Tile adhesive. What is the best tile adhesive? Tile adhesive with application temperature from 15

Tile adhesive is a mixture designed to bond ceramic, granite, marble and polymer tiles with different surfaces. The history of tile adhesive is directly related to the invention of the tile itself, with no name of the creator, not even exact date the beginning of their use could not be established.

Tile adhesive through the ages

It is known that the first facing slabs began to be used in Mesopotamia in 3000 BC. At the same time, the ancient Persians made the greatest contribution to the development and distribution of tiles. It was they who came up with ceramic tiles that are closest to modern ones - with a side of 15 by 15 cm, with floral and animal ornaments on outside. To attach them to the walls of palaces and temples, they used building mixture. But this method was very expensive and was not very reliable, since the tiles did not hold well.

Modern tile adhesives have different composition designed for gluing various materials and are carriers of various properties. In the very general view tile adhesive is a mixture of cements with mineral fillers, organic additives and polymer modifiers.

Tile adhesive: filling

Cement, which is an integral part of any tile adhesive, also consists of various elements. And if Portland cement mainly includes lime and silica, then aluminous cement, in addition to aluminum and calcium oxides, contains oxides of iron, magnesium, titanium and a small amount of other elements.

Additional minerals in the tile adhesive add moisture, frost and heat resistance to it, and also improve adhesion to various surfaces: concrete, brick, natural stone, asbestos cement, cement-sand screeds, plaster and gypsum.

Facing tiles are a common decorative and functional material with many applications. It is used for decoration both indoors and external facade buildings like public places, and places of residence of one family. The tile can perform a purely decorative function, and also be protective coating in places with aggressive influence.

But durability and reliability tile coverings depend not only on correct selection the tile itself and the professionalism of the master, but also on the quality of the chosen glue. The right adhesive, chosen according to the type of cladding and where it will be used, will ensure that the tile is properly maintained and will provide many years of trouble-free service.

Choosing a tile adhesive

Tile adhesive intended for use on exterior and internal works ah, must have a different composition, because it has different requirements. Tile adhesive for external works must be resistant to changes in daily and seasonal temperatures, be moisture resistant, negatively affect the existence of possible organic pests.

The simplicity of the cladding process is also important: whether heating is necessary when fixing the tiles inside the building, how quickly the glue dries, what surfaces the glue needs.

Tile adhesive, which can be used both on external and internal works, is easy to use and unpretentious in the base, is called universal. For universal adhesives typical for tiles following properties: frost resistance and high level of moisture resistance, reliable fastening to vertical walls(in other words, resistance to slipping), the possibility of fixing ceramic tiles to the floor during internal work without heating. The environmental safety of the adhesive is also a natural requirement.

The most common bases for the use of tiles and, accordingly, tile adhesives are cement-lime and cement-sand plasters, cement-sand screeds and concrete. However, in some cases, it is necessary to tile and such surfaces as gypsum plaster, anhydride screed, cement chipboard, wood chipboard and plasterboard. At the same time, the need for priming its surface also depends on the density, purity and strength of the base.

In addition to the universal ones, there are also special adhesives for fixing tiles made of ceramics, marble, glass, natural and artificial stone, as well as polymers. Each of them has in its composition modifiers suitable for working with this particular material.

When choosing a tile adhesive crucial has not only composition facing tiles and the structure of the base to which it will be attached, but also future operating conditions. Depending on whether the tile will be installed indoors or outdoors, temperature and humidity requirements for the adhesive must be taken into account. The floor or wall tile determines the minimum strength level of the adhesive and its creep characteristics.

Tile adhesive used in indoor areas, has its own characteristics. The floor cladding of public places assumes regular intensive use by many people, therefore, requirements for increased stability, density, and non-deformation are applied to it. Tiles covering the semi-open parts of the premises - gazebos, balconies - as well as the adhesive needed to fix them, must be resistant to sun and cold.

The intended purpose of the premises has an impact on the characteristics of the tile adhesive. The cladding and adhesives used in bathrooms require a higher moisture resistance. Tiles and adhesive used in underfloor heating ( custom design living room and children's room, kitchen) must be resistant to constant high temperatures.

At the same time, if the adhesive for external work must meet safety requirements environment, then the adhesive for indoor use must first of all be safe for human health.

Tiles are used not only for the design of external and internal surfaces buildings. Glass, marble and stone slabs line the surface of the pools. At the same time, the use of light or translucent tiles requires a white adhesive that does not shine through the cladding. In addition, tile adhesive is effective in the construction of external and internal walls from gas and foam blocks. Also used when connecting heat-insulating blocks with brick and concrete foundations. Sometimes porous surfaces inside buildings are putty with tile adhesive.

Depending on the application, tile adhesive can be heat and frost resistant, moisture resistant, vibration and vibration resistant, vapor permeable, environmentally friendly and safe. All these properties are the advantages of tile adhesive. Its disadvantages are mainly associated with improper use. Thus, tile adhesive for building cladding is not suitable for use in a swimming pool, and a dark adhesive cannot be used when working with light materials.

In addition, in some cases, the rate of curing of the adhesive matters. The fast setting of the adhesive means a high pace of work and, therefore, the likelihood of sloppy results. Slow curing of the adhesive guarantees high quality precise work, but there is a possibility of deterioration external conditions when working outdoors.

However, tile adhesive is a reliable and widely used material used in construction and renovation work.

Tiles and facing stone- materials are quite expensive, besides, they cannot be changed as often as wallpaper. Therefore, the choice of glue must be approached with all responsibility. Modern manufacturers offer several varieties of compositions:

  1. Primary refers to budget option and is used for laying small tiles.
  2. Reinforced - suitable for large format, as well as floor tiles, medium sized tiles.
  3. For complex surfaces- this glue is used for finishing bases such as wood, glass, old tiles.
  4. For natural stone and heavy tiles.
  5. Specialized - it is quite expensive, but it is quite suitable for ordinary decoration.
  6. Adhesive for lining fireplaces and stoves. His main feature– resistance to high temperatures.
  7. White tile adhesive perfect option for laying transparent mosaics. With it, you can save the colors of the material used for decoration.
  8. Additional insulation - glue designed for laying building blocks. It reduces thermal conductivity and is similar in purpose to masonry mixtures.

There are also some other varieties.

Each type can be used for exterior and interior cladding. But in the latter case, experts recommend choosing only dry mixes.

Understanding glue options

The stores offer a huge selection of tile adhesives - from the cheapest to the most expensive. It is not difficult to get confused in such an assortment, but we can say for sure that a good tile adhesive:

  • plastic - does not delaminate and does not crack during gluing,
  • elastic - in the hardened state it does not give in to deformation,
  • dries slowly - this makes it possible to adjust the position of the tile,
  • it has high adhesion rates - it holds the tile well, regardless of its size.

And now consider the most popular adhesives that can be bought in Russian stores.

KNAUF FLIESEN

According to many experts, this particular adhesive is one of the most reliable among dry mixes. Made by practical Germans, it is perfect for laying floor and wall tiles on complex grounds. The composition dries slowly, so the master has time to adjust the position of the tile. The glue is used economically, since the recommended layer thickness is only 0.7 cm. If you are looking for a composition for facing areas of complex configuration, pay attention to KNAUF FLIESEN.

The approximate cost is about 250 rubles per 25 kg.

UNIS 2000

It may well compete for leadership with the previous squad. In terms of adhesion and drying speed, it is not inferior and even surpasses Knauf. After laying the tiles, you will have about 10 minutes for correction, and you will be able to walk on the tiles in a day. The composition is not afraid of moisture and frost, it is elastic, and therefore loses its properties when the tile is deformed due to temperature changes. Glue consumption is economical - about 3.5-5 kg per m2.

The cost of glue is about 250 rubles per 25 kg.

Founds Mastplix T-12

This is an excellent adhesive for uneven surfaces. Suitable for laying ceramic tiles, natural stone and porcelain stoneware. Thanks to the excellent hitch, the material can be laid from top to bottom.

The price of the composition is also about 270 rubles per 25 kg.

Ceresit CM-11

This is a good all-purpose adhesive, but not suitable for all types of tiles. If you have to lay on an uneven surface, and if you do not belong to the ranks of professionals and do not impose special requirements on glue, then you can safely choose Ceresit. The glue adheres well and does not allow the material to slide along the wall.

The cost of glue is about 265 rubles per 25 kg.

Ivsil MosaiK

The glue has a beautiful snow-white color, has high adhesion strength and good moisture resistance. It can be attributed to professional adhesives and can be used for laying any type of tile. It can be used for lining swimming pools, bathrooms, baths and saunas.

The price of glue is about 480 rubles per 25 kg.

Rules for working with tile adhesive

Reliable gluing of tiles is possible only if you mix the adhesive correctly and use it according to the technology.

Temperature conditions

All work with glue is carried out at a temperature of +18C to +24C. If the room is colder or hotter, the composition will not set. If the room is cold, warm the air and keep it that way until the composition dries. In the heat, it is not recommended to use air conditioning, although it cools the air, it makes it drier. As a result, the coupling is of poor quality. If work cannot be postponed for cooler weather, lay in the morning or evening.

Composition consumption

The consumption of adhesives when laying tiles can vary significantly based on the characteristics of the base, as well as tiles, weather conditions. Porous bases absorb more glue, so the consumption will be higher. A similar situation is with laying in the heat, when the liquid from the composition evaporates faster, which means that it will have to be laid in a denser layer.

After kneading, the adhesive can be used for an average of 6-7 hours, after which it completely loses its properties. Within 20 minutes after installation, the tiles can be corrected.

Cleaning after installation

It is necessary to remove all excess glue from the seams immediately after completion of work. If you leave the adhesive and start applying grout from above, the aesthetic appearance of the cladding will deteriorate. In addition, the grout in these areas will turn out thinner and crack quickly. Colored grout it can also change color.

A grout knife will help get rid of the glue. Dry residue can be scraped off or cut off with a knife.

Walking on the tile after installation is possible only after the composition has completely solidified, usually it is 2-3 days. But within 2 weeks it is worth treating the coating more carefully and not subjecting it to heavy loads.

Precautionary measures

Most adhesives are safe, but some formulations contain strong chemicals and require care when using, do not forget about protective clothing and gloves. In case of contact with the skin, the composition is washed off large quantity water.

Consumption per 1m2

Everyone who plans to work with tiles asks a question about the possible consumption of glue. Of course, this parameter depends on the properties of the adhesive composition, manufacturer, but greater value has the qualification of the master and the basis for laying.

Smooth surface, tile with good geometry, qualified craftsman and good compositionoptimal conditions, at which it will be possible to apply a layer of only four millimeters.

On average, the consumption of tile adhesive per 1m2 will be 1.3-1.5 kilograms of dry powder. A prerequisite for this is a thorough leveling of the surface. Otherwise, the consumption of glue will increase significantly. In addition, there are several other factors to consider:

  • Substrate roughness - improves adhesion properties with tiled material.
  • Laying method - when firmly pressed onto the surface, excess glue appears, which can be removed and used in the future.
  • The features of the material are high density leads to a significant consumption of the adhesive composition.
  • The area of the renovated building.
  • Mix consistency - all factories use own technology glue manufacturing.
  • Tools used - depending on the density of the adhesive composition, a certain type of spatula is used.
  • The professionalism of the master - if you do the lining yourself and do not have special skills, the consumption of glue will increase significantly.

How much dries

When asked how long the tile adhesive dries, not a single master will answer you. It is necessary to take into account its type, composition, the main characteristics of the material, the surface to be treated, the air temperature in the room and other parameters.

Tile adhesive varies. On average, it dries in twenty-four hours. There are compounds that set in just six hours, as well as long-setting mixtures.

The main factor that affects the drying process of tile adhesive is air temperature. If it is low, the mixture will harden for a long time. In addition, the level of humidity in the room and the temperature of the base are important.

In the event that it is below five degrees, additional heating with a fan heater is recommended. As a rule, the approximate drying time is indicated on the packaging. But experts recommend waiting a little longer than the stated period.

One of the types of finishing materials is tile adhesive, but, despite its name, it is used not only for fixing tiles. Such an adhesive composition perfectly glues many materials.

This glue has been known since Soviet times, then it had only one composition, and now there are many different types of it on sale, which are used to fasten any facing materials.

Types and composition of the base

Previously, it was used as a cement-sand composition, to which they could add oil paint, PVA glue or adhesive paste. Then, solutions with adhesive additives appeared on the market, which had good adhesion and were able to perfectly bond concrete walls with the necessary lining.

Now in hardware stores you can find such a variety of tile adhesives that it can lead to confusion before choosing them. Each species has its own composition, which is intended for certain area applications.

Its characteristics are influenced by additives from mixed chemical compounds, it can be:

  • antifreeze additives;
  • polymer modifiers;
  • water-retaining inclusions.

This article describes how to use

And the basis of the glue contains cement and sand in certain proportions. That is, in principle tile composition is a mineral-polymer composite of complex compounds. AT percentage tile mortar consists of 95% dry mix, and the rest is occupied by various additives.

Varieties

There are two groups:

The latter are sold in plastic buckets, which have different volumes. This is a ready to use adhesive. After purchasing it, you can immediately start gluing facing material, it is enough to mix the contents of the plastic container before this time.

Before applying the adhesive, it must be properly diluted. To do this, you need to study the instructions and find out the norms to obtain the desired consistency. The result of the work will depend on the correct dilution of the composition.

What are the characteristics of

Its purchase depends on the properties and purpose, so you need to know what technical characteristics it has desired composition. If cement is the basis of the tile adhesive mortar, then the following requirements must be observed to work with it:

  • the temperature of the work carried out should be in the range from +5 to 30 0 С;
  • adhere to the specified amount of water for diluting the composition. On average, 25 kg of the dry component should account for 5 liters of liquid;
  • the thickness of the recommended application layer should be maintained. It usually ranges from 3 to 15 mm;
  • the viability of the tile adhesive is 3 hours. After the adhesive solution has been diluted, it must be used within 20 minutes. After the tile is glued to them, it can be adjusted for another ten minutes. The composition completely hardens in a day;
  • some types of adhesives have frost resistance, which is 35 cycles.

Scope and its cost

Its price is affected by the properties and quality of additives. Manufacturers building materials try to diversify their product range, and every year they release new types of tile adhesive for various surfaces. Here are some varieties trademarks and their products, with prices and areas of application.

How to make DIY tile adhesive

Cooking proportions

How to do it yourself? There are times when you urgently need to get a new portion of the adhesive base, and construction stores already closed, then you should use step by step instructions making tile adhesive at home. First you need to prepare its components: cement (M-400), sand and wallpaper paste (PVA can also be suitable). In the process, you will need clean tools and a container. So, let's get started, you need:

  1. Dilute wallpaper paste with water. The proportions are taken from the instructions indicated on the packaging of the adhesive ingredient.
  2. take the sand, its fractions should be about 2 mm. Before use, it is better to sift this component so that it is clean.
  3. After that it is mixed with cement. Proportions: for one liter of the latter there should be 3 liters of sand filler. If desired, you can add a plasticizer for concrete.
  4. Adding wallpaper paste must be done in batches. First, pour in 200 ml, if the mixture has not yet reached the state of fatty sour cream, then you can bring it to it by pouring another portion of glue.
  5. After that, with the resulting mixture, you should try to glue the tile. If it is well applied to its surface, and the material fixed on the wall can be moved, then the adhesive is correctly made. In case of deviations from the desired state, the composition can be adjusted by adding water or dry ingredients.

Some craftsmen, not having wallpaper glue on hand, make home composition without him. In principle, in this solution, it is only necessary to be able to correct the tile during the fastening process.

On the video - the use of tile adhesive:

Using commercially available tile adhesive compositions, you can glue perfectly different materials almost anywhere in your home. Of course, you can do it at home, but purchase option eliminates the receipt of an unsuitable adhesive consistency, as it has an accurate formulation and dosage of its components.

Before you go for tile adhesive, you should determine exactly where the facing material will be laid - outside or inside the house. You also need to know the size of the tile: regular or large. All this will directly affect the results of the selection.

How and what to choose tile adhesive

  • For laying ceramics, you can use the most simple compounds. Exceptions are cases when lining flexible surfaces such as drywall or plywood, and also if the base is subject to strong temperature changes. Which tile adhesive is better in this case? Give preference special solutions, designed for difficult surfaces, containing plasticizers and other additives that allow you to work in extreme conditions.
  • For finishing the facade with tiles, it is better to use frost-resistant compositions. The characteristics of such a tile adhesive will be determined by a set of additives. You can find out the degree of frost resistance of the composition from the description on the product packaging.
  • For finishing pools, frost- and moisture-resistant compounds should be used. If moisture penetrates under the tile, the pull-off effect during freezing will increase several times. Similar solutions are used in the decoration of saunas and baths.

The most popular is the composition based on cement. It is produced in the form of a dry adhesive mixture containing modified additives to ensure the required adhesion and plasticity.

Paste one-component adhesives are somewhat inferior in quality to dry mixes base type, but at the same time win in price. These include epoxy and polyurethane tile adhesive. They can only be used for interior decoration.

When deciding which tile adhesive is best, pay attention to two-component formulations. Mixtures containing epoxy or polyurethane additives significantly increase the adhesion of the surface, are more plastic. In addition, sufficient moisture and heat resistance, durability and strength of the material are provided.

Characteristics of tile adhesive

  • Slip resistance. The high thixotropic qualities of the mixture prevent the tiles from slipping. Most adhesive compositions do not allow the material to slide by more than 0.5 mm, however, there are mixtures that are characterized by increased resistance to slip (finish displacement of no more than 0.1 mm).
  • Expiry date(viability) of the solution - the period of time during which the composition does not lose its properties and can be used in facing works. As a rule, it is 1-3 hours.
  • Open hours. It implies the time interval during which the applied composition retains its properties and tiles can be laid on it. For ordinary adhesive solutions open time is 10-20 minutes, for mixtures of quick-setting type - 5-10 minutes.
  • Correction time- the period of time during which you can adjust the position of the tile.

Manufacturers and brands of tile adhesive

  • Primary tiled (Plitonite A, Yuniks21, Petromix-base). These compositions are intended for laying wall ceramic tiles of standard sizes.
  • Reinforced compositions (CERESIT CM12, Plitonite, Unix2000, Typhoon Master No. 11, Petromix K). Perfectly suited for laying floor and large-size wall tiles, as well as medium and small porcelain tiles, incl. and for outdoor decoration.
  • For complex surfaces (CERESIT CM16, Typhoon Master No. 12, Plitonite C, CERESIT CM17, Petromix KU). Used for laying tiles smooth surface, wood, glass.
  • For natural stone and heavy tiles (Unix granite). It is most often used for finishing the floor in rooms with high traffic, as well as when laying stone on the plinth.

Specialized Adhesives

  • For finishing fireplaces and stoves (Plitonit VT). This is a temperature composition capable of withstanding heating up to 60 ° C.
  • White glue (CERESIT CM15, Belfix, Typhoon Master No. 14). Designed for laying translucent and transparent mosaics. The use of this composition eliminates the risk of changing the shade of the finishing material.
  • Glue for warm floors (CERESIT CM11, CERESIT CM 16, Typhoon Master No. 12). Designed for heated floors and ceramics with increased heat resistance.
  • Pool adhesive (e.g. Eunice pool). It is applied to finishing of walls and ladders of the pool.
  • Additional insulation (for example, Unix hot glue). Designed for laying mats and building blocks, able to reduce the thermal conductivity of materials.
  • Glue leveler. Designed for laying floor tiles on an uneven base.

What is the average consumption of tile adhesive

How much mixture will be consumed during the finishing process depends on chemical composition glue and the state of the base for application. Certain influence the professionalism of the master is able to render the consumption of the solution. To lay tiles with good geometry on a perfectly leveled base, you need only 4 mm of glue from a trusted manufacturer, diluted in the right proportion.

On average, a bag of tile adhesive (5 kg of dry mix) is taken per 5 m 2. The consumption of the composition may vary depending on the working conditions.

The high thermal conductivity of ceramic tiles becomes the reason for laying an additional heating (water or electric) system, the so-called "warm floor". The principle and technology of gluing is similar to that used in the traditional laying of the finishing material, but there is one difference - you should choose a special tile adhesive for underfloor heating. The composition must withstand permanent action temperature fluctuations. If a simple adhesive is used, then linear expansion and volume contraction will occur as the temperature rises, resulting in delamination ceramic coating and there will be air voids.

If we are talking about a film infrared "warm field", on top of the film system it is necessary to place DSP leveling sheets or a glass-magnesium sheet and only then apply the solution.

It is necessary to choose a special tile adhesive that is designed for use in conjunction with conductive heating or water equipment. The composition must endure cyclic temperature fluctuations of -30-+150°C, be elastic. This will ensure that the floor ceramics adhere firmly to the substrate and will not affect the inertness of the floor heating. Such consumer characteristics are achieved due to the presence of polymer modifiers in the adhesive.

Tile adhesive is a dry mortar, which is used for the installation of ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware, stone and other materials. Most commonly tile adhesive
has a cement-sand binder base, to which various components of chemical origin are added. Thanks to such additives, it is possible to significantly increase certain performance adhesive compound.

AT this moment on the market there are a large number of various dry building mixtures of this class, both universal and specialized. The variety of adhesives is determined by the difference in composition of dry building mixtures.

Composition of tile adhesive

Tile adhesive consists of:

Cement is the main binder component. Cement has high adhesive properties, is plastic, well resists moisture;
sand - a filler that gives strength to the finished solution and reduces it specific gravity. This reduces the load on the structures themselves, on which the tiles are laid;
plasticizers - various components artificial origin, giving the finished solution certain properties. So, with their help, you can increase moisture resistance or reduce setting time.

Types of tile adhesive

Most often, tile adhesive is divided according to the specification, as well as in accordance with the conditions for its use:

Standard floor or wall tile adhesive is one of the most common types of dry mortar. Used for indoor work, most often it is used for laying tiles in bathrooms or kitchens;
dry mortar for outdoor finishing works– characterized by increased moisture resistance and high tolerance of adverse climatic conditions;
tile adhesive
with increased adhesion - can be used when installing heavy porcelain stoneware slabs or for fixing cement blocks;
mixtures with increased frost resistance or water resistance - the first are used in regions with an unfavorable climate, the second - for finishing the inner surface of pool bowls, bath floors and other rooms with high level humidity;
fast-setting tile adhesive - used for finishing work high degree urgency.

Moreover, any of the above types of material has a number of advantages.
Characteristics of tile adhesive

Each type of tile adhesive to some extent has the following performance characteristics:

Elasticity - the material fits perfectly on the surface, it is easy to apply both on walls and floors, and on tiles;
water resistance - ability frozen solution maintain its performance characteristics over a long period of time in conditions high humidity;
high strength and resistance to aggressive influences external environment;
high adhesion, which ensures high-quality adhesion of the surface to the bonded building material.

These features have allowed this species dry building mix to find the widest application in construction.

Appointment of tile adhesive

The main purpose of tile adhesive is the thin-layer facing of surfaces with ceramic tiles. However, its performance characteristics make it possible to use a building dry mix for the installation of the following materials:

Porcelain stoneware;
stone blocks;
gas and foam concrete;
stone;
paving slabs;
marble;
plastic panels and other materials.

At the same time, depending on the composition of the adhesive, its operating conditions can vary significantly. So, “simple” mixtures of the standard class have proven themselves well in interior decoration, and specialized ones, for example, when facing the inner surfaces of pool bowls.
However, all of its properties in in full dry building mix retains only if the conditions for its use are fully observed. If these conditions are violated, the solution based on it becomes either initially unusable, or loses its strength characteristics in the shortest possible time.

Application conditions

Great value for use ready solution tile adhesive have two main environmental parameters - temperature and humidity.

Temperature - it is best to work in the range of 19-25 degrees Celsius. If the temperature is lower, the solidification time of the solution increases, which can stretch for several hours. If the ambient temperature is too high, the mortar will begin to set very quickly and lose its plasticity even before one or another finishing element is fixed with it.

Humidity - the setting time of the solution also depends on this parameter. If it is too high, the solution will harden for a very long time. With dry air, the glue will dry very quickly, but the structure of the dried mixture will be fragile.
Working with tile adhesive

Working with tile adhesive is divided into several stages:

At the first stage, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the base on which the solution will be applied from all kinds of contaminants. Thus, the adhesion of the solution to the base is reduced by paint, oils, whitewash and fragments of other finishing materials, dust, dirt, etc. In order for the adhesive to adhere more firmly to the base, 1-2 layers of primer are preliminarily applied to the surface. It also requires a preliminary application of a primer in the case when it is necessary to level the walls before laying the tiles. The result should be a smooth, clean surface without bumps, cracks, depressions, etc.

At the second stage, a solution of tile adhesive is prepared. As a rule, the following proportion is used for mixing - a kilogram of the mixture per 0.2 liters of water. After pouring the liquid, the solution is stirred for 5-7 minutes until a homogeneous paste-like mass is formed. It should not contain lumps. After that, the solution "ripens" for 5 minutes, then re-mixed. Now you can apply it to the wall.

At the third stage, the solution is applied to the wall with a trowel, and then leveled with a notched trowel. The thickness of the working layer should not be less than 2 and more than 15 mm. Then a tile is applied to the solution and pressed in, thereby fixing it. It takes about 10 minutes to level the tiles, after which the adhesive begins to lose its plasticity.

Our company supplies the market with quality tile adhesives which are produced according to the latest innovative technologies on modern equipment. Tile adhesives meet quality standards, which is achieved by monitoring products at each stage of production.
