Do-it-yourself fineber front panel installation. Do-it-yourself installation of facade panels. Construction of Fineber facade panels

Building a house is always an exciting process, especially when it comes to the choice of material.

Cladding material requirements

Previously, I had no idea why to come up with so many varieties of finishes, but then I found out that, having faced the house quality elements, significantly increase its service life, especially if the house is wooden.

Finishing the facade prolongs the life of the house.

For more information, I will list necessary requirements to facade elements:

  • Moisture resistance will protect the walls from dampness, and consequently from the formation of fungus, decay and other unpleasant factors associated with exposure to water.
  • Strength will protect the building from mechanical damage, help to avoid accidental chips, deep scratches and other incidents.
    Fire resistance is an important quality for any building material, therefore additional protection, especially for wooden houses not prevent.
  • Weather protection will keep the surface intact.
  • Finishing materials create additional thermal insulation and sound insulation, thereby helping to avoid heating costs.
  • Environmental friendliness will create high quality life and protect you and loved ones from exposure to chemicals.
  • Well, aesthetic appearance will create the integrity and nobility of your home.
  • Ease of installation is a bonus, especially if the work is planned to be done by hand.

Unfortunately, not all cladding elements have the above properties, for example, facade painting is a long and laborious process and its durability depends on many factors. For myself, I noted the most practical way- cladding with facade panels. Below I will tell you what advantages and benefits this option brings.

Finishing with facade panels

Facade panels - practical and convenient

My delight knew no bounds when I got to know facade panels better. The main thing that struck me was the possibility of using it not only for the facade of the building, but also for the basement. By purchasing panels, you can kill two birds with one stone - to make wall and plinth cladding. Given the wide range of textures and colors- decorate your home in an original way.

Finishing with facade panels

It was not in vain that I spoke about the types of texture, they are produced taking into account fashion trends, so the most common options are brick and stone textures. With this presence of invoices, you can quickly arrange the building in modern style. For high-quality housing sheathing, it is worth using high-quality panels from conscientious manufacturers. After comparing many options, I noticed the fineber facade panels, which have proven themselves very well in recent times. Thanks to a domestic manufacturer, I was able to purchase Wall panels at a reasonable cost and the quality of the elements is excellent. As I later found out, the manufacturer uses only high-quality, foreign raw materials, which makes it possible to produce them that meet all weather conditions domestic climate.

Wide range of manufacturers

The Moscow company "Terna Polymer" presented a huge selection of series finishing panels for facades. Actual and high-quality facade panels are in great demand in Russia and in former countries CIS.

Below is a list of these unique products:

  1. Slate.
  2. A rock.
  3. Brick.
  4. Facing brick.
  5. Rock.
  6. wild stone.
  7. Natural stone.
  8. Large stone.

Fineber - facing facade panels "Wild Stone"

All these types of facade panels are wear-resistant, durable, have good moisture resistance and fire resistance. For a very competent amount, the manufacturer guarantees the impact resistance of the material, resistance to temperature extremes, environmental safety, durability and ease of installation. Fade resistance guarantees a great look for a long time.
Each of these types of panels perfectly mimics their natural counterparts. Facade panels under a stone (any variety) and under a rock will look especially rich. Moreover, it is possible to veneer both a house and a garage, a gazebo, ancillary buildings, having received the integrity and organic combination of a residential complex. The dimensions of the panels are standard - 1137 mm long and 470 mm wide, the area that they break is 0.45 sq.m.

Do-it-yourself panel installation

Wanting to save on finishing, I decided to mount the front panels with my own hands. A nice bonus was the presence detailed instructions from the manufacturer, which can become an indispensable guide for laymen in this topic. I installed the panels on brick wall, so I'll tell you about the specifics of working on such a surface.
First of all, I cleaned the wall of dirt and repaired small cracks with putty. On the advice of professionals, the wall was degreased with special solvents and cleaned of dust. Places where mold has appeared special formulations although you can simply hollow them out and putty, but I did not violate the integrity of the structure.

Installation of facade panels

After preparatory work I proceeded to the installation of facade panels, for this I performed the following algorithm of actions:

  • He applied markings on the walls, observing the dimensions of the facade panels.
  • I installed the outer corners, which I also purchased along with the plates.
  • I installed the starting bar at the bottom of the wall, but 1 cm from the outer corner, as recommended by the manufacturer. The horizontalness of the bar was checked with a level.
  • I did the installation of the starting bars with an interval of 30 cm.
  • Collected aluminum frame using p-slats.
  • He began to fix the plates with self-tapping screws. Between themselves, the panels are mounted on a tongue-and-groove in a horizontal version, and on special connections vertically.

Renovated building facade

Having thus assembled the structure, I was very pleased with the result. The building was renovated, it became fresh, beautiful, and most importantly, its walls were well protected.

Facade panels can be various forms, colors, textures, sizes, but they all perform the main functions: protecting walls from damage and external influences, decoration facade of the building.

Decorative panels are attached to the crate. They are a ventilated facade design. Each manufacturer's material has distinctive features in terms of quality, texture, collection of colors, fastening of elements.

A popular manufacturer of facade hinged structures is a FineBer company.

FineBeer panels for exterior finish Houses are products Russian manufacturer"Terna Polymer". The factory has been specializing in the production of similar materials: has high-tech equipment, specialists have undergone additional training before working on specialized machines.

Sheets for cladding are produced by casting, during which the material is pressed under high temperature. Then applied to the surface paintwork. Thanks to this technology, the strength of products is ensured.

Since the manufacturer is domestic, he has the opportunity to reduce the cost of products due to the absence of customs costs. The cost of FineBeer coverage is lower than foreign, which does not affect the quality of products.

In addition to privates panel elements Finebeer has accessories for every type. Additional elements contribute to the formation of completeness of the cladding and decorativeness.

Finebeer panels are quite light, their weight does not exceed 2-3 kilograms, which does not require additional strengthening of the foundation part of the structure.

Advantages and disadvantages of panels

FineBeer strives to constantly improve the quality of its products. This is due to great competition and the desire to implement new technologies in production.

Like any facade material, Finebeer has certain advantages:

  • adaptation of the material to domestic climatic conditions, which is typical for a large range of temperature differences;
  • long operating period;
  • due to the strong locking elements and the simplicity of the assembly of the structure, sufficient quick installation constructions;
  • decorative features. The manufacturer prefers textured design for facing brick or stone;
  • due to the lightness of the material, no load is created on the supporting structure;
  • moisture resistance of the coating ensured by the presence of strong locks;
  • at the expense polymer coating there is no possibility of mold and fungus formation on the surface;
  • the cost of FineBeer is lower than analogues;
  • sheathing is not required special care: capable of self-cleaning under the influence of rain flows;
  • material is fireproof, which is confirmed by test reports.

In addition, the coating with FineBeer facade panels is quite durable and wear-resistant.

To disadvantages facing panels FineBeer can be attributed to a significant expansion of the material with temperature fluctuations, which causes the fastening of the panels with the provision of a temperature gap.

Despite the manufacturer's declared ability to withstand ultraviolet radiation, the panels can fade over time, especially if the facade is on the sunny side.

The ability of the panel to break upon impact ensures careful handling and careful installation of products.

This factor is not directly related to quality defects. facade material, but it should be taken into account when delivering the material and working with it.

  • Russian fortress collection. Ceramic variety material.

Facade elements accurately imitate natural materials, repeating not only the texture pattern, but also bulges and irregularities natural material. All collections are completed with ten plates in a protected packaging container.

Preparing the wall for paneling

Installation of panels includes three types of work: preparation of walls for cladding, installation of lathing, installation of facade panels and additional elements.

Wall preparation is no less important condition ensuring reliable and high-quality facade cladding.

To protect the walls from corrosion and moisture, it is necessary to seal the seams, cracks, and also clean them from dust and debris. To prevent the formation of mold, fungus on the walls, it is advisable to treat them with a primer antiseptic.

It is important to check the horizontal and vertical walls with the help of a level, since the facing coating requires strict indicators. If there are small deviations (up to several centimeters), then they can be corrected with the help of a crate.

Installation of FineBeer facade panels

Facade elements are fastened to the crate.

You can create a frame using wooden beams or metal profile . wooden elements before installation, dry well and treat with moisture-resistant and antiseptic agents.

The lathing step is recommended to be performed along the length of the panel (with vertical lathing) or height (with horizontal rails). The manufacturer recommends installing additional guides that run along the center of the panel to ensure maximum rigidity of the coating.

The profile should be fixed around all openings. At the corners of internal and external it is necessary to install additional rails in accordance with the width of the element.

NOTE!

During the installation of the frame, the surface plane should be checked by level.

After mounting the frame, the facade elements should be fixed in the following sequence:

  • installation of a horizontal starting bar. The distance from the corner should be 30 cm. A 3 cm strip interruption will ensure expansion with temperature fluctuations. The bar line is mounted around the entire perimeter;
  • installation outside corners . The corner should be inserted into the starting line and attached in the upper holes, and then fixed in the remaining holes, observing the principle of thermal expansion (with a gap). If you need to increase corner element, then it should be overlapped by 30 mm;
  • installation of work panels. The panels should be inserted into the starting strip and between each other using castle elements. The last panel, if necessary, is cut strictly perpendicular;
  • installation internal corners . Additional elements to the collection in the form of internal corners are universal. They should be fastened to the crate and docked with the working panels in the grooves;
  • window decoration and doorways should be done with a J-profile. The same profile can be used for finishing coatings;
  • installation of accessories. For fastening additional elements, you can make appropriate holes, similar to those in the factory elements.

The installation process is not laborious, the design is assembled quickly. The FineBeer manufacturer recommends mounting the panels at a temperature of at least 10°C.

By cladding the facade with FineBeer panels, it is possible to ensure the protection of the walls, the decorative effect and the aesthetic appeal of the building.

To conduct an effective construction process great importance plays attracting quality and environmentally friendly safe materials. Fineber are modern PVC facade panels from a well-known Russian manufacturer. Such construction material is not only a bright component of the exterior of the building, but also qualitatively protects it from the destructive power of adverse climatic conditions.

Fineber has high frost resistance, so even in the coldest season the building will be protected from heavy snow loads and icing. In addition, the material is resistant to mechanical damage and has anti-corrosion properties. Fineber siding panels are easy to carry installation work and retain the brightness of colors for many years.

Material characteristics

Installation and installation of the starter bar for siding

The starting bar is fastened strictly horizontally, checking it with a level, below at a small distance (100mm) from the corner. Starting strips for siding are fastened with a step of 300 mm from each other, while maintaining a single level around the entire perimeter of the building.

Finishing the facade with FineBer materials (video)

outside corner

Start the installation of the outer corner from the left corner of the wall (according to the direction of installation of the panels). The bottom of the corner should line up with the bottom edge of the starting bar. The angle is fastened according to the same principle as the installation of a vertical profile. Installation should begin from the top of the facade. Do not fasten more than two corners at the same time.

Installation of facade panels

The first panel is inserted into starting bar and is wound into a groove located on the corner bar.

The panel does not start tightly, there is a small gap. All locks snap into place on the starting bar.

The first and last panels of the row must be cut at an angle of 90 degrees.

First, the siding is baited onto the frame, without fastening, then lines are drawn along which the top and bottom panels should be cut. After everything is done, you can fasten the panels with screws or nails to the frame through special holes designed for fasteners. The penultimate panel of the row should be fixed only on one side in order to bend it from the opposite side when installing the last panel. The last panel is inserted into the groove and the panels are docked. And after all the steps, you can finally fix the panels.

J-profile installation

The border is installed strictly according to the drawing with external improvement of internal corners. They are joined with the profile, forming a gap. In the place where the basement is separated from the main facade, the curb must be fixed under the starting bar.

Decoration of window and door openings

First, the J-profile is installed in the side parts of the opening, then in the upper part. If the border is used as a finishing element, the fastening part must be cut off on the panel included in its groove.

Additional elements

Shutters, visor and other components are attached to the frame on top installed panels through drilled holes, which are made with the calculation of a larger diameter than the diameter of the leg of a nail or self-tapping screw. We recommend learning about .

Fineber basement siding has a mass positive qualities and therefore suitable for use in Russia. It is quite easy to install, so you can install it yourself without the participation of professionals. We recommend to find out if it is worth using .

Fasteners. Finebeer basement siding is fixed to the crate with self-tapping screws or nails made of of stainless steel. The length of the leg should be such that it enters the material of the crate (base) to a depth of at least 3 cm. The diameter of the leg is 3 mm, the cap is 9 mm.

Base. For mounting basement siding FineBer use crate. It is placed horizontally, with a step of 44 cm. (Attention! For the "Wild Stone" series - the distance between the lower edges of the first and second rails is 43.5 cm, between the other rails is 44 cm. For the "Large Stone" and "Facing Brick" series - the distance between the lower edges of the first and second rails is 42 cm, between the remaining rails 44 cm. For the "Natural Stone" series - the distance between the lower edges of the first and second rails is 40.4 cm, between the remaining rails 42.4 cm. For the "Brick" series "and" Rock "- the distance between the lower edges of the first and second rails is 41.6 cm, between the remaining rails is 43.6 cm.) Separately, the lathing bars are fixed around the perimeter of the door, window openings, at the corners, along the lower and upper edges of the cladding area. The crate is assembled from bars 40x40 mm, the moisture content of the wood is not more than 15-20%. Previously, the bars are impregnated with fire protection. To make the lining more rigid, additional horizontal slats are attached in the center between the main bars. All bars and laths of the crate must form flat surface. Thermal insulation is placed between the bars.

Basement siding attachment. have perforated mounting holes. The legs of nails or self-tapping screws during fastening should fall strictly into their center, enter perpendicular to the plane of the cladding without slopes, bends. The head of the fastener should not touch the surface of the material (leave a temperature gap of 1-1.5 mm, see Fig. 4). Each panel is attached at least five points. When fastening J-profiles and internal corner elements, the spacing between fasteners does not exceed 25 cm.

temperature gaps. Basement siding and accessories for it can change linear dimensions with temperature changes. To avoid temperature deformations, during installation, gaps are provided between the cladding elements (panel ends and vertical profiles, slats). During installation in summer they are 5-6 mm, in winter - 9-10 mm. Westmet specialists do not recommend mounting facade panels at temperatures below -10°C. If the installation is performed with negative temperature, previously all elements of the cladding are kept in a warm room for 10 hours. When mounting vertical strips, profiles, the upper fasteners are placed at the upper edge of the mounting hole, all other fasteners are placed in the center of the mounting holes (see Fig. 6). The listed requirements are observed in order to compensate for the compression and expansion of the material during temperature changes and to prevent their deformation, warping, cracking.

FineBeer facade panels are installed horizontally, from the left edge of the wall to the right, as shown in fig. 3.

Mounting order

  • starting bar;
  • external corners, accessories;
  • ordinary panels.

Starting bar. Installed along the bottom edge of the cladding. When installed, it is located horizontally, at the same level around the entire perimeter of the building (the installation lines must match at all corners). The lower edge of the lath coincides with the lower edge of the first lath of the crate. At the edges of the walls, 30 cm from each of the corners, the plank is interrupted by 30 mm to provide a thermal gap (see Fig. 1). The strap is fastened every 30 cm or more often.

Facing without starting bar. If the foundation line is uneven, the starting bar is not set. Basement siding is attached to the crate, pre-cutting from the bottom in place. To fasten the lower edge of the panels, oval holes are pre-drilled in their seams, similar in shape to the factory perforation.

External and internal corners. The outer corner is attached to the vertical bar of the crate. The first fastener is made through the upper perforation so that the element "hangs" on it. Subsequent fasteners are placed in the center of the holes on both sides. The lower edge of the corner element must not reach the starting bar by 5 mm. External corners are assembled along the length of several elements. They are connected to each other, they are fastened in the center of the perforations (Fig. 3.). Each corner element is fixed at a minimum of three points on each side (6 anchors in total). They are not rigidly fixed on the crate, they leave a gap between the head of the screw or nail and the surface of the corner so that it can move freely during thermal expansion.

The inner corner is universal, it is attached to the crate through perforations at the inner perpendicular joints of the walls. Facade panels are fixed in grooves so as to obtain an even joint (see Fig. 5).

J profile. It is installed along the perimeter of window and door openings, along the upper edge of the cladding as a finishing element (Fig. 6, 7).

Installation of front panels. The first row is set on the starting bar. On the back side basement siding - L-shaped locks, with which they are connected to the bar. The first and last element in the row is cut at a right angle. When installing one row, the panels are assembled without fixing them in order to mark the line of cuts. They are made so that the last panel is no shorter than 30 cm. The cut off parts can be used as initial or final in the following rows (Fig. 2).

The left edge of the first panel in a row is brought under outer corner. To do this, it is cut at a right angle. When fastening, the lower edge of the trimmed panel is inserted into the starting bar, the panel is moved to the corner, and a temperature gap is left. The next one is inserted into the starting strip and connected to the previous one with grooves, pushed in as far as it will go, as shown in Fig. 2, 3.

If shutters, a visor, other additional elements, their fastening is carried out in the bars of the crate. Mounting holes are pre-drilled in the cladding, similar to perforations.
