The next step was to repair the floor. We stocked up with porcelain stoneware measuring 45 * 45 cm, brought in a dry mix, from which we then made a mortar for laying the floor and also bought a “warm floor”. The first thing we need to keep in mind when planning kitchen decorating changes is to properly evaluate light, size, functionality, and storage space. Cooking every day in a pretty but inconvenient or difficult to clean place will bring us more frustration than joy.
At the same time, decorating large and small kitchens is not the same, where creativity must redouble efforts to optimize spaces and generate change without affecting functionality. we always need to start with square meters that we have and their distributions.
Then we started to repair the ceiling. We decided to sew it up with a special glued board, which does not deform and does not dry out too much. Of course, before use, the boards were well dried and coated special solution, which preserves the appearance of the material and at the same time is an antiseptic.
In order to fix the boards on the ceiling, we started by thoroughly cleaning it from old whitewash. Then the ceiling was washed. Then they let it dry for two days. Further along the entire perimeter of the ceiling were screwed wooden blocks, on which facing boards were then attached. For fastening, wood screws were used, which were screwed in with a screwdriver.
They worked together. They did the ceiling in a little over two days! Then the baseboards were nailed and decorative beam(in order to close the joint of the boards in the center of the ceiling). Instead of a single light bulb, they hung a chandelier. Its base is made from natural wood, and plafonds are woven.
Even before the start of the repair, it was decided to make to the left of front door to the kitchen. Details about this shelf are written . For the manufacture of shelves used facing bricks, tile and chipboard boards from old furniture. Of course for brickwork we bought sand concrete, and for tiles, glue for tiles. There was a place for jars and baskets with onions and garlic. And in the lowest part of the shelf, I keep washed and covered with a towel potatoes and zucchini, stocked up for the winter.
Separately, it must be said about ceramic. We also made it with our own hands. I decided that the so-called “Metro” tile with a convex shape is suitable for the country style. Color chosen "baked milk". So that the tiles on the wall do not seem too monotonous, they prudently made colored inserts depicting black and green grapes as well as bottles of wine.
After all the "dirty" work, it's time to paste the wallpaper. We chose for a long time, I wanted to find in small flower. But somehow it was not lucky (or they searched badly, and what they found was too expensive). Pasted discreet wallpaper, with a neutral print.
I draw your attention to the fact that during the renovation of our kitchen we used several types of decorative finishes:

After the repair, more pleasant chores began: the purchase and assembly of furniture. The kitchen was made to order, according to our sizes. Refrigerator, stove and Dishwasher were purchased in advance, so the cabinets were ordered taking into account the remaining area.
Got three blocks. floor cabinets and three mounted. Household appliances, of course, will stand out against their background, but nothing, everything suits us. This dishwasher is located next to the sink and between two cabinets. It is important that we managed to bring it under the common countertop.
The stove was bought simple, no fuss. Just got used to it.
The hood is German, the tone matches the same kitchen tiles on an apron. Of course, I can’t help but put various little things on the side of the hood. In my opinion, the kitchen without them looks empty and uninhabited.
The sink and faucet were purchased from the same company as all the kitchen furniture. The color of the plumbing matches the color of the tiles on the backsplash. 
By the way, it happened by chance that even our refrigerator beige colour, also matches the tone of the hood and sanitary ware and, of course, to the kitchen apron.

Our kitchen furniture has a rounded shape, which creates cozy interior. In addition, I like to use such completely simple gizmos in the interior of my city apartment, which give it individuality. Speaking of rugs, in the kitchen there is another small, anti-slip rug that adorns the threshold of the loggia. I bought it because it matches the theme of my kitchen.
All kitchen cabinets in my kitchen voluminous, roomy. All pots, pans and miscellaneous items are included. In addition to those cabinets that stand on the floor, there are also hinged ones. They store lighter kitchenware. Looking away from the window, there is a small hanging drawer attached above the fridge, which I use to store recipes. Large fridge next to double wardrobe with dishes. Further (next to the hood) glazed for beautiful gizmos. 
On the other side of the hood, everything is the same, only in reverse order.
The most spacious of the wall cabinets is the corner one. True, in order to get something from a far corner, you need to stand on a stool.
The hanging cabinets at the entrance door to the kitchen end with a rounded shelf (as well as the lower cabinets). As you can see in the photo, there are a lot of different little things in my kitchen. Perhaps someone will say that all this is such nonsense! I easily agree with you. Everything is in the mood. There is enough space in the kitchen to place these things so that they do not interfere with everyday life.

AT Everyday life I have to cook food for my family several times a day. Therefore, I do not want to put jars of salt, sugar, bay leaves and other seasonings somewhere in the closet, and then spend time pulling them out and putting them away again. They stand next to my stove: everything is convenient and accessible.
The same applies to different coasters under hot, as well as small devices that help lead household: openers, corkscrews and garlic presses. They are always at hand!

The kitchen cabinets above are all to the right of the front door, and now it's time to show you what's on the left of the door. Immediately behind it is a brick open shelf which I have already mentioned. And then there is the dining table. It is made of natural birch, oval and folding.
Of course, there is an oilcloth for this table every day, and on holidays we move the table apart and cover it with different tablecloths.
I like natural linen tablecloths with beautiful embroidery and unbleached lace.
But it all depends on the mood: I often use tablecloths with flowers.
I’ll tell you right away about the chairs and stools: they are also made of natural birch, with soft seats. I'm going to sew covers on them, but for now I'm just going to. So for now I use capes that I bought in the store.
Next to the table is my wonderful. True, I painted it not quite in lucky color. That is OK! She is a bright spot attracts the attention of everyone who comes to visit us. There is a bread maker on the bedside table, which we do not use often.
And finally, in the corner there is a freezer with stocks of berries and vegetables for the winter.
It is clear that the top freezer I use for my favorite ceramics.
But what about the window sill? It's so wide and comfortable. Of course, it's always busy too! For example, a ceramic rooster that was full of candies and bought it for the New Year of the Rooster to please the whole family.
