100 gr granulated sugar

1 teaspoon dried lavender flowers

200 gr raspberries

juice of half a lemon

400 gr strawberries

120 ml coconut milk

300 gr pineapple

4-6 sprigs of mint

Put water, sugar and lavender in a gravy boat. Bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes, remove from heat and remove the lavender flowers, they have already given up their aroma. Using a blender, blend strawberries (half serving), raspberries, mango, papaya and lemon juice. Combine with cooled lavender syrup and add coconut milk and finely chopped kiwi. Stir and add the 4-piece strawberries.

Chill for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator and serve in margarita glasses, garnished with pineapple slices and fresh mint leaves. This is delicious!

2 tablespoons dried lavender flowers (crushed)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon wine vinegar (preferably white)

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 freshly squeezed tangerine or red orange juice

6 garlic cloves (chopped)

ground black pepper

for shrimp:

2 cups dry white wine

1 onion medium size

half a lemon

half an orange or tangerine

1 teaspoon peppercorns

1 tablespoon coarse sea salt

1 kg large shrimp

1 bay leaf

To make the marinade, in a small bowl, combine honey, lavender, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, and everything else. Salt and pepper to your taste. The marinade is ready.

Pour water and wine into a saucepan, add onion, lemon, orange, salt, pepper and parsley. Boil 5 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for another 3-5 minutes until tender. Drain the shrimp in a colander and let cool for a few minutes. Then transfer to a bowl with marinade and mix. Let cool and transfer to an airtight container. Put it in the refrigerator overnight. Serve like cold appetizer. This is delicious!
