to work with large chain supermarkets, you will need a full-fledged electronic signature. For starters, I advise you to cooperate with private shops.

About equipment

In this section, I describe the step-by-step development of a pasta packaging and packaging business from scratch to the largest manufacturer. Consider when calculating that each equipment requires a room. The rent of my workshop cost 10,000 rubles. per month.

Equipment purchase plan:

  • Without investments– at the initial stage, machines are not bought. Cellophane bags and pasta are purchased in bulk. Packing takes place manually, according to the interests of buyers. Nearby shops willingly buy packaged pasta. Here, you can expand the range and pack sugar, rice and other bulk products. The packaging business brings a net profit 240 000 rub. in year;
  • First profit- To improve the business, the purchase of equipment is required. The easiest option is manual machines. Productivity increases up to 3 kg. products per minute. The cost of such a machine is from 20,000 to 100,000 rubles. Net profit RUB 720,000 in year;
Packaging business with investments
  • Automation- if the first two stages can be implemented at home, then further development will require premises and staff. Machine tools are automatic and semi-automatic, the price is from 200,000 to 1 million rubles. The productivity of such equipment is up to 45 packs per minute. Moreover, products are packaged from seeds to gingerbread. Net income up to 5 million rubles in year;
  • Modernization– for all machines there are additional equipment to speed up production. Conveyors, weighers, special barcode printers, machines for packaging finished products on euro pallets, and so on. Everything, these machines, are necessary for work with large wholesalers. When fully loaded, the profit increases significantly.
Packaging business from scratch

Organization of such a business from scratch will take at least five years. In just 1 year, we were able to purchase semi-automatic equipment, and in 2018 we plan to conclude agreements with grid companies. Investments are constantly growing, investors are appearing.

Purchase and sale

Before starting a business, you should decide on a list of consumables. We called suppliers daily. They sent a commercial offer with all the figures, based on which the calculations were made. So what do we need to buy?

Expendable materials:

  • BOOP film- in fact, this is the standard packaging for pasta, cereals, etc. It is sold in rolls and by weight. Varies in thickness and width, depending on the selected product. There are enough film manufacturers on the market in Russia, therefore, it is not difficult to find out the cost;
  • Labels- all products have the name of the manufacturer, expiration date, barcode and other useful information. It is possible to order a film with data printed on it, but according to my calculations, this comes out more expensive;
  • Corrugated packaging- for the delivery of finished products, they need to be folded into boxes. The manufacturing machine is not expensive, therefore, you can organize your own production of containers;
  • pallets– transportation is carried out in a convenient form. Large supermarkets prescribe this in the contract.
Sales

The main problem of all manufacturers is the sale of finished products. Here, we can note two directions: shops and wholesale warehouses. Let's consider both directions.

  • The shops– in small retail outlets and in large supermarkets different approaches. If in a grocery store you can negotiate with the owner, then in networks you will have to talk with managers who, like us, have thousands. At first, we rented stalls, because our products were not known;
  • Wholesale warehouses- the difficulty of supplying wholesalers in design and volume. All of them enter into an agreement under which we are obliged to deliver a certain batch on time, and payment is made after some time. For a large business, this is good, but for starting a business from scratch, such delays are not acceptable.

Financial plan

To calculate profitability and other financial indicators, there are special programs, therefore, only real numbers will be shown. The payback period for this business is 1 year.

One-time expenses
  • Registration- 20,000 rubles. One time waste. Which form to choose is up to you. It took us about a month to receive all the necessary documents;
  • Rent- 10,000 rubles. per month. Choose the right place. It must pass all sanitary and fire regulations. Vehicle access also plays an important role. We rented a former dining room, suitable in all respects;
  • Equipment- 342,000 rubles. As mentioned earlier, it is possible to start a business from scratch. But, to organize your own business, you need to strive for more. These are initial expenses that increase as you upgrade;
Variable expenses (monthly)
  • materials- 93,000 rubles. per month. This includes all packaging materials and electricity. To reduce these costs, it is possible to buy a label printer and a corrugated packaging machine;
  • The salary- 20,000 rubles. per month. An equipment maintenance operator works a standard work week on a full-time basis. Loaders for performing temporary work on unloading raw materials and loading finished products;
  • Raw materials- 880,000 rubles. per month. With a full load of our equipment, the consumption of pasta is 40 tons per month. The wholesale price of pasta from the manufacturer is 22 rubles. per kg. Profitability depends on the chosen product;
  • other expenses- 17,000 rubles. per month. Taxes at a single rate of 7,000 rubles. The rest is transport and overhead costs. With us, all the functions of a leader are performed by one person, so there are no costs for managers and foremen.

Profits from the business of filling and packaging bulk products.

Knowing all the items of expenditure, you can calculate the cost of one pack of pasta 0.4 kg. taking into account the net profit put into it. We divided the one-time payments for equipment and decoration into 5 years. This is the standard form of payment. We get 6050 rubles. per month. The total amount of money spent by us is RUB 1,026,050 per month. At the exit, a package of pasta 0.4 kg. costs 10.26 rubles. As you can see, the cost of our product is two times less than the store price. Let's add our profit of 1 rub. from a pack and a store mark-up of 30%, we get that our pasta, on the counter, will cost 14 rubles. This is the cheapest pasta on the market. A, the net profit of the enterprise is 100 000 rub. per month.

Consumption in Russia

  • Pasta - 12 kg;
  • Groats - 12.5 kg;
  • Sugar - 18.5 kg;
  • Rice - 8 kg.
In custody

All calculations are shown with a full load of machines, without intermittent supplies of raw materials and materials, with an established sales structure. But, in fact, everything is not so beautiful. At the very beginning, we bought food, in very small quantities. Packed sugar, cereals, pasta. For payback, it is enough to pack 40 bags of 50 kg each and make a profit of 20,000 rubles. per month. At the beginning, we bought 1 ton of pasta and packaged it in ordinary plastic bags. As a result, for 2017-2018, we bought equipment and reached the maximum turnover.

Even ten or fifteen years ago, not much attention was paid to the quality of product packaging. But in modern conditions, with increasing competition, beautiful and environmentally friendly product packaging is of great importance, especially when it comes to food products.

In the past few years, many manufacturers have begun to register packaging divisions as subsidiaries. This is due to the fact that products of other brands can be packed at the same capacities. And this trend suggests that the packaging business is a profitable and promising direction. And it will remain so for a long time.

The essence of the packaging business
In most cases, the packaging business involves a scheme in which the owners of the business buy in bulk small pieces or bulk food products, and then package and sell them under their own brand. It can be cereals, sugar, flour, dried fruits, nuts, seeds, etc.

There are several options for the development of such a sector, and a specific direction can be chosen based on the available financial opportunities.

The simplest (and economical) format is the installation of a single semi-automatic device, which is used for packaging. This option is suitable for entrepreneurs who do not have significant start-up capital. The large-scale format implies the organization of a whole filling and packaging workshop, in which, in addition to everything
among other things, food pretreatment equipment will be installed: for example, drying machines, units for washing and roasting nuts, conveyors for moving finished products, etc. Of course, such a project will require serious investments.

What makes a business attractive?
There are two main ways to generate income from this business. In the first case, the enterprise will work on tolling raw materials. That is, an entrepreneur must conclude an agreement with a farmer or agricultural enterprise, according to which he will provide packaging and packaging services for the finished product provided to him. The product will be produced under the trademark of the packaging company, but in this case, the income is the amount fixed in the contract (it is usually set per unit of product).

At the same time, the entrepreneur does not need to invest in the purchase of large consignments of goods, nor cares about its sale.

The second option is to work on raw materials, which were purchased for their own funds at wholesale prices. In this case, the entrepreneur can dispose of the products at his own discretion and sell them wholesale or retail at any price he sets. In this case, the profit of the business owner will be greater, but the costs are higher here, and the level of risk will also be greater.

What do you need to start a packaging business?
To conduct such a business, it is not necessary to open an LLC, you can register it as an individual entrepreneur. However, in any case, you need to obtain additional documents: a hygiene certificate for a specific product (it can be requested from the manufacturer), a certificate for the packaging itself (film, paper bags), which confirms that this material can be used for food products. This document is also required from the supplier company.

For packaging equipment, you will need to obtain a certificate from the relevant Center for Standardization and Metrology. If your company plans to sell the finished product in the future, then you also need to obtain a license for the right to trade in bulk food products. It is issued by the regional state administration, but only after you receive the appropriate permission from the SES.

Start-up costs for the packaging business
In order to organize a full-fledged packaging and packaging workshop, you will need a production facility. Its area must be at least 100 sq.m. At the same time, the production zone itself will occupy no more than 20% of this room. Everything else is allocated to the warehouse of finished products and raw materials. If your company will work only on a give-and-take scheme, then you can rent a workshop with a smaller area. SES imposes certain requirements on this room. In particular, we are talking about high-quality ventilation. The walls in such a workshop must be painted with water-based paint. Include renovation and rental costs in your business plan!

An important cost item is equipment. A new filling semiautomatic device costs about 120 thousand rubles. In addition, you will need packaging film. It can be made of polyethylene or polypropylene, there are also combinations of them. The minimum cost for a batch of such material with a logo already applied is about
150 thousand rubles.

In general, experts estimate the start-up costs for running such a business at 300 thousand rubles with an economical option and at 1.5 million rubles when launching a large-scale project. At the same time, its profitability ranges from 20-40%, depending on the cost of raw materials and materials, as well as on the scheme by which the enterprise operates.

Now in any store and even a small kiosk, the goods are packed everywhere, more often by the manufacturer, but sometimes by the sellers themselves. In large stores, there are corresponding small workshops for packing, for example, bulk goods, sweets and other sweets. A packaged product looks better and costs more, especially if the packaging is colorful. Our people are used to paying for unnecessary beautiful packaging.

In some stores, sellers themselves pack, for example, sweets. The saleswoman weighs on electronic scales, a sticker with a barcode comes out, in principle, it is also an option, but not for every store. It is not suitable for small shops.

The packing bases have special equipment and areas for quick packing. But they don't have that much variety. Wholesale warehouses selling products have a large assortment, but as a rule they sell non-packaged goods or a packaged manufacturer. Sugar in bags, sweets in boxes, etc. are sold there.

Small shops and kiosks cannot afford a large assortment of bulk goods, for example, you cannot buy each type of candy in a box, as they will sell for a long time and the fact that they will be sold before the expiration date. And buyers want a large assortment and the ability to buy goods not in kilograms, but in smaller packages. For small entrepreneurs, a problem arises, it is impossible to provide a wide range, as a result of the outflow of buyers.

Do you feel there is a niche for business in product packaging? We collect applications from small traders, buy goods in bulk and pack them in the quantity and volume they need.
How the mechanism of this business idea works. You need to buy a product at a wholesale price that you can package and pack in small packages.

You will also need an agreement with retail chains that will sell your product. Also, in addition to packaging your own product, you can provide similar services for small supermarkets that want to have products with their brand logo.
It is best to pack seeds or peanuts. Although their cost is not great, they sell out very quickly in retail. You will be able to earn money consistently. You can also pack cereals or sugar, but then you will have to buy a larger machine and it will cost a little more. But still, there are advantages to this business. This machine can only be operated by one person.

How to start your packaging business?

Packing is of two types, manual, which we have already described above, it is long and unproductive. But for a start, he can also come up, do not immediately purchase equipment for the second method, automated, suddenly the business does not work.

At first, it is wiser to start with hand-packing, make connections, earn some money. Understand what this business can bring. And then you can already open an automatic packaging shop. You can pack any product, both bulk and all kinds of cookies, sweets, etc. It is necessary to establish a chain: wholesale depots - small shops and kiosks. And to make an extra charge for packaging of 1 ruble, then the dirty profit will be up to 300,000 rubles per month, that is how many bags can be packaged on this machine.

Of course, you should not expect such volumes right away, you need to start, as we wrote above, with manual packaging, because you may not find so many small outlets who want to buy packaged goods. Then you will spend only on electronic scales, a table and renting a room. The most difficult thing here is to establish ties with small entrepreneurs, you will have to run around, hold a whole series of negotiations, and interest them. You can attract them with goods for sale, agree on a deferred payment.

Finally, a few tips.

1) The so-called "standing" package is better than the "lying" one. In stores, when the buyer takes it, the same one will be visible behind it, and as a rule, when the packaged goods are lying, the buyer no longer sees the product.

2) With a small packaging, the profit is greater.

Take for example a bag of coffee with cream 3 in 1. Its cost is 7 rubles. What does it contain? The lowest quality cocoa, milk powder and sugar. There are instances that you don’t feel like drinking. Yes, milk curdles in boiling water. However, these bags are in great demand, especially in canteens. Let's decompose the material component of one bag, consisting of quality products. So, the weight of one bag is 20 grams. And now let's consider what we put in a glass of coffee for ourselves for breakfast: 1 teaspoon of instant coffee weighs 10 grams, 1 teaspoon of powdered milk weighs 12 grams, granulated sugar - 10 grams. For many, one spoonful will obviously not satisfy, and most put at least two, as evidenced by a very sweet 3 in 1 coffee drink. What happens? Our 3 in 1 sachet should weigh 42 grams. This means that manufacturers save on coffee and milk, replacing them with ordinary sugar. Thus, for 1 sachet of a 3 in 1 drink, 5 gr. coffee, 5 gr. dry milk and 10 gr. granulated sugar. At the wholesale base, a 100 gram jar of Nescafe classic coffee can be bought for 65 rubles, 250 grams of powdered milk costs 20 rubles, 1 kg of sugar costs 28 rubles. Roughly 1 kg. coffee costs 650 rubles, 1 kg. powdered milk - 140 rubles, 1 kg of sugar - 28 rubles. Thus, observing the proportions and taking 1 kg. coffee, 1 kg. powdered milk, 2 kg of sugar and having spent 846 rubles on the components of the drink, we will get 200 bags of 20 grams with a total cost of 1400 rubles. The difference is 554 rubles. If we take into account that the components from the manufacturer are 10-15% lower than in retail, the cost of components can decrease by another 10%, i.e. roughly 85 rubles, and then the difference in price will already be 639 rubles. Sorry, this is almost 100% profit when using quality ingredients that none of the manufacturers put in existing drinks.

The most important thing left is to find an acceptable "cheap" way to package the resulting drink. This is where innovation or know-how is needed. By minimizing these costs, you can get a very good profitability. But the existing packaging equipment is not affordable for a novice businessman, and such turnovers will not be required, since for a home business a net income of 50-70 thousand rubles is considered very good, and this is only 200,000 bags per month with a total weight of 400 kg. What a trifle, pack 8 bags of sugar for 30 days and get 50,000 rubles for it. Only 14 kg will have to be packaged per day. Even if half of this amount is spent on packaging and transportation, 1 thousand dollars a month is not a very bad income.

3) The thicker and more beautiful the packaging material, the more premium the product seems in the eyes of the buyer.

An enterprise that does not produce anything on its own, still has the opportunity to earn. To do this, it is enough just to pack ready-made products, which can bring considerable income. Prepackaged goods can be sold much more expensive than bulk goods, and knowing the most profitable types of product packaging, you can create a business with minimal initial investment and the shortest payback period.

How to start a food packaging business

Before starting the preparatory work, you should consider the very specifics of the future enterprise. There are two options for its operation:

  1. Economical - in this case, a conventional semi-automatic device for packing products is purchased, which can work with only one type of product (for example, bulk products)
  2. Full-scale - involves the creation of a packaging workshop, in which you can both process products (for example, dry them, fry them, wash them, etc.), and place them in a certain container, and the equipment will work with different types of goods

The first option will require minimal costs, the second will be more expensive. However, both of them can be implemented only after the creation of the enterprise (IP is the best option) and passing all the formalities. At the first stage, the entrepreneur will need to get a “go-ahead” to work in the tax authority, as well as find suppliers of products that will be subsequently packaged. The selected types of product packaging will also depend on their list, so the sooner a businessman can decide on the list of products and negotiate with its suppliers, the sooner he will be able to choose the appropriate work technologies and start choosing equipment. The best options for work are various bulk products (cereals, groceries), as well as a variety of dry snacks, nuts, seeds, etc. However, a successful business can be built with any type of product if you know how to work with it and what equipment will work best for it.

When it is purchased, it will be necessary to obtain a number of permits, the presence of which will allow you to earn on the package without paying fines for illegal work. The main documents are:

  • hygiene certificate for the product itself (it can be provided by the manufacturer)
  • certificate of the local Center for Standardization and Metrology - this authority will check whether the selected equipment complies with OSTs and GOSTs
  • official certificate for the packaging itself - it confirms that the selected types of product packaging are suitable for packaging food products (this document must be provided by the supplier of packaging materials)
  • a license for the sale of these products in packaging - it is issued by the local district administration after the conclusion of the SES (it will also need to be obtained)

The collected package of documents is a guarantee that the business will be completely legal and meet all the requirements.

What are the initial costs and how much can you earn on packaging?

Even if the entrepreneur has chosen an economical option of work, he will still have certain expenses, and the main one among them is the cost of the premises. It must have an area of at least 100 sq. m: 15-20 sq. m - for the production workshop, 40-60 sq. m - for the warehouse of raw materials and finished products, the rest - under the sanitary zone and workplaces of employees. Renting such a room can cost from 50 thousand rubles a month.

In addition, the product packaging business will require the following expenses:

  • 120 thousand rubles - for a new semi-automatic machine for packaging products (this is a budget option, and more expensive models may cost more)
  • about 150 thousand - for the purchase of containers for product packaging (for example, a batch of packaging film with a logo and product data printed on it can cost so much - it will be unprofitable for manufacturers to sell cheaper options)
  • 300-400 thousand - for the purchase of products for packaging (it is advisable to immediately purchase larger lots, which will be much more profitable, but before making a purchase, you should make sure that the products will really be in demand)
  • from 30-35 thousand rubles - salary for one employee (at least two packers must work at the enterprise so that they can replace each other, but the best option is 5-6 employees)
  • 2-3 thousand - monthly electricity costs

As for profit, at first it will be possible to earn 100-200 thousand rubles a month, but after six months of work, incomes can reach 500-600 thousand or more. It all depends on what products are offered and what types of product packaging are chosen by the entrepreneur. With a successful organization of work, it will be possible to recoup the costs already in the first six months of work, after which it is possible to build up the potential and increase the quantity of goods, expanding both the assortment and the target audience of the enterprise.
