Working process.

2. Bend the horizontal stripes along the ruler.

7. Paste the remaining parts of the box with white self-adhesive paper

However, looking through a bunch of options for children's toy washing machines, I found that most of them are girlish (pink, red, etc. colors), and the price is rather big.
Therefore, it was decided to make a nursery washing machine from a cardboard box.
Materials for a children's washing machine:
There are many manufacturing options, and many unnecessary little things will come in handy for you, in my case it is:

Making a toy washing machine step by step
To get started, you need to choose some cardboard boxes: the first - for the washing machine itself, the second - for the compartment with washing powder, and additional cardboard or boxes of cookies, sweets - to strengthen the structure inside.
Next, choose a bowl, a plate made of unbreakable material, or a colander, I had an old red one, and I used it, but better than a metallic shade for a more believable washing machine drum.
Place a colander on the side of a large box and draw a border of the lower part with a pencil, so that you can then cut a round hole with a clerical knife and use superglue to fix the drum to the washer.
After that, we select a small box, which will become compartment for washing powder and cover it with foil. I bought in fixprice, good quality and very cheap - only 49 rubles.
Next, you need to outline the boundaries of the small box on the children's washing machine and cut out the corresponding hole, adding 2-5 mm. And in order for the compartment to move freely, we make reinforcement with inside, I used a cookie box and a baby food carton.
After that, you can start gluing the children's washing machine itself.
Now we do washing machine door. Take the cut out circle and cut out another circle from a sheet of thick cardboard, adding about 5 mm to the diameter, and leave a rectangular part on one side of the circle for fastening. Inside this circle, cut out another one, of a smaller diameter, stepping back a few cm. Paint the resulting clipping, a metallic shade of paint suited me.
From a transparent film, cut out a circle with a diameter between the first two. I used a transparent film from a toy box for the door. Take double sided tape and glue in place for attaching the film. You will get a real door from the washing machine.
