Automatic water supply from a well: main components and installation of automation. Single Sheet Automatic Paper Feeder

No less popular than gas, their only drawback is considered to be low level combustion process automation. This problem can be easily solved by installing a pellet boiler with automatic fuel loading and supply in the home heating system.

These are their name solid fuel boilers obtained thanks to the fuel used - pellets. They are pellets pressed under pressure from wood waste and Agriculture: sawdust, chips, husks. During the production of pellets, their moisture content is regulated - finished pellets contain 12-16% moisture. This is granule property ensures the efficiency of the combustion process and high efficiency pellet boilers.

The granules have small size and good flowability, which makes it possible to feed them automatically into the boiler from a specially designed bunker. The duration of the boiler operation at one load depends on the size of the bunker, it can be from several days to two weeks, and for industrial pellet boilers - a month or more.

The device of pellet boilers as a whole does not differ from, the principle of their operation is also similar. Wherein pellet models are completed with a burner having a special device for automatic feeding granules.

Boilers with automatic pellet feeding are equipped with automatic ignition - heating element installed in the first chamber, heating the air jet, from which the smoldering of the surface of the granules begins. After ignition and the beginning of stable smoldering, the heating element is turned off.

The combustion of pellets in the boiler occurs in the pyrolysis mode- pellets in the furnace slowly smolder with a uniform and dosed air supply. The flue gases generated during smoldering are blown through the burner into the afterburner chamber by means of a fan, where they burn out, transferring heat to the walls of the heat exchanger.

Pellets burn out almost completely, leaving a small amount of ash. It enters the ash pan, which is separated from the combustion chamber by a grate. Ash removal in most household models is carried out mechanically, but some powerful boilers are equipped with automatic ash removal - a conveyor belt.

Fuel supply system for pellet boiler

household pellet boilers with automatic feeding of granules are completed with the built-in bunker, while the supply can be bulk, when the pellets enter the furnace under their own weight, or screw. The volume of such a bunker is small, it is usually enough for 12-48 hours. To extend the time of continuous operation of the boiler without additional loading, an external bunker of a larger volume is installed.

    It can have a different design:
  • A box made of metal or tarpaulin on a frame, in the lower part of which a conveyor and a damper are installed, the lifting of which occurs on a signal from the boiler controller.
  • Can be used as an external hopper separate room equipped with a feed mechanism. It is convenient to place it below the ground level, for example, in the basement, and load the pellets through a hatch or a hinged window.
If a room is used as a bunker, it is necessary to monitor the humidity in it so that the pellets do not get wet and do not cake, otherwise the screw mechanism may become clogged and the boiler efficiency will decrease.

Advantages and disadvantages of pellet boilers

The price of pellet boilers is quite high, so before buying, you need to consider all the pros and cons of installing them.

The undoubted advantages of boilers include:

  • full automation of the combustion process, minimizing boiler maintenance;
  • pellet boilers are equipped various protections and have a high level of security;
  • environmental friendliness of the fuel - when burning pellets, almost no soot and soot are formed, there is no emission harmful substances in atmosphere;
  • pellets are produced from wood waste, which makes it possible to use them with benefit and reduce the amount of high-quality wood burned in the form of firewood;
  • the cost of pellets does not exceed the price of dry chopped firewood.

The disadvantage of pellet boilers is their energy dependence.
When the electricity is turned off, the combustion in the boiler will stop, and ignition will become impossible. For this reason, experts recommend installing additional source electricity - a generator, the power of which must exceed the maximum power consumption of the boiler in any of the modes.

Calculation of the thermal power of the boiler

One of the main indicators is thermal power models, that is, the ability to heat a room of a given area for a long time and efficiently. At the same time, heating engineers use a complex calculation that takes into account all the influencing factors: the geometric dimensions and shape of the structure, the height of the ceilings, the presence and total area windows, the efficiency of insulation and the availability of heated adjacent rooms.

To the consumer who decides to heat private house using an automatic pellet boiler, there is no need to go into complicated calculations, it is enough to divide the total area that he plans to heat by 10 - for middle lane, and by 8 for the northern regions.

For example, for Moscow, the power of the boiler for heating a house is 200 square meters will be 200/10 = 20 kW, for St. Petersburg 200/8 = 25 kW. According to this principle, you can calculate the required power for a house with any area.

Overview of pellet boiler models

Companies involved in the supply and installation of boilers offer quite big choice boilers, both imported and Russian production.

    Price for heating equipment depends on several factors:
  • thermal power;
  • configuration;

PATENT FOR INVENTION

DESCRIPTION of the automatic single sheet paper feeder.

To the patent of S. G. Milnvra, Ya. G. Milner and I, G, Milner, declared on May 29, 1928 (application certificate No. 28313).

The invention relates to known self-applicators with an elastic roller that rotates in only one direction.

In the proposed device, using an elastic corrugated roller located above the paper bale and rotating only counterclockwise, paper is fed one sheet at a time, and in order to pre-pull the sheet from the bale from under the paws, and then to remove it from the device, a moving roller is used. a vertical gate, equipped with a spring and connected by a screw with a horizontally moving gate, is placed on the horizontal plane, and for periodic, stronger pressing of the roller against the paper, there is a pawl resting against the screw head on the gate and mounted on a spring stop.

In the drawing of FIG. 1 is a side view of the device; fig. 2 - in his top; fig. 3 is a cross section along the line AZ and fig. one; fig. 4 - 7 - with paper feed roller.

Paper is fed one sheet at a time by means of an elastic corrugated roller 5, which is closely pressed against the paper and rotates only counterclockwise. This is achieved by the fact that the ratchet wheel 6 is tightly attached on the same axis with the roller 5, near which the pawl 7 is located, which is constantly pressed against it by the spring 8 and does not allow the ratchet wheel 6, and with it the roller 5, to rotate clockwise. In addition to the ratchet wheel 6, another ratchet wheel 15 with reverse notched teeth is tightly attached to the same axle. Near the ratchet wheel 15 there is a pawl lb, but this pawl 16 is suspended under the action of its own gravity in the direction opposite to the ratchet wheel (as shown in Fig. 1), due to which the roller 5 has the ability to freely rotate counterclockwise. The roller 5 with the vertical gate 9 supporting it moves to the right and left by the horizontal gate 10. The base 20 of the vertical gate 9 is attached with a screw 11 to the guide roller 12, which is connected to the horizontal gate 10 by the screw 13.

With a light spring 14, the roller 5 is constantly pressed against the paper 1.

A pile of paper is placed in the drawer of such a device "what's in it. while the paper is removed from the top one sheet at a time, the entire pile of paper is lifted from the bottom up by the thickness of one sheet, so that the top sheet 1 is constantly in the same horizontal plane. The paper is held by paws 2 and 3. The stop 4 stands motionless during operation. It feeds only to the right and left, depending on the paper size.

Vahik 5 starts to move from right to left from the position shown in FIG. one; while the roller 5 rolls freely on the paper, rotating counterclockwise. At the moment shown in FIG. 4, the pawl 16, resting against the spring stop 17, is pressed against the ratchet wheel 15 and stops the free rotation of the roller 5 on the paper surface. presses harder against the paper 1. The gate 10, together with the gate 9 and the roller 5, continue to move to the left and, thanks to the stopped rotation, the roller 5 pulls the paper 1 with it, pulling its right end out from under the paws 2. On the left side of the paper there is a fixed stop 4, so that the paper 1 carried along by the roller 5 forms a loop C (FIG. 5). At the end of the movement of the roller 5 to the left, the head of the screw 18 comes out from under the pawl 19, due to which the additional pressure of the roller 5 on the paper 1 stops. rotates, since the container 7 does not allow it to rotate clockwise. At the same time, the roller 5 is pressed against the paper only by the spring 14, the pressure of which is sufficient for the roller 5 to pull the sheet of paper 1 with it. loops), the head of the screw 18, moving to the right, raises the pawl 19 to the side and freely passes under it, without pressing against the stop 21. In Fig. 6 shows the moment when the paper advancing to the right has leveled off and its right side is above the tabs 2.

The roller 5 advances the paper to its extreme right position (Fig. 7), after which the paper is behind the protruding right side the end continues to pull the next processing mechanism, which is possible, since the roller 5 rotates freely counterclockwise and does not make it difficult to pull paper 1 out from under it.

Subject of the patent.

A device for automatically feeding paper one sheet at a time, characterized by the use of an elastic corrugated roller 5, located above the paper bale and rotating only counterclockwise by means of ratchet 6 and 15, interlocking with dogs 7 and 16, to move which roller 5 in a horizontal plane, with the purpose of preliminary pulling the sheet from the bale from under the paws 2, and then taking it out of the device, is the vertical gate 9, equipped with a spring 14 and connected by a screw 12 with a horizontally moving gate 10, and for periodic, stronger pressing of the roller to the paper, a pawl 19 is provided, resting against the head of the screw 18 on the gate 9 and installed. in the spring stop 21.

Tmmegraphy of the First Artel Soviet Printer, Iohovaya, 40.

The printer's automatic document feeder (ADF) does not pick up paper. When this problem occurs, error messages may appear on the printer control panel display. The problem may also be accompanied by blinking or solid lights or an error message on the computer screen.

To resolve this issue, apply the following solutions in the order presented. If the issue is resolved after applying one of these solutions, further actions not required.

Note.

Make sure that no more than 50 sheets of paper are loaded in the ADF tray. If the ADF accepts sheets individually but does not take them from a stack of paper, make sure you insert the correct amount of paper.

Step 1: Check the paper condition and reload it

Remove paper from the ADF and check that the paper is clean, free of staples or labels, undamaged, and in good condition, then return it to the ADF. The type and condition of the paper may affect how the paper is received by the ADF.

Note.

Moisture-absorbing edges on low-quality paper may cause the paper to curl or lift, preventing it from being accepted by the ADF. In addition, photo paper and other types of paper with a glossy finish may not be accepted well and should be avoided. If you are unsure whether to feed paper through the ADF, use a flatbed scanner.

    Remove paper from the ADF.

    To check, take 10 sheets of new plain white paper and fold them into a stack.

    Align the edges of the stack of paper on a flat surface.

    Note.

    Do not try to dry the paper by rubbing it with your fingers.

  1. Insert a stack of paper into the ADF input tray. Make sure the stack is fully inserted into the input tray and that the printer recognizes that paper is loaded. When paper is correctly loaded in the ADF, the printer should feed sound signal, turn on led indicator or display a message on the control panel.

    Slide the paper-width guide toward the edge of the paper stack. Make sure that the guide gently touches the stack and does not bend it.

    Try using the ADF again.

    • If the ADF accepts all sheets of paper, insert your originals and copy or scan again.

      If the ADF does not accept all of the paper in the stack, go to step 2. Clean the ADF.

  2. If the original document is not accepted, but all sheets in the proof stack were accepted, use the flatbed scanner to scan the original.

Step 2: Clean the ADF pick rollers

Accumulation of dust particles, paper fibers, and other particles on the paper pick rollers can cause paper jams and misfeeds. To avoid paper feed problems, clean the rollers inside the ADF.

Step 3: Reset your printer

Follow the steps below to reset the printer settings.

    Without turning off the printer, unplug the power cord from the connector on the back of the printer chassis.

    Wait 30 seconds, and then reconnect the power cord to the back of the printer.

    Press the power button to turn on the printer if it does not turn on automatically.

To automate and mechanize pressure operations, devices are used that improve working conditions and increase labor productivity. These devices can be divided into three groups:

1. Devices for feeding a strip or tape.

2. Devices for feeding piece blanks.

3. Devices for removing products from the stamp.

1) Strip or tape feeders also have some varieties.

The most widespread hook systems(Fig. 6.21).

Fig.6.21. Hook system for feeding the strip into the die

After several working strokes of the press slide, the strip is brought to hook 1 by manual movement. Then the device operates automatically. The thrust of the balancer 2 is connected by a kinematic connection with the stroke of the press slider and each vertical movement of the slider in the feed mechanism turns into a horizontal one.

Hook feed systems are used to feed material with jumpers with a material thickness of 0.3 ... 5 mm and a feed step of up to 25 mm. With a smaller thickness of the material, the jumper may break.

The material feed accuracy is ±0.2 mm. They are usually used with a single-position stamp.

Pincer feeding system used for all types of cutting. The designs of tong feed types are simple and can be installed on any die (Fig. 6.22).

Fig.6.22. Pliers feeding system of material into the die

Lever 1, receiving movement from the press shaft, moves the movable shoe 2 with two pairs of rollers 3 and 4. When the shoe moves to the left, the rollers jam the material and feed it along with the shoe to a given step.

The return of the block to its original position is carried out by spring 5. The rollers 3 and 4 are unclenched, and the material is fixed by rollers 6 located in the fixed block 7.

Pincer feeding systems are used with a material width of not more than 150 mm. The highest feed accuracy is ±0.02 mm with a step of up to 50 mm.

Roll feed system even simpler (Fig. 6.23).

Fig.6.23. Roll system for feeding material into the die

1 - stamp; 2 - tape; 3 - rolls

During the stroke of the press slider, the rolls rotate at a certain angle. The upper roller also moves up and down from the slider, and when the slider makes an idle move (up), the roller presses the strip against the lower roller, while the lower roller feeds the strip under the punch. Feeding accuracy ± 0.05 mm at a step up to 50 mm.

2) Piece feeders

Feeding mechanisms for piece blanks are very diverse:

Bunker (store or friction) supply systems are the simplest and cheapest (Fig. 6.24). Parts are loaded into the magazine system manually, without orientation, and their further feeding is carried out automatically. In friction devices, parts are placed on the surface of the disk and, when the latter rotates, they are carried away by the friction force to the outlet (Fig. 6.25).

Systems for feeding piece blanks into dies, as a rule, use the weight of the blanks themselves. On fig. 6.26 shows a unit for automatic feeding of piece blanks into a punching die, and in fig. 6.27 - node of the tray loading device for feeding blanks into the drawing die.

3) Devices for removing products from the die There are mechanical and pneumatic types. In mechanical ejectors, the necessary force is created by a system of rods and levers or springs (Fig. 6.28). Or use a strong jet compressed air to remove waste parts (in pneumatic type devices).
