3. After the dishes have cooled, wash off the remaining salt with water, and heat it again;

4. When the pan is hot, coat the bottom of the pan with any vegetable oil, it is convenient to smear wooden spatula or silicone brush;

5. Wait until the oil starts to burn a little, but do not allow carbon deposits to form on the bottom of the dish, then carefully wipe off the excess oil with a paper towel, then pour the oil again.
