Logs 40x100 - not in any case, logs 40x150 - you need to look at the drawing of the foundation, in my opinion they do not work on this house.

7) Interfloor overlap: rough floor - filing with lining of the ceiling of the 1st floor, ceiling beams 40 x 150 mm with a step of 1,000 mm, vapor barrier - URSA nanoinsulation insulation, finishing floor - grooved board 36 mm thick.
Rafter 40 x 100 mm with a step of 1000 mm, rafter beams 40 x 150 mm in 1000 mm increments.

40x150 in increments of 1000 - I see from the layout that the grossest violation of the load standards, rafters 40 * 100 - similarly, very little.
