We build a carport with our own hands on the advice of experienced craftsmen. How to make a carport with your own hands - step by step guide

Both types of polycarbonate (cellular and monolithic) are almost ideal for constructing canopies and canopies. The material has increased impact resistance and resistance to mechanical stress, it is quite easy to process and mold in a cold state. Among other advantages, experts note:

  • High level of light transmission - the transparency coefficient reaches 90% depending on the chosen color, with at the same time high properties of UV radiation blocking;
  • Resistance to the influence of chemically active compounds and substances, not affected by the environment;
  • Endurance high temperatures without deformations of the form and destruction of the internal structure, practically does not burn;
  • Low weight per unit volume - compared to glass by 50% and by 43% to aluminum.

The owners of garages with polycarbonate awnings also point to the financial benefits of using this material in the creation of such structures.

Also in the factory painting is carried out. High-temperature drying of the painted layer ensures high strength and quality of the protective street coating.

The strength of our structures is ensured by correct load calculations (all calculations comply with the current standard).

The terms of production and delivery of the ordered structures are within 2 weeks. Installation of the structure takes one to two days.

How to make a do-it-yourself visor over a polycarbonate entrance

Making a do-it-yourself polycarbonate visor over the entrance to the garage (or to other buildings) is a simple process. It will not take much time from people with "smooth" hands (who knows how to use the tool and is not afraid of work).

The main difficulty is to make a reliable and durable supporting structure to which you will attach polycarbonate. As a material for it, you can use a metal corner, a profiled pipe and other types of profiled metal products. Some use a wooden beam or a galvanized profile, but experience shows that metal structures are more reliable and durable. Moreover, when buying them at a metal depot, having a pre-prepared drawing, you can order cutting blanks to size and bending metal. If you have all the necessary tools:

  • Bulgarian,
  • Welding machine,
  • Hand drill with adjustable speed,
  • screwdriver,
  • jigsaw,
  • Hacksaws with blades for metal and wood,
  • Auxiliary tools (hammer, screwdrivers, etc.)

you can start assembling the canopy.

The basis of the structure will be vertical racks, to which a frame sheathed with polycarbonate is attached using the chosen method (welding or bolting). Polycarbonate itself is easily cut to the desired size with a jigsaw or hand saw.

To fix polycarbonate sheets to the frame, use screws or bolts with rubber washers. This provides a seal around the mounting holes and prevents water from entering under the canopy.

Polycarbonate carport - carport

A carport (carport) can be used as an independent structure for parking a car in a summer cottage or personal plot. Polycarbonate:

  • will reliably protect your car from direct sunlight, preventing the damaging effect of ultraviolet rays on the car paintwork,
  • prevent atmospheric precipitation from entering the car,
  • will ensure the safety of the machine from external mechanical influences.

A carport made of polycarbonate is an inexpensive solution that extends the period of maintenance-free operation of the car and a convenient place for car maintenance.

It is possible to create 2 canopies separately - here is our layout for the customer

How to choose the thickness of polycarbonate - cellular and monolithic

Cellular and monolithic polycarbonate is produced by manufacturers with standard thickness parameters from 2 to 32 mm.mm. Too thin sheets (2 or 4 mm.mm) are usually used in decorative structures. Sheets with a thickness of 16 or more millimeters are used where special strength is needed - for facade glazing or in the installation of translucent roofing.

For our purposes - a carport - the dimensions of cellular or monolithic polycarbonate from 6 to 14 mm.mm will be optimal. Such sheets are reliable, they can be easily bent to the desired shape of the structure without additional heat treatment.

Popular forms of carports

Polycarbonate canopy designs are popular for cars:

  • broken,
  • semicircular,
  • With pitched roof,
  • FROM gable roof.

The choice depends on your own preferences and understanding of harmony with the surrounding architecture.

Quite often we meet with the fact that, having arrived at a country house or at the dacha, there is no place to rest, to park a car or a place to spend a holiday or leisure. in spring and summer time I do not want to sit in the house, but I want to spend more time on the street. To solve this problem, polycarbonate canopies were developed, which not only reliably protect from sunlight, but also from rain, snow, hail, and wind.

canopy difficult to install - racks on one side, a lot of concrete is required

Car parking - why a carport is better than a garage

Of course, a carport is better than a garage. The canopy allows you to constantly "ventilate" the car, so that there are no rust and mold on its surface. If a country house or cottage is located on small area, then the canopy is the only way to protect the car from the weather. If necessary, the canopy can be moved to another convenient place without spending a lot of money and effort. A carport is much cheaper than a garage. So, in modern conditions, a carport is a profitable solution.

Frame device

Everything building construction require preliminary load calculations. This should be attributed to canopies and visors made of polycarbonate. Even such lightweight structures are affected by snow and wind loads, which must be taken into account before making a canopy with your own hands.

The frame can be made from any durable material: steel, aluminum, wood. It depends on financial possibilities and wishes. If, for example, all the buildings on the site are made of wood, then it is better to have a canopy structure made of wood. Here we should not forget about the antiseptics that protect the tree from rotting and fire.

So, in the corners of the site, you need to attach support posts to the embedded parts. With a large length of the site, additional racks can be placed in the middle of the span. Then you need to make the top trim, attached to uprights. After that, along the upper trim, you need to lay the transverse elements of the canopy. These can be horizontal or arched elements, depending on the type of structure chosen.

Installation of polycarbonate awnings

The canopy can be of different shapes, from flat to domed. Based on the shape and expected loads, you need to calculate the canopy and select the type of material.

Cellular polycarbonate has different thickness, and if a roof in the form of a dome is chosen, then polycarbonate thick will not fit, as it is not capable of bending.

Before building a polycarbonate canopy, you need to decide on the orientation of the air channels in the sheets. It is necessary to comply with the chosen direction of the slope or bend, so that in the future the sheets are not subjected to possible deformation. The laid sheets must be fixed with self-tapping screws, which have special thermal compensation washers or special polycarbonate profiles.

When erecting canopies from cellular polycarbonate, compliance with the device of compression joints is required. To this end, it is necessary to leave gaps between the sheets (3-5 mm) so that the sheets can move with temperature changes. For these purposes, the screws are not completely tightened.

When laying sheet polycarbonate, you need to pay attention to which side is the protective film that protects the material from ultraviolet rays. It is easily visible by the applied marking, it is not recommended to remove or damage it. All installation work must be carried out with a transport film, which must be removed after completion of work.

When installing a canopy made of monolithic polycarbonate, there is no need to close the end joints. Otherwise, they must be closed with special overlays or a perforated tape with microfilters should be used in order to protect the lower part of the sheet from dirt, dust, various small insects into the channels of the material. Thanks to the perforated tape, the accumulation of condensate inside the sheet is not allowed.

The ends of the material located at the top must be closed with a sealing tape, put end profiles made of polycarbonate on the ends of the sheet from above. In addition to reliable tightness, these profiles will give a finished look to the structure. If the canopy is made from one single sheet in the shape of a dome, then its ends must be closed only with perforated tape.

The sequence of mounting sheets on an arched canopy

Consider the sequence of mounting sheets on a canopy in the form of an arch:

  • sheet cut, equal to the length canopy arches and plus 100-150 mm;
  • removing the protective film from front side polycarbonate;
  • sheet installation and fastening with self-tapping screws with a special gasket;
  • installation under the side edge of the sheet of the lower part of the connecting profile and fixing it with self-tapping screws;
  • laying the next sheet close to the edge of the profile and fixing it;
  • closing the profile with a top cover;
  • closing the open edges of the sheets with end profiles.

Features when working with polycarbonate

Polycarbonate is able to easily give in to any processing. But the tool used for this purpose must be sharply sharpened.

It must be remembered that using simple self-tapping screws, in polycarbonate sheets, you need to drill holes with a diameter larger than the self-tapping screw itself by 1-2 mm. Works with polycarbonate sheets should be carried out on a firm and even surface.

Before cutting polycarbonate or drilling in sheets of holes, do not need to remove protective film, otherwise tiny particles plastic can get into the open hollow channels of the material.

Working with polycarbonate electric tools, polycarbonate should not be allowed to vibrate, since microcracks and splits in the material may well occur due to this. The cutting speed of polycarbonate sheets is selected individually in each case: at low speed, vibration may occur, at high speed, polycarbonate overheating and melting.

transparent polycarbonate - arch type canopy

Glass awnings

The glass canopy is designed to protect people from the vagaries of nature, it is able to become a transitional link between the room and the street. Raindrops look very beautiful, breaking on the glass, besides, the canopy makes it possible to open the umbrella if it is raining outside. Glass awnings are necessary element architectural design of the building, they are able to give originality to the exterior of any building.

Such durable glass visors

The fact of the existence of safety glass is known, but not everyone can see it. Most often, we see glass in window frames or broken on the street. Today, you can increasingly notice transparent or slightly cloudy glass visors. Such canopies look harmoniously in the design of any building. They can be mounted on metal brackets or mounted on tensioned cables. Usually fasteners are made of stainless steel.

Canopies can be quite large, so the question often arises of how reliable they are. However, when creating such a design, a clear calculation is made, which allows architects and installers to be sure that the glass structure will withstand a certain load and will never break. The glass that is used in these cases is called triplex, however, even upon impact, it will not shatter into small pieces. Triplex is covered on both sides with a thin strong film.

What do glass awnings hold on to?

Despite the fact that the glass is held on special rods and cables, the main fastening element is special anchors that attach the canopies to the building. Anchors are called clamps, their design is very well thought out and suitable for awnings different sizes. Hinged fittings have one of the main elements - rutels, they are inserted precisely into the holes, usually they have several hinges.

For fastening the cables to the wall, special fittings are also provided. Usually a special hook is used for stretching with reverse side and accessories such as an earring for tight fixation

What you need to know about glass awnings

So that glass canopies are in no way inferior metal roofing, as an option, you can use three types of glasses:

- triplex,

- curved glass

- triplex tempered glass.

Triplex is created from ordinary glass, but it is glued on both sides with a heavy-duty transparent film. Most often, the canopy is not made from one piece of glass, but is assembled from several fragments, which are connected by rutels to each other.

unique project - stylish canopy

Advantages and disadvantages compared to polycarbonate

Before choosing a material for a canopy, it is important to decide on the purpose of its installation. The function of canopies and canopies is protection from rain, snow, wind and direct sunlight. Also, a unique beautiful canopy is able to emphasize the individuality of the building.

The main feature of a canopy from polycarbonate is reliability and durability. Such a canopy can last more than 50 years.

Polycarbonate has a low weight, so no special equipment is required for its installation. Polycarbonate also has good light transmission and can store heat.

Glass structures look more impressive, they perfectly complement any office and large retail buildings. They give the building uniqueness and beauty. Glass canopies do not corrode, do not rot. They are easy to install and repairable. If you order triplex glass canopies, they will never be damaged, that is, such a canopy is completely safe. In addition, glass is a natural material, it is environmentally friendly.

Varieties and methods of using canopies and visors

Canopies and canopies are important element decor of any building, entrance, residential building. These designs improve the aesthetic appearance of any building and increase its safety. In addition, if a person is greeted by clothes, then the house is initially evaluated at the entrance.

Canopies and canopies over the entrance

Canopies and awnings are an important detail entrance group and perform several functions:

  • protect from the effects of precipitation;
  • protect from exposure to sunlight;
  • used as a design element of the facade of the room

A well-chosen and executed design can favorably emphasize the entrance to the house, give it completeness, a special personality, and also create pleasant, comfortable conditions for visitors to the house or office.

Peaks and canopies are different in shape, material of manufacture, functional and aesthetic features. Today you can find canopies made of the following materials:

  • tree
  • metal
  • glass
  • concrete
  • metal tiles
  • polycarbonate

The design should be selected depending on the desire, capabilities of the owner, as well as on the style and design of the building.

Canopies over the porch

The canopy over the porch is an architectural facade structure that performs practical and decorative functions. The design is designed to protect the door and the adjacent space from the effects of precipitation and sunlight.

In addition, the canopy over the porch also performs an aesthetic function, giving the building visual completeness. The shape, material and style of construction create the overall impression of the building. If desired, the canopy will become not just its element, but will serve as a decoration for the house.

By the nature of the canopies over the porch can be of two types:

  • Modular awnings. They are distinguished by the presence of prefabricated parts, are quite easy to install and can be supplemented with side canopies.
  • Monolithic awnings. This is a visor, which is a single unit with the walls of the building. Very strong and durable.

Both of them can be made from various materials. The main thing is to harmonize with the general appearance and style of the building. The form also depends on the tastes, needs and possibilities of the owner of the house.

Canopies differ in the type of fastening and are:

  • suspended
  • with supports

The first ones are quite light (i.e., they are made of light materials) and small, they are attached with pendants. Canopies with supports are attached using props, which are mounted vertically or at an angle, resting against the wall.

The dimensions of the canopy depend on the size of the building, as well as on the preferences of the owner of the house. Small sheds are more suitable for a house with a small porch. In this case, it is very important to take into account the dimensions of the front door so that the visor supports do not interfere with its opening.

A large canopy is more functional, used for a large building, but can also be located above the windows, protecting them from dirt and precipitation.

Canopy shady

A shade canopy is a special structure designed to create a shaded area of a certain area of space. This canopy is the best suited for organizing places for leisure and recreation (terraces, cafes, gazebos), as well as for arranging kindergartens.

The shady canopy should let in no more than 60% of the sun's rays and create a shaded area. The projects of such canopies may be different, but they must comply with these parameters and perform the function of creating a cozy shady zone. The most popular are awnings with a wooden or light metal frame and a polycarbonate coating.

Single slope canopy

The design of a shed canopy consists of two main elements: a frame and a shed roof. Such a canopy can solve a number of important functional tasks:

  • serve as a visor for cars in parking lots or suburban areas;
  • play the role of structures that create a shadow zone that protects plants in the yard, as well as designed to store, for example, firewood.

In the manufacture of shed canopies, modern technologies are used that allow you to choose the material, shape, design. The frame is usually made of wood or metal, and the roof is made of polycarbonate. Today you can see canopies with a retractable awning, which is able to fold, extend and even be controlled electronically.

Canopies for polycarbonate pools

Pool covers are essential to keep the water clean and clear for as long as possible. The polycarbonate structure is installed above the pool, protecting it from rain and leaves. Polycarbonate is able to pass Sun rays, does not create negative shading over the pool and saves from ultraviolet radiation, as well as from excessive heat, thus creating comfortable conditions for bathing people.

Today there are two types of pavilions:

  • sliding, which are suitable for summer pools;
  • stationary, used for pools open at any time of the year.

The simplest option is a canopy without side walls, and a more reliable one is a gable or arched one.

A canopy for polycarbonate pools has a number of advantages, among which the main ones are:

  • ease;
  • strength, resistance to external influences;
  • durability;
  • the ability to adapt to the shape of any pool;
  • environmental friendliness;
  • translucency.

Car canopy

Canopies for cars are durable steel structures covered with polycarbonate or corrugated board. Made to any size color shades, forms.

The function of such a canopy is to protect the car from any external influences, preservation, extension of its service.

Wrought iron canopies and awnings

The main feature of forged products is that they will not only protect the building and the door from precipitation, but also emphasize the style and elegance of the building. In the manufacture of forged canopies, craftsmen take into account all individual characteristics building facade. First, a sketch is created, a sample, according to which the master will make a unique design. Forging allows you to decorate the entire structure in an original way, offering various options kerchief and decorative elements.

Canopy from corrugated board

Decking - practical universal and relatively inexpensive material. The most popular hinged structures made of corrugated board are:

  • protective canopy for the car;
  • canopy over the porch;
  • canopy over the gazebo, barbecue, playground;
  • sheds for outbuildings.

For the construction of canopies, galvanized corrugated board is more suitable, which is a more durable and rigid material. These designs can be single-pitched, gable or arched. The advantages of canopies from corrugated board include the following properties:

  • high resistance to mechanical damage;
  • frost resistance;
  • environmental safety of the material;
  • durability;
  • fire safety;
  • relatively inexpensive cost;
  • simplicity and ease of care;
  • color fastness.

metal awnings

Many canopies are made only of metal. These designs require professional approach, serve as a real decoration of the exterior of any house, cottage and are distinguished a high degree reliability, providing full protection of the facade of the building. Thanks to anti-corrosion treatment, such canopies do not lose their appearance for a long time.

Metal canopies can be attached to the wall of the building or serve as a separate structure, called a terraced structure.

Canopies for balconies and terraces made of polycarbonate

The current practice of manufacturing canopies shows that the most acceptable hinged structures for balconies and terraces are polycarbonate structures. They are light, strong and bright. Suitable for creating covered terraces and balconies. Mounted on a metal frame. Can be different forms and sizes. The vertical walls of the hinged structure give the balcony a personality.

Depending on the preferences, possibilities, as well as the purpose of the terrace or balcony, it is possible to implement the most non-standard ideas and solutions with the help of these polycarbonate structures (for example, to create on the balcony winter Garden). The main advantages are strength, stability and lightness of structures.

As you can see, the choice hinged structures quite wide and varied. It is important to decide what is most important to you: external beauty, individuality, convenience, economy, or all together. The rest is a matter of technique.

Types of designs of canopies made of polycarbonate

  1. Types of canopies

Sheds made of polycarbonate are deservedly popular in summer cottages, households, offices, in public places. Polycarbonate has advantages over plastic and slate, which were used for awnings before it appeared on the market. This is the ability of polycarbonate to transmit light, protect from ultraviolet radiation. The material is light, durable, weather resistant.

Polycarbonate does not require special care during operation, easy installation. A variety of colors makes it possible to make beautiful canopies and fit into the design of existing buildings. The plasticity of the material allows you to build structures of canopies of various shapes and configurations.

Canopy round

A round canopy is arranged over objects round shape. A striking example- a canopy over a round pool. Due to the light transmission of polycarbonate, it is possible to create a closed canopy over the object in the form of a hemisphere.

The design provides for sliding doors that move along the guides. In the case of a canopy for the pool - the possibility of keeping it clean, extending the swimming season. You can swim in any weather. The canopy is made only over the pool or over larger area providing a recreation area.

A canopy of a round shape is built and open type on supports over a round platform.

Rectangular canopy

A rectangular canopy is built over a rectangular platform. It can be a recreation area, a cafe area, a car parking lot. Depending on the purpose, the site is designed differently, and for a canopy, the main thing is to make a slope for rain runoff.

Motorists appreciated the benefits of a canopy over the parking lot. Protects vehicles from snow, rain and even hail, the car is ventilated. The canopy fits well with the design of the site.

Canopy oval

Oval canopies are built over oblong objects. Like round canopies, they cover the site completely. Inside, a bright space is created, completely protected from climatic influences.

A striking example of the use of an oval canopy is a sheltered greenhouse. Lightweight construction from sliding doors clearly outperforms its glass and film counterparts.

The oval canopy can be open, the shelter rests on supports. Polycarbonate sheets are laid on bent pipes or trusses with curved tops. The plasticity of polycarbonate allows mounting on curved rails.

Canopy attached

On the one hand, the attached canopy rests on an existing building or structure, and on the other hand, on metal or wooden supports. This design is often used by cafes, gazebos near the house, car parking.

The attached canopy creates a bright shelter near the house, at the same time the foundation is protected from moisture.

Canopy square

A square canopy differs little from a rectangular one. If it is necessary to cover a square area with a canopy, then a square canopy is built. Application is not limited: recreation area, gazebo, car parking, outdoor cafes.

Single slope canopy

Shed canopy can be rectangular or square. By design, it can be free-standing or attached. Shed, which means that it has one plane.

Such a canopy necessarily has a slope so that the precipitation flows freely and does not linger. A shed canopy is made over a small area.

Canopy gable

The gable canopy has two inclined planes connected by a ridge. Arranged above the gazebo, any open area requiring shelter and protection from rain and snow. This design is more rigid than shed canopy so it can cover a large area.

Canopies over the porch

A canopy over the porch protects the entrance from rain, providing cleanliness and a safe non-slip base at the entrance. The canopy is made without supports, attached to the wall of the building. In addition to protection, the entrance to the building receives an original stylish element, which decorates it and increases prestige.

2.The design of the canopies differ:

- in shape: square, rectangular, round, oval;

- by type of roof: single-pitched, gable, domed;

- by type of supports: on columnar supports, attached;

– by purpose: mini-awnings, over the porch, over the gate, car awnings, etc.

Canopies are united by the principle of their device. Polycarbonate sheets are mounted on the frame system. The frame is made of metal, there are wooden poles. Wooden structures are less durable and require antiseptic treatment. For the frame, a metal profile is most often used, the frame is fastened by welding. You can purchase prefabricated frames that are bolted.

Which canopy to choose?

Which canopy to choose - the answer lies in the specific circumstances: what the canopy will cover, what area, loads, local conditions, requirements, customer capabilities. Designers call this information source data.

To make the structure, you will need a 3D model of the canopy, made by our company after measuring the site. In addition to the canopy drawing, it would be good to sketch out a site plan to see how the canopy fits into the big picture. If there is an open area and the desire to make a recreation area and nothing limits which shed to make, it is a matter of the householder's taste. It can be a single-sided rectangular canopy on a welded metal frame. The main thing is that there should be a slope of 10 degrees for the runoff of precipitation.

If the site is more than 10 m 2 (the site is closer to the square, not narrow), it is better to choose a more rigid structure - a gable. Canopies with a curved top look very nice. To do this, it is necessary to have a pipe bender in order to bend profiles or welded trusses with an appropriate top.

Carports

Sheds for cars are made as a separate structure, or as an extension to the house. In the second case, less time is required for erection, since one part is attached to the wall of the house, and the second is supported by two or more supports. support poles are usually concreted or placed on a specially created concrete pad to keep the canopy stable. For the support posts of the frame, a metal profile or a wooden beam is usually used. To match overall design plot, supports are made of brick, stone or concrete.

Stationary canopies are installed on support posts, their minimum number is 4 pieces. The standard step between the supports is 1-1.5 m. The material from which the frame is made affects the final shape of the structure. The roof can be arched, spherical or undulating.

Installation roofing material- the final stage of the design of the canopy. Polycarbonate is often used as it. There are 2 main types of it: monolithic and cellular.

There are voids inside the honeycomb carbonate, so its installation is easier. It is mounted on a frame or thin supports. The cost of honeycomb carbonate is lower than that of monolithic, but the service life is shorter.

Monolithic polycarbonate more complex in its installation and requires strong frame, but it can withstand a lot of weight of snow.

First, the dimensions of the frame are determined, after which the necessary part of the polycarbonate sheet is cut off. The honeycomb material has the following feature: during installation, the sheets should be placed strictly perpendicular to the ground, otherwise after a while moisture bubbles form in the roofing sheet, when interacting with dust, they make the frame look unaesthetic. Monolithic polycarbonate has no such problems.

When the sheets are cut, holes are prepared for fasteners. This is done before the roofing sheets are installed. The diameter is made smaller than for self-tapping screws or mounting bolts, since polycarbonate expands in the cold. If the size of the holes is made equal to the size of the self-tapping screws, rubber gaskets are placed so that moisture and dirt do not get in. The lower edges of the material are closed with perforated tape, the upper ones with a solid tape.

Canopies with a straight roof are made of thicker polycarbonate, but we recommend that you make sure to make 1 slope

Canopies over the porch

Polycarbonate is very popular as a porch canopy material. On the market, its main rivals are glass, plastic and metal. A polycarbonate canopy has the following advantages:

  • Fire resistant and unable to sustain combustion
  • Impact tolerance is 20 times higher than glass
  • Flexibility
  • Good ones thermal insulation properties, since polycarbonate consists of air-filled closed cells that do not conduct heat well
  • Polycarbonate does not need to be tinted with a film, unlike glass

Polycarbonate is tinted in the following way: when forming sheets, special powders and additives are used. The material itself, from which polycarbonate sheets are made, is painted, and the color is not lost.

Compared to metal, polycarbonate is more resistant to temperature extremes and moisture, bends well and is not subject to corrosion. It also withstands weather, shock and wind loads.

When installing a canopy made of polycarbonate, a frame is first formed, on which polycarbonate sheets are then attached. To create a canopy, a galvanized metal profile is optimally suited.

Next, support racks are installed, for each of which a hole of 1.5 meters is dug and concreted. The distance between the racks is no more than 2 meters. The foundation for them must dry for 2 days. If a wooden beam was used as the material for the racks, the lower part is concreted so that it does not have contact with the ground, otherwise the wood will quickly rot.

Then the cross supports are installed. Usually they are bent so that the canopy has the shape of an arch. After that cut off right size polycarbonate sheet and bent in an arc. Next, the polycarbonate is laid on the frame and supports and fixed with thermal washers and self-tapping screws.

Canopies over the terrace and for the gazebo

A terrace is a part of the space adjacent to the house. Until recently, a terrace under a canopy was not very popular, since for the construction they used either the same expensive materials from which the house was made, or wooden structures, not characterized by a long service life. With the advent of metal canopies covered with polycarbonate, the idea of a terrace near the house has regained popularity. If the terrace was not originally provided for in the project of the house, metal structure with polycarbonate is a good way to add it to the house. It can be used as a family recreation area.

Polycarbonate is the most practical material for roofing, as it protects well from ultraviolet radiation and rain, transmits sunlight, does not fade, does not deteriorate. It is resistant to aging, light and flexible, and allows you to create complex shapes structures.

Cellular polycarbonate is a translucent material made of 2 thin sheets connected by jumpers. Monolithic polycarbonate is a solid plastic. It is heavier and stronger than honeycomb. Outwardly, it looks like glass and can be completely transparent.

Arbors made of polycarbonate can often be found on playgrounds or in kindergartens. But they are also used in summer cottages as a budget option. There are 2 types of such gazebos:

  • Fixed - concreted directly into the ground
  • Portable - can be carried anywhere

For gazebos, cellular polycarbonate is most often used. This is a translucent material, the color of which can be completely different. A gazebo with a colored roof looks bright, the shade can be matched to any color composition of the surrounding landscape. Plus, it's very durable. Polycarbonate of different shades is even used for color treatment, setting them up as canopies over awnings in resorts.

Forged canopies

Forged canopies look very stylish and elegant, which is why they have gained great popularity. They can be welded or forged. Modern forges make to order canopies of the most bizarre shape and design. But their purpose is not only decoration. They protect the entrance to the building from atmospheric precipitation, having a very solid construction resistant to any impact.

If such canopies are made according to individual project, you can create any entourage, unique and in harmony with the overall architecture of the building and decorative elements facade. Often they become the main decoration of the facade.

Advantages of a wrought iron facade:

  • Wear resistance and reliability.
  • Original, stylish, sophisticated appearance
  • Durability
  • Diverse design
  • Multifunctionality
  • Increased wind resistance

Polycarbonate as a roofing material for a wrought iron canopy is very common due to its functional qualities. It is practical, easy to install, transparent, resistant to stress and has a relatively low cost.

Another advantage is the lightness of the material. The forged canopy itself is very heavy, and polycarbonate reduces the load on the structure.

Canopies made of polycarbonate are easy to clean, they are resistant to household chemicals. They are durable and can withstand quite a lot of pressure. The material is very flexible. Therefore, it is used for straight and curved canopies. A polycarbonate canopy is not necessarily an ordinary straight sheet or arc, it can be multi-arched or have another complex pattern.

Forged canopy in combination with polycarbonate is not afraid of temperature changes, it changes its shape under the influence of heat or cold. They look expensive, but most of the cost is the canopy itself, polycarbonate is an inexpensive material.

Forged visors

Forged canopy over the entrance - very original decoration Houses. Modern masters create such bizarre patterns that it is the visor that becomes the most attractive detail on the facade. It emphasizes the high status of the owner, creates a unique charm and adds a touch of aristocracy to the building. A door with a forged visor ceases to be just an entrance - it is already a main entrance.

Forged steel visors are fixed with anchor bolts, as they are very heavy. It is recommended to connect the structure by electric welding in order to improve its aesthetic appearance. The joints are cleaned with a grinder.

The forged visor is covered with a forged sheet or polycarbonate. The metal sheet matches the material of the visor, but has a limited range of colors. Advantages of polycarbonate - wide opportunities color solution, ease of installation and lower cost. The coating of this material is mounted very quickly, regardless of the chosen design or shape.

Often forged canopies or canopies are made for cars. The color and type of polycarbonate is chosen the same as for the house. This creates an overall style suburban area and emphasizes the architectural features of the building.

Particular attention is paid to visors with curvature. The bending radius of the sheet is no more than 70 cm. If it is larger, the sheet may be damaged. It is recommended to install the structure in the warm season, because polycarbonate cannot be bent in the cold, despite its flexibility. The optimal length of the visor is 80 cm, and the width is 50 cm larger than the size of the doorway. Before starting work, marks are placed on the material, along which frame elements are then cut out. The standard size of a polycarbonate sheet is 6 × 2 m. If a piece of polycarbonate remains after the work is completed, it can be used for other purposes.

Canopies bolted or hard welded, which is better?

There is quite a lot of disagreement about this. If we decided on the canopy coating above, having determined for ourselves that the best option for the carport is to cover it with polycarbonate, now we will deal with the connection of the elements of the frame itself.

Advocates of rigid structures will certainly be able to rightly convince you of the benefits of welding versus bolting. You will be called:

  • better structural rigidity,
  • more high level hardness,
  • reliability and strength of the welded joint
  • and many more other benefits.

And in this they will be absolutely right. Of course, many of the advantages can be offset by bolted connections, but not all welding properties can be repeated by a bolt even with two nuts (a nut plus a lock nut). Of course, the possibility of changing the configuration of a canopy assembled on bolts is much greater. But all the arguments of bolt-on construction supporters will be completely defeated by the more reliable quality and accuracy of welding. A bolted connection, as practice shows, can loosen over time and lose its rigidity, which makes it several times inferior to the parameters and strength characteristics of welded structures.

It should also be noted separately the greater variety of configurations of canopies assembled by welding, and the possibility of a wider choice of options for fitting the canopy structure at the place of its installation directly on your backyard.

a unique project - a carport for 1 car, it will take a lot of concrete, but this is a very unusual option

What you need to determine for yourself before choosing an assembly method

When determining the method of connecting the canopy structure, several prospects for its use must be foreseen in advance. First of all, you must be clear on one main issue: are you building a permanent non-movable structure, or are you still more interested in the possible changes in the configuration of the canopy over time. If no changes in the configuration of the yard are foreseen, and the shed is guaranteed not to be moved in the next 25 years (and almost no one can predict this), then feel free to use welding. But if your plans are not so tough, the absolute advantage should be given to the bolted connection.

The second factor to consider is the cost of the job. Of course, welding costs a little more. But an experienced welder, of course, is able to do a better job. In fact, welding work quite rightly takes almost 30% of the total cost in the estimate for the installation of any canopy, including polycarbonate. But the speed of their implementation, and the possibility of a more accurate and accurate fit of all individual components in place are many times higher. And assembly on bolts can take a little more working time. It is the factors mentioned above that indicate the advantages of choosing a welded joint over the installation of bolted structures.

During the arrangement of your suburban area it is important to allocate a separate parking space. However, it is worth taking care that your car is protected from any bad weather. The solution would be to build a carport made of wood. In this article, we will consider the construction of such an object and tell you in detail what you should pay special attention to.

The choice of wood for the canopy

When choosing the type of future carport made of wood, we recommend paying special attention to larch.

A wooden carport is recommended to be built from conifers- pine, cedar, fir, larch. Larch in this case is the most strong material and has a tensile strength of 97 MPa in static bending and 129 MPa in tension along the fibers. It can also be described as a wood with moderate rot resistance.

Advantages and disadvantages of a carport made of wood

We offer to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of wooden carports.

We build a carport made of wood with our own hands

Each of the processes for building a carport made of wood with your own hands has its own characteristics and tricks. We recommend that you take the work plan below as a basis. This will help build your design as quickly as possible and with minimal effort.

  1. Preparation of the necessary materials. It’s best to make a list of everything you need in advance so that you don’t waste time on additional trips to the store after;
  2. Choice of site on site. As part of this stage, it is important not only to take into account the location of the canopy relative to other buildings on your country yard, but also to calculate how the structure will behave in different time years with different precipitation. To do this, you need indicators of the tensile strength of your wood species;
  3. Creation of a design project with exact figures, preferably in different projections;
  4. Foundation laying. It is important here to choose the appropriate type of base so that the built wooden carport for the car with your own hands stands firmly on the ground;
  5. Frame construction. This stage also needs close attention, since if the frame is not built correctly, the structure may collapse or squint;
  6. Roof installation. Here you must select desired material for a roof that will not only meet all requirements, but will also have the right weight for your frame and aesthetic appeal. All these points except “2” will be relevant if you are going to build as well.

Choosing a place on the site

Once you've got everything ready, it's time to choose the area where your wood carport will stand.

Basic rules for choosing an area for a structure:

  • it is important to choose a place that will rise a little along with other structures. This is necessary so that water from rain or snow melt does not accumulate under the machine. If this is not possible, you will have to lay out a layer of concrete on the floor;
  • it is necessary to choose a place so that it can be reached as quickly and easily as possible, including in winter;
  • do not forget that you need to turn around somehow. We do not recommend making canopies in places where it will be problematic to turn around.

Wooden carport: project, drawing and diagram

Doing the project and drawings of a wooden carport for a car with your own hands is not as intricate as it seems. To accurately create a drawing, you must first measure your area for a canopy. Take building meter and measure the length, width and height for your future design. After that, enter the data on a piece of paper. Note:

  • to begin with, determine the dimensions of your car and, based on this exact design of the canopy;
  • the height of the projected object should be 1-1.5 m higher than the ceiling of the car, so that you can drive under the canopy with a load on top of the car;
  • when designing with your own hands, we recommend to provide cross beams to help reinforce the structure.

At this stage, you also need to outline the places where the supports of your structure will be located.

Description
1 rack 150x150
2 brace 100x60
3 cross member 150x150
4 ridge beam
5 ridge beam support 150x150
6 lathing bar 40x150
7 strapping beam

It is important to check that the wooden carport supports do not interfere with the opening of the car doors.

Tools and materials

High-quality materials are the key to the strength and durability of your design. you need to choose them wisely.

To build a carport made of wood with your own hands, you will need:

Instruments:

Circular

Rope and pegs

Cement tank

Spanners

Materials:

The number of timber, depending on your particular project, dimensions:

  • 150x150 - for racks, crossbars, ridge beam supports
  • 40x150 - for crates
  • 100x60 - struts

Foundation laying

A carport made of wood is not too heavy a structure, so it does not need a solid foundation. It will be quite enough shallow columnar.

You need to do the following:

For greater structural stability and reliability, a lumber lining can be made, which will be installed between the concrete screed and the surface of the lumber, as shown in the diagram.

Carport on a wooden frame

To make a frame wooden carport we use a wooden beam with a thickness of 150 mm. This will allow us to make a really solid structure.

We pre-cover the tree with a special antiseptic from bugs - so the tree will last longer.

For assembly, we use self-tapping screws 70 mm thick and a screwdriver.

Once your frame is complete, it's time to move on to installing the roof for your wood carport.

  1. Cut sheets of material with a circular saw for metal or special scissors;
  2. Lay one sheet of metal tile from the edge of the roof and begin to fasten it. To do this, drill a small hole with a drill at the place of fasteners, and then drive a self-tapping screw with a washer there and fix it;
  3. We install siding or lining around the perimeter of the roof.

Self-tapping screws are screwed in in places of wave deflection. The standard consumption of self-tapping screws is 8-10 pieces per square meter.

Conclusion

We hope our tips will help you make your own wooden carport. In conclusion, we suggest that you familiarize yourself with some photographs of wooden canopies. Good luck with your construction!

The task of protecting the car body from sunlight and precipitation can be dealt with different ways. One of the most inexpensive options is a carport built from available building materials. Such designs have proven themselves and are widely used in country houses and on, which are used mainly for relaxing on weekends and during holidays.

Wooden carport

The main function of such a structure is to ensure the safety of the outer surfaces of the car body from external factors. The main enemy of metal is moisture, which falls in the form of rain or snow. Especially big problems may occur in winter period when frost forms on glass and paintwork. When melt water flows into the handles for opening doors, followed by freezing, there are difficulties with access inside.

Hard ultraviolet leads to the rapid fading of paints and the loss of the car's presentation. Taking into account the above factors, a decision is made to erect a canopy of a particular design. At the initial stage, formulate technical requirements to the construction, and already on the basis of them, you can begin to carry out design work and select the main building material.

Polycarbonate carport

Structures erected to protect vehicles must meet a number of technical and technological requirements:

  • sufficient size of the canopy for free placement of the car;
  • reliable protection against moisture on the machine, especially during precipitation with a side wind;
  • protection from direct sunlight at different times of the day;
  • unhindered entry and exit;
  • ensuring free access to the machine from all sides;
  • harmoniously fit into the design of the territory of a summer cottage or a country house;
  • simplicity of design;
  • low costs for the purchase of building materials and installation work.

Before you start building a carport, you must first select the main material for the supporting structure. The structure in general terms is a roof mounted on supports. For the manufacture of pillars, you can use:

  • wooden beams;
  • profile metal rolling;
  • asbestos pipes.

Bearing structures of this canopy, made of asbestos-cement pipes

When choosing a particular material, factors such as cost, manufacturability, service life and the possibility of carrying out work without the involvement of qualified personnel are taken into account.

Practice shows that the refusal of the services of hired workers will reduce the final price of the canopy by almost half.

The designs of structures that provide protection for the vehicle are diverse and largely depend on the materials used. Within the framework of the article, their most popular types will be considered. The main criterion in determining the requirements and parameters of the canopy is mainly its cost. That is why the dimensions of such structures are made minimal, and the materials used are mostly inexpensive.

How to build an inexpensive DIY carport

Design and material selection

After determining the basic requirements for a canopy, you can start planning. It is quite possible to build a relatively inexpensive carport for a car with your own hands. When designing in this case, the available tools and equipment, as well as skills in working with different building materials, should be taken into account. This is especially true for metalworking, or rather, the use of electric welding.

Advice. When determining the location of the canopy, its position relative to the gate should be taken into account.

The ideal option would be such a position of the structure in which the driver will not need to make any maneuvers, that is, directly opposite the entrance. In some cases, it is possible to attach a canopy directly to the blank wall of a residential or service building. The car from the side of the house will receive maximum protection.

The choice of building and roofing materials for the construction is determined taking into account financial possibilities. The most inexpensive and easiest to process is wood, from which both supports and a frame for the roof can be made. The weak point of lumber is the point of contact with the ground. Under the influence of moisture, the tree quickly loses its strength and collapses.

The metal canopy for the car has greater strength and durability. At the same time, the cost of rolled steel for the frame is much higher than wood.

Metal is more difficult to process; electric welding or bolts with nuts can be used to connect parts to each other. With this method of installation, overhead plates and slopes of a triangular shape made of steel sheet are widely used.

Advice. A compromise solution in the construction of a canopy can be a combination of materials with each other.

Supports can be made of metal: for example, steel water pipes with a diameter of 50 mm to 100 mm, or steel profiles of rectangular or square section. Another option: load-bearing parts are made of asbestos-cement pipe with a cross section of 100-150 mm, which, if properly installed, will serve for a long time.

Combined carport made using this technology

Both slate, and ondulin, and soft shingles. The choice is usually determined based on the funds allocated for the construction. Most cheap material- slate, but it has a lot of weight and eventually becomes covered with moss. A good look and excellent characteristics has a metal tile or profiled steel sheet powder coated.

Dimensioning and design of the supporting structure

The average family usually owns one car. For its comfortable placement, a structure with a length of at least 6-7 meters and a width of about 4 meters will be required. The height inside must be at least 2000-2200 mm, when determining this parameter, one should proceed from the maximum dimensions of the machine. At the same time, the departure of the antenna is also taken into account in order to avoid its breakdown at the entrance and exit.

The drawing shows the minimum dimensions required for a canopy.

If a canopy for two cars is planned, then when developing its design, the method of placing vehicles is taken into account. Vehicles can be placed one behind the other in length, respectively, it is necessary to increase this size at least twice. If the machines are planned to be placed side by side, then the structure expands accordingly with the installation of additional supports in the middle.

Spacious carport for two cars

The roof is mounted on poles, the number and section of which directly depends on the total weight truss system and roofing material. The minimum weight of dry wood and steel profiles of small dimensions. A canopy under an ondulin, mounted on a solid wooden deck. To save material, it is better to make a roof with a small visor on the opposite side.

How to quickly and inexpensively build a carport with your own hands? Tips for choosing a design, choosing a place for construction, step by step description canopy construction process.

The problem of car storage is faced by every car owner. If your iron horse spends his days and nights in the open, then snow, then hail, or the sun threaten him. All this accelerates the corrosion process, and one fine day you find “saffron mushrooms” on the wheel arches, which portend the prospect of an expensive body repair. This can be avoided in several ways. The easiest and most reliable is to build a carport with your own hands. Moreover, you can do it yourself, spending only on building materials.

Carport: an alternative or addition to the garage

Many motorists advocate warm garage, but a dry clean car should drive into a warm garage, otherwise the temperature will only help moisture, dirt and salt to quickly destroy the body of your car.

So think twice before you splurge on building a garage. And three times - before arranging heating in the garage where you are going to store the car in the winter.

From the point of view of the safety of the body, the canopy is optimal solution, as it protects from all external factors (sun, precipitation) and at the same time does not create its own microclimate. Driving under a canopy, the car is not exposed to changes in air temperature and humidity.

In addition, if you compare the costs of building a shed and a garage, it turns out that a shed will cost several times cheaper.

Do-it-yourself temporary carport in one day

If the problem of storing a car is very acute, and you need to do something as quickly as possible and with minimal cost, then it is possible to make a canopy of the simplest design from polypropylene pipes. Of the tools, you only need a pipe cutter, a tape measure and a soldering iron for pipes (the cheapest one will do).

The top can be covered with PVC fabric (this is used for tilt trucks and MAFs) - it is strong and durable. The legs can simply be dug in, or you can concrete them in some containers. For example, in buckets of paint. Concrete will give stability and will not let the wind knock over your canopy. At the same time, the structure can be moved from place to place.

Of course, a canopy and pipes are more of a temporary solution to the problem, but it is quite possible to build it in one day, even alone, without anyone's help. And your car will be able to wait for the construction of a garage or a major shed without being exposed to the destructive effects of the environment.

We build a capital carport with our own hands

In order for your canopy to do its job well and be comfortable to use, you need to think about two things.

1. You should decide in advance on the size of the canopy. Consider the dimensions of your car, as well as the fact that the sun's rays and precipitation do not fall strictly perpendicular to the surface of the earth. Make laps from all sides, otherwise the bottom of the car will fall under both the rain and the sun. The overlaps should be the greater, the greater the height of the canopy.

2. Choose your location carefully. It is possible that the configuration of the yard and buildings will make it possible to partially or completely fix the canopy on the already prefabricated walls. Thanks to this, you can save on supports and not clutter up the yard with extra poles.

Basically, any canopy consists of a frame and a roof.

As you can see, a variety of materials can be used to build the frame.

If you own welding, then it is better to use metal.

There are many options for roof solutions. Here again, something needs to be thought out in advance. First, will the roof of your shed be straight or sloped? A sloping roof is more practical in terms of collecting rainfall, but keep in mind that you will have to deal with the problem of draining water from the roof, otherwise you are guaranteed a ditch in the middle of the yard.

Besides, sloping roof can be single or double. A shed roof is simpler in design, but if its area is too large, then it will not be able to efficiently drain rain water. However, this can only become a problem if you are building a really large carport (for 2, 3 or more cars).

The choice of roofing material depends only on your preferences and capabilities. Perhaps you know how to work with metal tiles or you have extra slate left after building a house. Anything will do.

Beautiful carports

And finally, we have prepared for you some photos of original and interesting car canopies. For example, this canopy is very elegant and does not clutter up the space.

And finally: why not turn the roof of your canopy into a solar power plant?

Do-it-yourself carport is one of the most simple buildings and certainly one of the most essential! After all, you invest strength and money in your car and expect that it will serve you. long years. We hope that these photos will give you inspiration and self-confidence.

Do you own a vehicle, household equipment, all kinds of trailers and other similar devices? Congratulations! These are useful and necessary things. In order for them to retain their performance as long as possible and serve as long as possible, it is necessary to create the proper conditions for their storage. At a minimum, provide reliable protection from precipitation.

A free-standing canopy on a wooden supporting frame with a gable roof will perfectly cope with this task. We will build it.

Our canopy has dimensions of about 900x750 cm. The plane of each roof slope will be about 500x750 cm. In general, this is 1000x750 cm, i.e. 75 m2 of total area.

Concrete pillars with a diameter of about 300 mm will perfectly cope with the function of supports for such a canopy. Each of these supports is able to withstand an average of 1 ton of weight. In practice, this value is even more impressive, but we will believe the approved standards.

We multiply the total area of roofing slopes by the value of the snow load for our region, add the weight of the roof itself to the result, divide the calculated number by 1000 kg and find that about 7.5 pillars must be installed to ensure proper stability of a canopy of this size. We surround in a big way, i.e. up to 8. As a result, we will install a support at the corners of the canopy and one rack in the center of each span.

We will immerse the supports to a depth of about 1.2 m. With such a foundation, the canopy will definitely not fail.

We build a canopy: step by step instructions

First step. We make recesses for the installation of supports. A drill with a diameter of 30 cm will help us with this. It is better to use an automated drilling rig - drilling more than a meter deep manually is long and difficult. Along the way, we get stones and other interfering objects that come across on our way.

Second step. The grooves are ready. We make formwork for poles from special paper pipes - sold in modern construction stores. As a result, the pipes will form beautiful columns 30-50 cm high above the ground.

Third step. Preparing concrete. The easiest way is to buy ready-made dry mix in bags and dilute it with water in accordance with the instructions.

Fourth step. We fill the columns. We insert brackets into fresh concrete for further fixing wooden racks with a section of 15x15 cm.

Fifth step. We carry out a cut of a bar and boards according to the sizes of elements of our canopy. Everything is perfectly visible in the photos.

Sixth step. We install and fix the support posts on concrete pillars. It is recommended to do this no earlier than 3-4 weeks after pouring.

Seventh step. We fasten to the vertical racks of the board of the upper carrier strapping. To do this, we use a double board 30 cm wide and 4 cm thick. An ordinary raw board will do - it will be under the roof and bad weather will not harm the wood in any way.

To connect the boards to the beam, we use bolts with a diameter of 1 cm with a minimum of 20 mm and washers.

Seventh step. We add a second load-bearing board to the main pillars and tighten all structural elements with bolts. We make braces from 10x10 cm columns.

Eighth step. Assembling roof trusses. For their manufacture, a board 10 cm wide and 4 cm thick is suitable. The design is standard and looks like a triangle. For greater rigidity, we fix intermediate veins from a bursa or board inside the triangle. Farms are more convenient to assemble on the ground, and then attach them to the harness already in finished form.

Ninth step. We sheathe the installed trusses with OSB board. The recommended skin thickness is 1.2 cm.

tenth step. We cover the roof with metal tiles or other material at our discretion. First, waterproofing material should be attached to the crate.

Eleventh step. We sew up the gables of the roof of our canopy with siding, clapboard or other material of your choice. If desired, we can attach crossbars to the vertical supports and sheathe the entire canopy - this moment remains at the discretion of the owner.

We install a drainage system

It will be plastic.

Important note! Plastic is subject to thermal expansion. To compensate for deformations, a movable joint must be made every 8 m of the pipe length. If you are going to fix the drain with adhesive sealant, every 8 m make a connection on rubber seal. This will be enough to compensate for temperature deformations.

We will mount the system so that the receiving hole is at the bottom of the roof slope of our canopy. We select the side of the roof, focusing on the location of the ditch for receiving wastewater.

First step. We attach the hooks-holders. We mount the gutter with a slope in the direction of the water inlet. To ensure the required inclination of the gutter, we use hook-holders. We mount them with a minimum of 0.5 cm slope for each meter of the length of the drainage structure. The markings for installing hooks are performed as follows:

  • find the bottom or top point storm drain for mounting the outer bracket. The end brackets are installed at a distance of 100 mm from the edges of the water intake;
  • knowing the required length of the system, we deviate from extreme point a distance equal to 0.5 mm multiplied by the total length of the gutter in meters. We mark the second point;
  • we stretch the rope between two marks and fasten the hooks, focusing on it;
  • we mount hooks with a half-meter step.

Second step. We adjust the length of the pipe. Cut off the excess with a hacksaw. We clean the shavings sharp knife. We saw off so that during the cutting process the geometry of the pipe section is not violated.

Third step. We install the pipe on the hooks. If we use plastic hooks, first insert the rear edge of our gutter into the recess on the fastener, and then lower the front edge of the pipe and press. As a result, the gutter will snap into place and simply lock into place.

When installed on metal mounts, first we lay the gutter on the fasteners and bend the flexible petals so that they cover the pipe.

Fourth step. Installing the funnel. We cut a hole in the right place of the gutter and apply a funnel to it from below. We will fix it with glue. To do this, first we clean the surfaces, generously apply the binder to the joining elements, wait for the mixture to dry, and then coat the additional seam.

Important! You can only glue special formulations for PVC.

Fifth step. We collect pipes and elbows into a single drainage system. With the help of knees, we can set the desired direction of our pipe. At the joints of pipes and elbows, we install an additional mounting clamp.

Directly connecting pipes and elbows is done with glue. Its use has been discussed above. We mount the pipe holders with a step of 2 m.

In conclusion, all that remains for us is to sew up the gables of the roof of the canopy with siding, clapboard or other material of our choice. If desired, we can attach crossbars to the vertical supports and sheathe the entire canopy - this moment remains at the discretion of the owner.

The canopy is ready. We can accept it for permanent operation.

Successful work!
