View a photo of the design of a one-room apartment. So you will surely be able to evaluate and "correctly" plan your housing, doing the interior design of a one-room apartment.

Design of a one-room apartment

A lot of people cannot independently think over the interior design of their own home in an original way. They have to turn to professionals in this matter. And even more so when it comes to small spaces that need to be equipped with maximum functionality and comfort.

After all, there should be several zones, such as: for work, recreation, children's space, for cooking, and indeed, at least a little personal space. Do not despair if you still decide to deal with interior design yourself, without turning to professional designers. To get started, check out this article, and be sure to look at the designs of a one-room apartment photo, which are offered below in our catalog.

 • Most best style for the interior of a one-room apartment - minimalism. The main task of furniture in this case is the performance of several functions at the same time. It is better that it be furniture - a transformer: folding table, sofa-transformer. It is ideal to make furniture to order, based on your own wishes. This will allow it to occupy only the necessary parts of the room, so that there is a maximum of unoccupied space.
 • Use "airy" interior design. It would be appropriate to use mirror surfaces, partitions or frosted glass (tempered). If there is no need to install partitions, then housing zoning can be done using finishing materials. But it is very important to select them correctly and combine them with each other. As for the floor, it can also be made different in each room. For example, tiles can be used for the kitchen, laminate flooring can be laid in the room, and a small rug can be laid in the sleeping area. Also pay attention to lighting design.
 • It is impossible to use only dark colors in one housing, or only bright ones. Ideal Solution- to place only accents. For example, the walls and floor can be made in snow-white color, and the ceiling can be dark. Or vice versa. But keep in mind that small rooms love light shades, then they will visually appear larger!
 • It is also worth dismantling the walls if they are not load-bearing. After all, because of them, an already small apartment seems even smaller!
 • The apartments of the Khrushchev plan have separate pantries. Many people have different junk. Working on the design project of an apartment of such a plan, you can independently make such a pantry not just a closet, but a whole storage system! Thanks to this, you will not need to install a separate closet in the room, respectively, you will “win” in space on this.
 • If the ceilings are high enough sleeping place can be done in the air. Indeed, in our time, everything is possible, but the option of an attic bed is an absolutely stylish and appropriate solution for the design of a one-room apartment! To make such a bed durable, a closet can be built in below! In order not to worry about the strength of such furniture, it is better to turn to experienced and professional craftsmen who will make a loft bed to order, based on your individual "parameters".
 • No need to overload the room with completely unnecessary things! For window decoration, it is best to use light fabrics, and so that nothing is visible at all, you can install roller blinds made from thick fabrics. As for household appliances, it should be as mobile as possible. It is better to install the same TV on a swivel bracket, and mount the acoustics in the ceiling.

In the interior design of a one-room apartment, use everything as functional as possible. Replace vintage bulky cabinets modern, built-in, a bed on a sofa transformer, the same thing, with tables.

The project of a one-room apartment Khrushchev

The main components of the apartments are one living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a storage room and, if available, a balcony. And here, as a rule, there are only 28 square meters, in which you need to “fit” everything as functionally and comfortably as possible! But there is always a way out. So.

1. Corridor. As a rule, it is not only small, but also narrow. If there is a pantry, it must be converted into a fairly spacious and large closet. Hang a few hooks directly on the wall to hang your everyday clothes on. A mirror in the hallway would also be appropriate, because it will allow not only to increase the space visually, but also a very convenient and necessary item before leaving the house. For shoes, you can put a special narrow cabinet, at the top of which a seat is made. Or, as an option, put ottomans inside which you can put things.

Based on the shape of your hallway, you should start when choosing a closet. After all, it can be quite compact, or angular. As for the mirror, it should be high, preferably in full growth! Do not pile up the room with decorations like vases. The design should be with the help of light colors, this applies to finishing materials and well-thought-out lighting. By the way, a light source will be installed, located not far from the mirror in the corridor.

2. Next Khrushchev's kitchen. As a rule, it has only six square meters, which also need to be rationally used. And besides, to transfer to other places of communication, there is absolutely no possibility. Based on this, furniture must be chosen, already with built-in appliances. The dining area would be appropriate near the window, and as for the table, it can be attached directly to the wall. Then you can unfold it if necessary. Also, be sure to use the window sill, for example, it can be made wide enough to allow it to be used as dinner table. The set can be placed either along one wall, or along both - as you like.

3. And finally, the living room. You can arrange it in different ways. For example, design a living room with a bedroom, a recreation and work area, or a living room with a nursery. Last option would be perfect for couples with children. It will be more difficult to make it than the rest.

Of course, it is important here that when designing an apartment project, one style is maintained for all rooms. But you can’t do without zoning in the design of small apartments. Styles such as: Hi-tech, minimalism or oriental will be appropriate. In principle, it is possible to arrange classic style. But then everything will be quite compact. Don't use too many colors various coatings with decorative design (the same small drawings). It is best to distribute zones with the help of light or air partitions. Highly stylish solution- open shelves (racks) "in full growth" - from the floor to the ceiling.

We offer you to view a photo of the design of a one-room apartment.

Since the area of residential apartments is different, then their design may vary, even when the difference is literally a couple of square meters!

Design of a one-room apartment of 30 sq. m

Look in our catalog for the design of a one-room apartment photo.

But when decorating it in your apartment, consider some features. Apartment with an area of 30 sq. m can be in old houses and in more modern ones. If you have new flat, it will be very easy and simple to equip. The main thing to consider here is the functionality of everything.

1. The dining area can be equipped with a bar counter, which, moreover, delimits the room. You can put a table transformer.

2. Sleeping place in 30 square meters. m of the apartment can be separated using a partition, a screen. Most the best solution, the use of a sofa - transformer.

3. In the guest room, instead of bulky armchairs, use compact ottomans. To create coziness, lay a carpet on the floor. Make the TV suspended, on a swivel bracket, to watch it from anywhere in the apartment.

4. A place to work in the design of a small apartment is great to equip in a modern way. To do this, the window sill needs to be made wider, and drawers under it. And be sure to make sockets next to each other!

If you are considering the design of a one-room apartment of 30 sq. m, then consider the layout of the balcony. After all, it can also be organized quite functionally. For example, equip it with the same workplace and then the living area will be much more spacious.

If you live in an old building, the balcony there, of course, is not so spacious. But it can be well “processed”, insulated and arranged in it for a whole storage system. But things, unfortunately, can get damp in it in winter.

To make such an apartment cozy, use warm lighting design.

Design of a one-room apartment of 40 sq. m

This area is very spacious. Moreover, even four people can live in it and not “interfere” with each other too much. But here, as well as in other layouts, it is very important to plan everything correctly, then you will have a very comfortable and stylish home.

Sliding wardrobes are different in their design, they will be very appropriate in such housing. Make the levels of floors and ceilings the same throughout the apartment. Zoning can be done using different finishing materials, as well as color schemes.

Best helper and friend small apartments- these are options for compact and, of course, functional furniture.

If you have a child, then in the children's bed there should also be a drawer in which you can store toys, linen. An excellent option is a sliding bed.

On the balcony, you can arrange a storage system, shelves for conservation, and more. And if free space allows, arrange a workplace there.

The project of a one-room apartment for a family with children

It is difficult to give specific recommendations regarding the design of such a housing option. After all, each person is individual, the age of children can be different, everyone has their own preferences and wishes, and the area of the existing apartment is of no small importance.

Definitely not a bed for adults. The maximum that can be used is a folding sofa (transformer). In order for it to serve you for a long time and be comfortable, choose on an orthopedic mattress.

Make out the pantry, hallway as light and spacious as possible. Install sliding doors. If you want unambiguously hinged ones, then they should open “toward the walls”.

The bathroom must be combined. AT kitchen area install a headset with built-in appliances. Place the refrigerator behind the cabinet with a pencil case.

Repair work in your own apartment

Initially, it will be necessary to work hard to prepare the apartment for repair work. Then you will get a comfortable, cozy and functional living space.

The main stages in the planning of the apartment:

 • Change old communications, taking into account the new division into zones. For example, arrange the same sockets where they will always be needed.
 • Align the floor, taking into account the finishing height throughout the apartment, and it should be the same everywhere.
 • If there are plans, install new windows immediately, and also glaze the balcony.
 • Align the walls, build niches or partitions, then putty, rub.
 • It is also necessary to level the ceiling or install a stretch ceiling. To do this, you can hire a team of craftsmen.
 • After all, you can do the finishing work.
 • And, of course, spend general cleaning the whole apartment.
 • At the end of everything, arrange the furniture, connect all electrical appliances to the network.

That's all. Arrange the decorations, lay out things and personal items and enjoy the updated interior of your apartment.

Where to begin?

In order for a one-room apartment, as in the photo, to turn into a living and beautiful space, the first step is to create a design project for the room. It is important to take into account the most important points in it: you need to think about where and how the bathroom will be located, which better location kitchen furniture to use how to divide the space of the room.

These are the main points that cause a lot of difficulties. Since ordering such a service is very expensive, it is better to perform it yourself. If you do it yourself, there is one plus - no one except you knows the requirements so well, so you will succeed almost perfectly.

In order for thoughts not to scatter to the sides, and ideas to be realized, you should use our tips. Our photo gallery of the design of a one-room apartment will help you understand the intricacies, suggest ideas, and orient you in the most latest trends new time. With the help of such studio apartment design examples, it is likely that you will be able to create some kind of your own model.

Design options for a one-room apartment

When the project or idea is already there, you should go directly to the arrangement. At the head of everything should be a certain designer style, it is he who is the basis of any transformation.

For such premises, it is not recommended to choose those options in which a lot of furniture is used and dark colors are present. It is better to take as a basis, known to all - minimalism. This style will save space, use the minimum amount of furniture, decorations, decorative accessories.

It is important that it is in it that there are great chances to visually enlarge the space using good lighting and in sufficient quantities. In addition to light, in such a design interior of a small one-room apartment, it is possible to realize many ideas. An important advantage of this style is the ability to use pleasant colors and shades that will decorate your home.

For those who like more sophisticated and extravagant style, fit less modern design one-room apartment, as in the photo - the good old classic. It is in this version that it is easy to realize any idea.

Enough to use beautiful furniture, choose pastel shades wallpaper and lay modular parquet. Thus, the living space will turn into a cozy and beautiful room. But remember, the classic does not tolerate the intervention of other styles, so it is not recommended to use bright furniture elements or modern technologies. Only beauty, chic, and traditionalism are the main elements of such an interior.

All design options for a one-room apartment come down to increasing space. Often, everyone tries to do it in the simplest possible ways - they choose lighting, they treat the color palette with absolute care.

But there is one way, which involves a radical change. In such a design project for a small one-room apartment, demolition of non-load-bearing walls is used. If the law allows it, then you can turn an ordinary odnushka into a modern one.

In this article, we will offer you ten ideas for creating the most functional interior one-room apartment, dividing the space of a single room into several zones, arranging an office in one room and cozy bedroom, and also talk about ways to visually expand the space in the "odnushka".

A one-room apartment, of course, cannot be called the most spacious home for a family, but since you only have such a fairly modest living space at your disposal, you need to make it as functional and comfortable as possible. We hope that the tips offered in this article will help you cope with this difficult task.

The only room in the apartment becomes a living room, a bedroom, an office, and a nursery. Combine this a large number of functions in a small area is certainly difficult, but with the help of modern design techniques quite possible

The first idea - we are trying to get rid of everything superfluous

Before proceeding with the design of the space of the only living room of your apartment, you should think carefully about what you cannot do without in this room, and what can be taken outside of it.

The worst option for arranging a “odnushka” is a completely cluttered room, in which, due to the abundance of furniture, there is simply nowhere to turn around. Therefore, you should clear the space as much as possible and get rid of everything superfluous.

For example, if in your apartment the corridor is different enough large sizes, it is here that it is worth installing a spacious closet, which will become the main place for storing the family wardrobe. Then in the room itself it will be possible to install only a light wall for books, souvenirs and other trifles.

If the apartment has a balcony or loggia, they can also be used to get rid of unnecessary items. Just organize a well-thought-out storage system, for example, order or buy ready-made racks, otherwise, instead of a living room, it is the loggia that will turn into a warehouse of unnecessary things. In general, all items that can be stored in an unheated room can be taken out to the balcony.

In typical "Khrushchev" there is usually a pantry that can be converted into dressing room. We already wrote about this arrangement option in the article "Storage places in a small apartment". You can also consider moving working area, that is, a table for a computer or laptop in the kitchen, however, this way of freeing the living room from extra furniture not suitable for everyone. If the kitchen itself has a very small area, additional functions she can't take over.

Now that only necessary items furniture, you can think about the design of the interior.

Of course, you can’t do without storage places in the only living room of the apartment. But let it not be a massive closet crammed with things, but a light wall that can simultaneously serve as a TV stand

The second idea is minimalism as a way to make the room more spacious.

This advice is a logical continuation of the previous one. As an interior style, minimalism is ideal for creating a space freed from everything superfluous, leaving the owners with only the most functional and necessary pieces of furniture and decor.

Conciseness, which is the hallmark of minimalism, will allow you to leave enough space even in a small area of the living room. free space, to avoid excessive pomp and pretentiousness, which in a one-room apartment will simply be out of place. “Less is better, but better” is an excellent principle for arranging a one-room apartment.

If you do not accept minimalism in its purest form, considering this interior design option too cold and devoid of individuality, adopt certain principles of such an interior. So, of course, you don’t need to completely avoid decor, but also overload the room with details, for example, decorate low ceiling lush stucco or placing a huge picture on a small empty space of the wall between the TV and the wall is not worth it.

Strict lines, neutral shades, laconic facades, an interior where rare decor items coexist with exceptionally functional furniture - minimalism, like no other style, is suitable for creating a bright and not overloaded with details interior of a one-room apartment

The third idea is a podium as a way to hide a sleeping place

How to make a podium bed with your own hands, we already wrote in one of our articles. In a one-room apartment, such a design can be a panacea for the lack of free space for installation. spacious closet or double bed.

The latter option is the most convenient for one-room apartments, because you will definitely find a place for a sofa to watch TV or receive guests, but not always for a double bed or a bed for guests.

Of course, a podium with a hidden berth will have to be built to order or independently, to purchase a comfortable and reliable system"rolling" the bed under the flooring, materials for finishing the top and good mattress. However, all these expenses will more than pay off with convenience - you just have to pull out the drawer and the already made bed is at your service - as well as saving space incomparable with other methods.

On the podium itself there can be a recreation area, a workplace or playpen, but the sleeping place will be securely hidden inside the structure during the day

Fourth idea - transforming furniture

Another invention created specifically for small rooms. AT big houses there is simply no need for such multifunctional or “masking” furniture - here the table is just a table, and the bed is just a bed. For modest "odnushki" this option is not suitable - since the room itself performs many functions, then the furniture should be appropriate.

What is worth buying for the only living room of the apartment:

 1. Folding sofa with a spacious drawer for linen and other things. A surprising number of useful items are placed in a drawer under the sofa, ranging from pillows to winter shoes “hidden” for the summer. Well, you can’t do without a sleeping place that develops for the day in the “odnushka” at all.
 2. Armchair bed. An excellent "safety" option for a friend who decides to stay the night. And it doesn't take up much space, and you can sleep comfortably. By the way, for a child who has already grown out of the playpen, but lives with his parents in the same room, it is also perfect.
 3. Table-cabinet, a table that "leaves" from under the bed, simply folding or folding table for a family dinner, working at a computer and receiving guests.
 4. The bed, which “hides” in the closet for the day, turns into a table, an ordinary sofa, rises to the ceiling, and so on.

The only disadvantage of such transforming furniture is the high cost, since reliable models simply cannot be cheap. In addition, transformers often have to be ordered in advance so that they answer general style room and size.

At night - a full bed, during the day - a sofa and shelves for books. This is what a transforming bed looks like in business

Fifth idea - a wardrobe with open shelves as an option for dividing space

One of the most good options zoning the only living room of the house - the use of shelving or cabinets with open shelves. Such structures will not be a serious obstacle to sunlight, but at the same time they will reliably hide, for example, the owner's bed or the child's bed.

If a closet that rises almost to the ceiling seems too bulky to you or interferes with creating an effective system natural light, you can choose a relatively low design. In general, it is enough that the rack is flush with the headboard, sofa or playpen, which will be hidden behind its shelves.

The advantages of such structures include their mobility - if desired, the rack can be easily moved to another place, as well as the ability to use open shelves on both sides. And the main drawback can be considered precisely openness - the rack turns into an exhibition of books or souvenirs, it will not work to store various household trifles on the shelves.

A light rack with open shelves made it possible to single out a separate cozy sleeping area on the territory of the room.

The sixth idea is a screen, a light partition, a curtain

You can divide the space of the “odnushka” into several functional zones not only with the help of a rack or a cabinet with open shelves. Designers suggest using all kinds of screens for these purposes, light mobile or stationary partitions, curtains and even carpets.

One of the most simple ways quickly organize an isolated corner for sleeping and relaxing is the use of chipboard boards, which are interconnected by piano hinges. Such a screen can first be pasted over with the same wallpaper that decorated the walls of the entire room. You can also play in contrast and choose a brighter shade of paint or wallpaper with a different pattern to finish a light partition. When creating such a screen, the edges of the plates are pasted over with the same wallpaper or covered with paint matched to the tone.

Glass partitions are not very popular because of the too cold, office appearance, but fans of high-tech style will do just fine.

Another option for dividing a room is a bar counter, which, moreover, can become not only a place for receiving guests, but also a work desk.

A branch screen will immediately give the room an exotic style, and if such an interior is not to your taste, you can replace it with a dense fabric curtain

The seventh idea - we attach a balcony or loggia

In the conditions of a cramped one-room apartment, joining a loggia or balcony becomes literally a dream of the owners, although it requires additional costs, as well as coordination of redevelopment.

However, all these costs and efforts pay off with the appearance of a cozy separate or completely connected area with the room where you can place the bed, computer desk, children's play area and so on.

A less expensive way to attach a balcony or loggia is not to demolish the entire wall, leaving the existing window sill, which can become a table, aquarium stand or bar counter.

In any case, you should consider the heating system of the attached area and design it in the main style chosen for the entire room.

Eighth idea - options for placing a crib

A one-room apartment is a good option for a young couple or a person who has not yet had time to start a family. But cases when a family with one or two children lives in the “odnushka” are far from uncommon.

In such a situation, one of the main problems of the owners is the placement of a children's bed. Consider several options and design tips:

 1. If the room already has a niche or an alcove, it is in this cozy corner that you should place a sleeping place for a child. A light curtain - and the niche will become a separate children's bedroom. In some apartments, in such originally planned alcoves, not only a bunk bed is placed, but also a small desk.
 2. Experts do not advise placing a baby bed by the window - draft, too bright sunlight, hot radiator - such a neighborhood for a child cannot be called useful.
 3. A long elongated room can be divided visually or with the help of screens and partitions into two zones - for children and adults. Sometimes, to highlight the corner of the child, it is enough to place a bright rug in this part of the room. And let it be the adult zone that will be a walk-through, so that the baby, who usually goes to bed before his parents, does not bother anything.
 4. A baby bed can also be placed on the podium.
 5. A loft bed that leaves enough space on the lower bunk for a computer desk or play areagreat option for a one-room apartment.
 6. At first, a playpen installed by the parents' bed is quite enough for a newborn. And it will be possible to create a full-fledged children's corner for an already grown up baby who needs a real bed.

This room already has a niche where the playpen fits perfectly. This option can be called optimal, and if you hang a light curtain in the opening, then the nursery will turn into a cozy and hidden corner from prying eyes

Ninth idea - the optimal color scheme

Regarding color solutions, designers are unanimous and recommend choosing an interior designed in neutral colors, with separate splashes of bright colors. By using different shades you can emphasize the division of the room into separate zones, visually expand the space by choosing light colors, so you should not underestimate the importance of colors in creating a comfortable interior.

The ceiling should definitely be preferred in plain, light beige, white, light green or pale yellow. Remember that dark corners and walls will make small room even tighter, so these options should be avoided.

You should not get carried away and decorate the interior in one single color scheme. In a room with pink curtains, light red walls and a scarlet sofa, even a very balanced person will feel uncomfortable. It is better to choose two or three primary colors that blend perfectly with each other. The following combinations are considered classic: beige and chocolate, pink and white, yellow and blue, brown and green, mustard and terracotta, blue and gray. In general, white color goes well with all shades, but bright red, blue and dark green in the interior should not be much.

The cheerful sofa looks especially bright and cozy against the background of neutral walls. In such a bright room, even rich dark furniture would be appropriate.

The tenth idea is a properly equipped lighting system

One light source in such multifunctional room won't be enough. Imagine a situation when you want to read, and the second half is already sleeping - the light of a large chandelier will definitely interfere with it.

When equipping the lighting system in the only living room of the apartment, one should be guided by simple principle- each functional area needs its own lighting device. Do not forget about the wall lamp near the bed and work desk, a night light or a dimmed lamp near the crib, and so on.

It is necessary, of course, to create a room lighting scheme even at the repair stage; if necessary, you should contact a specialist and take care of reliable wiring. And remember that lighting should be combined not only with the main style of the interior of the room, but also with each other. Many manufacturers offer chandeliers and sconces with the same shades - this choice will not make a mistake with the design.

In principle, a massive chandelier with numerous shades can be completely abandoned; it is better to create a spot lighting system.

Spotlights, sconces above the bed - the lighting system of a one-room apartment should be as thoughtful as possible. Lack of light can be as much of a problem as a huge chandelier that is too bright.

The arrangement of the only living room of the house requires a special approach. Often, in pursuit of maximum functionality, the owners forget about beauty and harmony, about the basic principles of creating cozy interior. We hope that our advice will be useful to those who plan to turn their modest "odnushka" into an attractive and comfortable home.

Designing the design of a one-room apartment is not an easy task for a designer. This is due to the fact that the only living space should perform several different functions at once - provide an opportunity for work or study, serve as a place for communication, relaxation and night sleep, and in some cases be a children's room. In addition, the footage of such apartments, as a rule, does not allow the designer to apply standard solutions, it’s not enough just to fence off a corner for each zone, you still need to keep the feeling to the maximum free space that enhances living comfort.

We present to your attention the most interesting design options for one-room apartments. Some projects have already been implemented, others are at the final stage of design.

The interior of a one-room apartment 42 sq. m. (Studio PLANiUM)

The use of light colors in the design of the apartment made it possible to create small space comfort and maintain a sense of spaciousness. The living room has only 17 sq. m. area, but all the necessary functional areas are located here, and each of them performs several functions at once. So, the recreation area, or "sofa", at night turns into a bedroom, a relaxation area with an armchair and bookcase Easily converts to a study or playroom for a child.

The corner arrangement of the kitchen made it possible to organize the dining area, and glass door"to the floor", leading to the loggia, added light and air.

Design of a one-room apartment without redevelopment, 36 sq. m. (Studio Zukkini)

In this project bearing wall turned out to be an obstacle to changing the layout, so the designers had to act within the given space. The living room was divided into two parts open shelving- this simple solution is very effective in many cases, allowing visual delimitation of zones without cluttering up the space and reducing the luminous flux.

The bed is located by the window, there is also a kind of mini-study - a small bureau desk with a work chair. The rack performs the function of a bedside table in the sleeping part.

In the back of the room behind the rack that plays the role bookcase and showcases for souvenirs, there is a living room with comfortable sofa and big TV. A full-wall wardrobe allows you to store a lot of things and does not clutter up the space; its mirrored doors visually double the room and enhance its illumination.

The refrigerator was moved from the kitchen to the hallway, as a result, space was freed up for the dining area. Hanging cabinets on one of the walls were abandoned to make the kitchen seem more spacious.

Design of a one-room apartment of 40 sq. m. (studio KYD BURO)

A good project that shows how convenient and taking into account all the requirements for the modern level of comfort to equip an apartment for one or two people, while not resorting to changing the original planning solution.

The main room is the living room. From the furniture in the room: comfortable corner sofa, large screen TV mounted on a suspended console - on the opposite wall. For clothes and other necessary things, a voluminous storage system is provided. present and Coffee table IR, which adds completeness to the interior. At night, the living room transforms into a bedroom - the unfolded sofa forms a comfortable place to sleep.

If necessary, the living room easily turns into a study: to do this, you need to open two doors of the storage system - behind them is a countertop, a small shelf for documents and books; office chair slides out from under the tabletop.

In order not to burden the space, which is already not too much, the kitchen abandoned the traditional top row of hanging shelves, replacing them with open shelves.

At the same time, there are even more places where you can keep kitchen utensils and supplies - the entire wall opposite the work area is occupied by a large storage system with a niche in which a sofa is built. Next to him is a small lunch group. Rationally organized space allowed not only to save free space, but also to reduce the cost of furniture for the kitchen.

Design of a one-room apartment 37 sq. m. (studio Geometrium)

In the project of a one-room apartment of 37 sq. m. every square centimeter is used. Sofa, armchairs and coffee table, forming a corner of rest, are raised to the podium and thus separated from the total volume. At night, a bed is pulled out from under the podium: orthopedic mattress ensures complete sleep.

The TV panel opposite is built into a large storage system - its volume made it possible to correct the initially irregular, too elongated shape of the room. Beneath it is a living flame, covered with bio-fireplace glass. A screen is hidden in the box above the storage system - it can be lowered to watch movies.

The kitchen, which is small in size, contains three functional zones at once:

 1. along one of the walls there is a storage system with a worktop and kitchen equipment, forming a kitchen;
 2. near the window there is a dining area, consisting of round table and four designer chairs around it;
 3. on the windowsill there is a lounge area where you can relax and drink coffee over a friendly conversation, enjoying the views from the window.

Project of a one-room apartment with a dedicated bedroom (BRO design studio)

Even in a small one-room apartment, you can have a separate bedroom, and for this you don’t need to move the walls or build the space according to the studio principle: the kitchen occupies a separate volume and is completely fenced off from the rest of the apartment.

The project provides for the location of the bedroom near the only window. There is a standard double bed, a narrow chest of drawers that performs the functions dressing table, and one bedside table. The role of the second bedside table is performed by a low partition between the bedroom and the living room - its height allows you to maintain the feeling of a large space and provides daylight to the entire living area.

Lilac wallpaper with a delicate pattern harmonizes with the mustard color of the walls in the design of the kitchen, made in the same style as the room.

Apartment project 36 sq. m. (designer Yulia Klyueva)

Maximum functionality and impeccable design are the main advantages of the project. The living room and the bedroom were visually separated by wooden slats: starting from the bed, they reach the ceiling and can change orientation in the same way as blinds: in the daytime they “open” and let light into the living room, at night they “close” and isolate the sleeping place.

Light in the living room is added by the lower illumination of the console chest of drawers, effectively highlighting the main decorative piece of furniture: a coffee table made from a cut of a huge trunk. On the chest of drawers is a bio-fuel fireplace, and above it is a TV panel. Opposite is a comfortable sofa.

The bedroom has a double-use wardrobe that stores not only clothes, but also books. Bed linen is removed in a drawer under the bed.

Due to the corner arrangement of kitchen furniture and the island - the oven, it was possible to organize a small dining area.

The project of a corner one-room apartment of 32 sq. m. (designer Tatyana Pichugina)

In the project of a one-room apartment, the residential volume is divided into two: private and public. This was done thanks to corner location apartment, which led to the presence of two windows in the room. The use of IKEA furniture in the design made it possible to reduce the budget of the project. As decorative accents used bright textiles.

Ceiling to floor storage separates the bedroom and living room. On the side of the living room, the storage system has a niche for a TV, as well as shelves for storing things. Near the wall opposite is a structure made of drawers, in the center of which sofa cushions form a cozy place to relax.

From the side of the bedroom, it has an open niche, which replaces the bedside table for the owners. Another cabinet is suspended from the wall - you can place a pouffe under it to save space.

The main color in the design of a small kitchen is white, which makes it visually more spacious. The dining table is foldable to save space. Its natural wood countertop softens the strict style of decoration and makes the kitchen more comfortable.

Interior of a one-room apartment in a modern style (designer Yana Lapko)

The main condition set before the designers was the preservation of the isolated position of the kitchen. In addition, it was necessary to provide for a fairly large number of storage places. The living area was to accommodate a bedroom, living room, dressing room and small office for work. And all this - on 36 sq. m.

The main idea of the design of a one-room apartment is the separation of functional areas and their logical combination using contrasting colors spectrum: red, white and black.

Red in the design actively highlights the seating area in the living room and the office on the loggia, logically connecting them together. The black and white elegant pattern that adorns the head of the bed is repeated in a softer color combination in the decoration of the office and bathroom. A black wall with a TV panel and a storage system visually pushes the sofa part, expanding the space.

The bedroom was placed in a niche, having built a podium - it can be used to store things.

Design of a one-room apartment 33 sq. m. (designer Kurgaev Oleg)

The design of the apartment is in modern style- a lot of wood natural materials Nothing extra - just what you need. Glass was used to separate the sleeping area from the rest of the living space - such a partition practically does not take up space, it allows you to maintain the illumination of the entire room and at the same time makes it possible to isolate the private part of the apartment from prying eyes - for this a curtain is used, which can be pushed back if desired.

One-room apartment 44 sq. m. from the nursery (PLANiUM studio)

An excellent example of how competent zoning can achieve comfortable living conditions in a limited space for a family with children.

The room is divided into two parts by a special structure built for this purpose, which hides the storage system. From the side of the nursery, this is a closet for storing clothes and toys, from the side of the living room, which serves as a bedroom for parents, there is a capacious storage system for clothes and other things.

In the children's part, a loft bed was placed, under which there was a place for schoolchildren to study. The “adult part” serves as a living room during the daytime, at night the sofa turns into a double bed.

Ecology of life. Interior design: One-room apartments are wildly popular today. The fact is that it is much easier to buy a small apartment due to its relatively low cost.

One-room apartments are very popular these days. The fact is that it is much easier to buy a small apartment due to its relatively low cost. Of course, many dream, if not of a chic mansion or penthouse, then at least of their own corner, which can be decorated based on their taste and design abilities. “Better a titmouse in the hands than a crane in the sky” - so many people who buy one-room apartments think so. But with a strong desire, even from it you can make a real "sweetie" that will appeal not only to you, but also to your family members and guests.

The most important feature of such an apartment is functionality. Often, her space is both a living room, and a bedroom, and a dining room at the same time. Here they can do completely different things: read, watch TV, work, relax and indulge in sleep. Many factors should be taken into account so that the apartment is as comfortable, cozy and at the same time stylish as possible.

Undoubtedly, the main task is visual extension space, as even the most big square one room significantly loses, for example, a three-room apartment. If more than one person lives in the house and there are children among them, then the task becomes much more complicated. After all, it is necessary to properly organize the space so that all family members can fully live here. If you understand that you cannot cope on your own, then seek the help and advice of a designer. It is a professional in his field to cope with the task, mainly due to the fact that he will carry out a thoughtful layout. Experienced designers have their own "little suitcase" in which they store practical ideas, the implementation of which will help make a one-room apartment as comfortable as possible. Let's consider some of them. So, very often near front door a "dead" space is formed, which can and should be used. It is most rational to place a wardrobe or pantry there. So you save a lot of space in the living room, from which you can remove, for example, a closet and part of the bedside tables with things. It is advisable to give preference to options for cabinets with mirrors. The fact is that the area of the premises can be expanded with the help of mirrors, visually, of course. The next step to space optimization is the most radical method, which involves the demolition of the wall separating the room and kitchen. In its place, you can install a dining table, moreover, it is allowed to choose a rather immodest in size option.

The process of decorating your interior should begin with a “hanger”, namely, with right choice color range. In fact, color plays no less a role than furniture and accessories. Colors have not only their own characteristics in terms of psychological influence, but can also be extremely functional. In order to visually expand the interior, it is necessary to use light, soft and unobtrusive colors. Of course, it all depends on your taste, but it is best to choose colors such as green, cream and sand. Curtains should be matched exactly to match the walls.

Special attention deserves the issue of furniture arrangement in the apartment. Too bulky massive furniture can occupy all the space and create inconvenience for the owners. While a castle with a “throne” and a huge four-poster bed are only in your dreams, you can limit yourself to built-in or easily transformable furniture. It will save space and your room will not look crowded and cluttered. Here are a few examples: inside the sofa you can store bed sheets. A good option- This is a bed built into the closet.

The apartment should have furniture that you really need. Do not bring everything that is badly lying into the house. A rocking chair or a floor lamp will fit quite well, say, in country interior. If you work a lot, rarely eat at home and prefer to go to visit rather than invite someone to your dinner party, then you can buy a small, even very modest in size, table that takes up very little space. By the way, it can be foldable. If you are used to the fact that you can only work with a computer on your favorite sofa, then it is not at all necessary to purchase a computer desk for yourself, and papers, by the way, can be stored in shelves and whatnots.

You should also not buy super bulky pieces of furniture, like a closet, which, although a good half of your things will fit in, will also take up half of your modest space.

Pay attention not only to the color of the walls, but also to the furniture. However, the wish remains the same: light colors are perfect for the “odnushka”. It is advisable to combine white with some other delicate color, such as blue or beige. Then the depressing hospital atmosphere will not reign in your apartment.

Bright or dark colors enter with accents. But in no case do not make them the background, because then your room will become completely tiny. If a dark background is a fixed idea for you, then you can, of course, put it into practice. True, you will definitely need to purchase white pieces of furniture. This combination is not just a classic, but it is also a good move in order to expand the space.

Do not forget about the lighting, which should be not just a lot, but a lot. After all, even despite its modest size, your apartment should look warm and cozy. It is advisable not to limit yourself to one lamp, but to purchase several lamps that will need to be placed in different functional areas into which the one-room apartment is divided.

Of course, the lack of certain furniture, you can easily compensate for the abundance of accessories. However, in this case, you also need to know the measure and use them with taste. Otherwise, they will make the interior a little sloppy and cluttered. Limit yourself to a beautiful landscape or still life on the wall and a couple of green plants in stylish pots that never get in the way. If you have large window sills, place the plants there. If not, then you can put them on any free surface in the room.

When working on the interior of a one-room apartment, you should strive to ensure that it is not only functional, but also stylish, comfortable and beautiful.
