1 Instructions from the manufacturer
Read the manufacturer's instructions carefully. It usually contains important information on furniture assembly, list of parts, names of furniture fittings, installation methods, warranty provided and operating rules.
2 Preparing the site for assembly
Prepare a place to work: free the room from interfering objects, completely clear the place where the assembled wall is supposed to stand, spread an unnecessary blanket, carpet or cardboard on the floor (to prevent damage to the floor covering).

Sort the parts by size and color, it is also better to set aside the facades separately (so as not to accidentally damage them).
4 Assembly of large structures
It is always necessary to start the assembly with larger structures. Therefore, if there is a wardrobe or a pencil case in the wall, start with them.

If holes are already drilled in the details, then you just have to twist the sides, roof and bottom of the cabinet together, not forgetting about the stationary shelves.
If there are no holes, they should be drawn relative to the thickness of the chipboard (chipboard 16 mm - distance to the center of the hole - 8 mm; Chipboard 18 mm - distance to the center of the hole - 9 mm).

After the main structure is assembled, it should be nailed back wall(Fibreboard) and fasten the legs (supports).
Usually, in order to save money, furniture walls equipped with two types of legs: cheap plastic and beautiful metal (it's good if both are adjustable in height).
Screw metal legs in front, and plastic legs in the back of the cabinet.

Once you have assembled the overall modules, you can begin to mount the facades.
8 Installation of glass doors
Again, it's best to start with large cabinets. Treat the hanging of glass doors with special trepidation.
Use special bushings for furniture handles and the necessary plugs for hinges.
Step-by-step instruction:
- put a loop on the glass facade;
- screw the hinge to the side of the cabinet;
- put a cap on the loop;
- install furniture handles;
- screw shock absorbers for smooth closing of hinged glass doors;
- check the operation of the shock absorbers by pressing them.
Other hinged facades are installed in the same sequence.
9 Assembly of drawers and their installation
Drawers are assembled strictly according to the scheme. Some of the guides are attached to the sides of the opening, where the boxes are supposed to enter, and some - to the sides of the jug itself.

Adjust the legs of all wall elements according to the level.
11 Installing removable shelves
Now is the time to install removable shelves inside cabinets and hang oversized items.
If the wall should have hinged shelf between the pencil case and the cabinet, first measure the actual distance between them and check with the parts you have left.
If the dimensions match, you can start drilling the wall.
Assemble the shelf itself, if it consists of several parts, and attach the eyelets to it.
Hang the shelf in the space provided for it. If necessary, additionally attach to the sides of adjacent cabinets.

It remains the case for small things - to adjust all the facades. It is better to start the adjustment with swing, gradually moving to retractable.

A set of necessary tools
From the tools prepare:

- pencil,
- ruler or tape measure
- screwdrivers,
- furniture stapler,
- a hammer.
Step by step build process
Let's start with two drawers central section. On the fronts of the box, you can see three holes on each side. Eccentric screws are inserted into the central screws, and wooden dowels are inserted into the side screws. Then we install the sidewalls, knock them lightly with a hammer so that there are no gaps left. We insert a round eccentric into the hole on the side of the sidewall and twist it clockwise. Now we install the back wall of the box, it is fastened with a Euro screw. We tighten the euroscrew.
You can use a Euro wrench to tighten the screws.
The bottom is installed in the groove on the facade, adjusted with a hammer (we tap on the edge until the bottom fully enters the groove).
We attach the bottom of the box with staples using a furniture stapler. If there is no furniture stapler, then you can get by with a hammer and nail the bottom with nails.
Attach the handle to the box. Here is the handle itself and the screws for it.
The boxes are ready. We begin to collect a pencil case. We lay out the boards from it: on the left - bottom, on the right - top.
We fasten the top cover of the canister with euro screws.
This is item #23 on the diagram.
Now we attach the base. This is item #29. Use euro screws.
We fasten the lower knitting (detail No. 26).
We drill a medium knit (shelf - item No. 26).
Turn the pencil case on its side and put the second sidewall on top. We insert euro screws into the holes.
We insert euro screws into the top cover of the case and the base.
Tighten all euro screws.
We close the euro screws with plugs.
Holes for hinges are already made on the side of the pencil case.
Attach the loop so that the mounting holes match the holes on the side and screw on.
We turn the pencil case over and nail the back wall with furniture nails.
We nail the heels.
We insert shelf holders into the holes on the sidewall inside and put the shelves (details No. 25 in the diagram).
This is what it looks like without the door.
We proceed to the assembly of the wardrobe. The process is similar to the assembly of the pencil case. First, attach the wardrobe lid.
Then we fasten the upper knitting (detail No. 13).
We install the lower binding on the euro screws.

We turn the cabinet over to the finished sidewall.
We lay the second sidewall on top and insert the euro screws into the existing holes.
We tighten the euro screws and plug the holes.
On the side with inside There are also holes for mounting hinges. We fasten the hinges with self-tapping screws.
We proceed to the installation of the bar.
We put the flange on both sides of the rod and tighten it with a euro key.
On the sidewalls at the top under the knitting (item No. 13) there are holes for the barbell.
We fasten the bar with self-tapping screws.
We do the same with the second side.
Thrust bearings are nailed to the bottom of the cabinet.
The cabinet lies on its side and the attached hinges are visible.
Now we turn the cabinet over and nail the back wall. It consists of two halves. These halves must be inserted into the "connecting beam" (in fact, a plastic bending part). Then beat.
We put the closet in place. Check the level to see if it's set correctly.
For a snug fit to the wall, you can remove the plinth or cut a notch on the sidewall itself.
We begin to assemble the central part of the wall with a niche for the TV. We laid out the bottom boards (parts 6, 17 and 18).
We insert euro screws into the existing holes in the sidewall and knitting and wrap.
We do the same on the other side.
We fix the base (item No. 30).
We attach the partitions (20 and 21), insert the screws and fasten.
Then we screw the base.
This turned out to be the bottom of the central part of the wall. Lies on its side. Top is top, bottom is bottom.
We turn over and insert dowels into the existing holes in the sidewalls and partitions (to stick out).
We put the cover (5) on top to get into the dowels.

Drawer guides.
We put the guides on the sidewalls (on parts 17 and 20), do not confuse the left and right.
It is better to put the guides when the cover is not yet installed!

General form.
Now we nail the back wall from behind.
We fix two partitions (parts 12 and 12).
A knit (7) was placed on these partitions.
We attach sidewalls (9 and 10) to knitting (7).
We put the partition (16). And don't forget to install plugs.
Here's what happened, the fully assembled central part of the wall.
We nail the back wall from above. It also consists of two halves.
Now we put the door on the pencil case. The door has large holes at the top and bottom.
We put the hinge on top. Then below.
On the door there are two more in the middle big holes. Loops are inserted into them, screwed. There are no holes in the middle on the sides.
Glue the mirrors to the cabinet door. Adhesive tape is placed arbitrarily.
Place the mirrors carefully front side doors and press.
We put the doors on the cabinet, on the hinges: first the top hinge, then the bottom one. For convenience, you can substitute a support under the door so that it does not slip. Then we attach two middle loops.
The second door is fixed in the same way.
Now we attach hinges to the two upper doors and mark out a place for fastening according to the gas lift installation scheme.
This mount is shown in pencil in the diagram.
We fasten the mount.
Set. Gas lift, two fasteners (oblong on the door, round on the side of the cabinet).
If you suddenly fastened a round mount to gas lift, then you can remove it only this way: with a screwdriver, slightly pull the bracket.
This is a door on a locker with fasteners for a gas lift.
Now we attach the door to the top of the knitting (detail 15). You need to screw the door very evenly.
