Dowel houses - an alternative to change houses

Grooved board houses - attractiveness and functionality. Design, features, personal experience from FORUMHOUSE users. Often, before the appearance of a full-fledged house on the site, there is a need for temporary housing that will shelter the owners of the houses from the grooved board - attractiveness and functionality. Design, features, personal experience from FORUMHOUSE users.

Often, before a full-fledged house appears on the site, there is a need for temporary housing, which will shelter the owners for the period of the main construction. Not everyone can afford a capital building as a temporary building. Basically, these are compact, lightweight frame-type structures. Ready-made wooden change houses can be considered the most common - they provide a roof over your head, are acceptable, functional. However, one cannot expect increased decorativeness from such a structure, and in the future it will become a warehouse for household utensils and / or a workshop. Those for whom the visual component is also important, and whose temporary hut will later become a seasonal shelter for guests, prefer a different type of construction - country houses made of tongue and groove board. This topic is very popular among users of the FORUMHOUSE portal.

Temporary temporary strife

Grooved board houses - self bearing structures, in them the main load falls not on the frame of the timber, but on the cuts - the perpendicular joints of all walls (like a log house). The standard sheet pile thickness for a house is 45 - 70 mm, but due to the high cost of the material, this is usually the lower limit (45 mm). They are designed for seasonal living, manufacturers supply house kits - this is not only a set wooden elements for the construction of ceilings, walls, partitions and roofs, but also doors (interior and entrance), windows (usually plastic double-glazed windows), roofing material. The treatment of wood with an antiseptic is not practiced in production, but the wood is dried in the chambers, so the shrinkage of the structure during operation is minimal.

Companies involved in the production of such "designers" work both with their own standard projects and with individual sketches - they make sets to order, which also attracts consumers. The ability to immediately get a house designed for your own needs, and not adapt to a finished box, is always tempting. At the same time, the cost of a practical, but unattractive change house is quite comparable to the cost of a grooved house that looks much more fun. Companies work on a turnkey basis - they provide services for the installation of the foundation and assembly of the structure, and sell house kits for self assembly. It was the second option that attracted a portal member who created a profile topic.

I also wanted "like everyone else" - I looked at the change houses in kind - and immediately changed my mind for several reasons:

  • raw forest and no antiseptic treatment.
  • Frame made of thin timber 50x50 mm.
  • The inspected temporary buildings are already affected by blue, therefore, they will either rot in a few years, or fall apart.
  • Insulated temporary hut 6x2.3 m with clapboard lining - from 65 thousand, for metal frame- and even more expensive.
  • And most importantly - well, they are very cramped and scary!

And then I found houses made of tongue and groove on the net - both glorious, and at a price, although they come out a little more expensive, but also more functional.

After monitoring the market and visiting manufacturers, Elena812 settled on a company that offered to implement her project for less money.

Elena812FORUMHOUSE Member

I wanted compact house, but with full functionality: a room, a kitchen, a shower room, a toilet, an area - 6x4 m. I had to draw it myself, taking as a basis a typical project from the network. I visited the manufacturers with a ready-made sketch of the house of my dreams, asked me to shortchange - I chose a company that is cheaper - the difference was almost a third! And I didn’t regret it: very sincere and responsible people, no complaints, only gratitude.

Tellingly, the project originally provided for calculations has undergone significant changes - four rooms instead of two, plus a porch, but this did not affect the previously announced cost of the house kit. The speed of erection of the house (2 days by the firm) and the apparent simplicity of the work prompted Elena812 to self-assemble. It was decided to save money for installation, and at the same time acquire useful skills in the light of future construction. The main workforce is the portal participant herself and her son, with occasional help from relatives. And although a priceless practical experience, Elena812 admits that she decided to save money in vain, since the construction period stretched from two days to two months. Nevertheless, the house was built, settled in and the impressions are the most positive - no regrets about choosing a house made of tongue and groove. During the construction, Elena812 actively studied the forum threads on all issues of concern, consulted with other users and is very grateful to everyone who helped her with advice and personal experience This has helped to avoid many mistakes.

Construction

While the foundation was being arranged, I managed to soak all the hidden elements (not spray, but soak from the heart) with an antiseptic. Two canisters of 10 liters are gone. It turned out that this is not at all difficult to do with the help of a 3-liter rented from my sister. garden sprayer. Again, thanks to the members of the forum - I wouldn’t have thought of it myself, I would have smeared it with a brush to the carrot’s charm.

Despite the protracted deadlines for assembling the box and roofing system, the refusal of the company's services made it possible to improve the design:

  • Insulated the floor.
Finishing

Elena812 fully confirmed the veracity of the famous lines about women in Russian villages - it was on her shoulders that the process of polishing the walls from the inside and outside fell.

Elena812FORUMHOUSE Member

I didn’t even suspect that there was grinding, and that a planed board and a polished one were two big differences. But again, having studied the forum, I realized that I would have to grind, I confess - this was an unpleasant surprise. I really regret that I didn’t think of sanding the boards first, and then assembling the house. At least the gables are the hardest to get through. It's a shame, and there was plenty of time and opportunities, only there was not enough experience, maybe my experience will be useful to someone.

So, with the help of indestructible willpower and the best slogan "who, if not me", armed first with an eccentric, and then with a vibro-grinding machine, the author of the topic polished her house. After such accomplishments, impregnation with an antiseptic, sealing cracks with sealant and painting turned out to be an exciting and quite feasible business. Elena812 chose the paint, again, on the advice of the portal participants, and the nuances of the process were comprehended there. While the house was being finished from the inside, the rains soaked the porch with high quality, and it quickly became covered with blue, which had to be spent a lot of extra time, effort and nerves on etching (three days on a steam square meters). After defeating the stains, wood oil was chosen as the finishing layer - on the advice of professionals and ordinary users.

  • First of all - an antiseptic, and everything else can wait (porch experience).

Do-it-yourself plank house: step by step instructions + Video

Many of us dream of buying land outside the city. And to build a cozy, compact and most importantly safe country or country house. The most environmentally friendly pure material for the construction of housing is a tree. The air in these houses is always fresh and filled with the aromas of the forest. From the outside, the house looks beautiful and inviting. Same way this species work can be done by hand. Today we will talk about how to build a house from boards?

Preparatory work

House drawing

If you decide to do everything yourself, you should start with a drawing of the future home. It should include the frame layout, the location of the partitions, the height of the room, the type of roof, the location of windows and doors. Everything can be drawn by yourself.

If financial possibilities allow, we order a project from an architect or buy a standard one ready-made from contractors or developers.

Choice of wood

After the scheme, we determine the type of wood and its quantity.

For load-bearing structures, experts recommend using wood hard rock like oak or larch. Since they are able to withstand heavy loads, and are not subject to the process of decay. For house cladding, it is recommended to use pine, as the price-quality ratio satisfies the needs of the building. This material will require a lot.

Most importantly, all wooden elements must be treated with an antiseptic and flame retardants before installation.

Foundation selection

The next step is marking the site and choosing the type of foundation.

The foundation can be pile, tape and flooded monolithic slab.

Since the house from the boards belongs to light buildings, you can safely use piles. Some, instead of factory piles in the form of a drill, use buried asbestos-cement pipes filled with concrete mortar.

But in our case, we will use tape view foundation, for this you will need to remove the soil to a depth of 90 cm. Fill in a layer of sand and crushed stone and tamp everything.

We expose the formwork from a non-edged board without slots, fasten it with self-tapping screws.

We make two levels of a reinforced belt, the reinforcement is connected to each other with a knitting wire.

After that, everything is poured with a concrete solution, everything should be poured at a time, and then rolled with a metal roller to remove air.

It is required to wait 28 days for the concrete to completely harden and set.

Tools for the job

For the process of installing a house from boards, you will need the following:

Frame erection

The erection of the frame, start with the bottom strapping.

For strapping, a bar measuring 15 cm by 5 cm is usually used. Through a double layer of waterproofing (roofing material, waterproofing), we lay the bar and fasten it with anchors or studs that were laid in advance in concrete. The second layer is laid in the overlappings of the joints of the first row. Wood must be dry and treated by special means. The boards are also knocked together with galvanized nails after 20-30 cm. The surface level of the entire strapping plane is measured using building level.

Next, we fasten the strapping boards, they have the same dimensions as the boards for the lower strapping.

Just install it on the edge and nail it every 40-50 cm.

Next, lags are installed with an interval of about 50 cm, for better redistribution of the load.

The size of the lag is 15 cm by 5 cm.

Fastened from each edge with 2 nails to the strapping board.

Floor insulation is done with mineral wool, do not forget about the waterproofing membrane or polyethylene film, you can also insulate with sawdust.

Leaving a gap of 2-3 cm for ventilation between the insulation and the subfloor.

Finishing floors are laid on top of the subfloor edged boards offset or PVC boards, plywood should only leave a gap between sheets of 2-3 mm.

You can also use floorboard for home. Fasten with screws.

Next install vertical bars, they can be 15 cm by 15 cm or 10 cm by 10 cm. 10 cm by 10 cm. They are mainly installed during construction one-story houses. And 15 cm by 15 cm are used for the construction of two-story houses. Install first corner bars, and then in increments of 50-60 cm. The step is usually chosen according to the size of the insulation. They are usually fastened with metal corners. But you can also use a half-base cut, or hammer wooden dowels.

We immediately mark the places for windows and doors, they should be strengthened with another row of boards. The walls are reinforced inside the frame with jibs. Then we make the upper harness, install the floors, rafters, make the crate and mount the roof. The roof should be light.

The ceiling is lined from below with an edged board, a layer of waterproofing, a layer of insulation, a layer of vapor barrier are laid.

If you use the space under the roof as an attic, then we cover it with a subfloor and plywood sheets. At your request, you can also insulate the roof.

Arrangement of walls and installation of windows and doors

After the frame is set, you should start laying communications that will be hidden in the cavity of the walls.

FROM outer side sheathing is carried out with a flat or semicircular edged board. Boards must be processed with special means. Before proceeding to the lining from the inside, insulation should be made.

We use as a heater basalt wool.

It is available in rolls and mats. It is better to choose in mats, since the density is greater, and, accordingly, it is better to lay walls between the beams. Experts recommend laying mineral wool in two layers, the first 10-15 cm, and the second 5 cm, and accordingly, during installation, we shift the seams.

But as we know, cotton wool has the ability to absorb moisture, so with outside we fix the walls with waterproofing material, and with inside vapor barrier material.

For finishing on the inside of the wall, you can also use edged boards or sheets of plywood, OSB. Sheets should not be fastened tightly, but leaving a gap of 2-3 mm.

We carry out the installation window frames. The type of glazing should be chosen according to the purpose of the room.

If you want to live in winter for a while, then it is best to install triple-glazed windows or energy-saving ones (filled with inert gas).

And if not, then double-glazed windows will suffice.

We also install front door and interior doors.

Out of practice, even on expensive ones metal doors, condensation forms on the inside of the door and smudges appear.

On top of the rough layer of the wall, you can do any finish, using drywall, wallpaper, tiles and much more.

It should be noted that in the places of installation and fastening of heavy equipment, mortgages should be laid for better load distribution.

If there is a fireplace in the house, then at the location of the fireplace itself on the floor, additionally treat with fire retardants plus lay the mortgage, and fix it over the mortgage a metal sheet.

All your house is ready.

If you are thinking of building a summer house or suburban housing, then a house made of planks is the right one and optimal choice environmentally friendly, functional and affordable housing.

And most importantly, you can do the entire installation yourself by watching videos and reading information on the Internet. But if you want 100% quality and a guarantee, then you should contact specialized organizations and firms.

Temporary temporary strife

Tongue-and-groove board - processed board from different varieties wood, having fasteners along the edges: on the one hand - a spike, on the other - a groove (tongue). The board is carefully planed, thanks to which it has a presentable appearance, and the mounting system allows you to assemble monolithic panels without gaps and the use of additional fasteners. It turns out durable reliable connection with a minimum of effort and time.

An alternative to a temporary hut, or the woman had no trouble

After the purchase of the plot, the need arose to build a temporary shelter, which in the future will become a guest house, and in the present it will provide a comfortable existence while waiting capital house. The choice fell on the sheet pile structure for several reasons.

Tellingly, the project originally provided for calculations has undergone significant changes - four rooms instead of two, plus a porch, but this did not affect the previously announced cost of the house kit.

The speed of erection of the house (2 days by the firm) and the apparent simplicity of the work encouraged self-assembly.

It was decided to save money for installation, and at the same time acquire useful skills in the light of future construction.

And although invaluable practical experience was acquired, the construction period stretched from two days to two months. Nevertheless, the house was built, settled in and the impressions are the most positive - no regrets about choosing a house made of tongue and groove.

Foundation

Since the structures made of grooved boards are distinguished by their small mass, they do not require foundations. increased strength- slabs or strip foundations. Most often, pile-grillage foundations are made under them. But due to the composition of the soil, in this case, a different construct was chosen - supporting posts made of foundation blocks (20x40x40 cm), and under them along the entire perimeter - sand cushion. The first attempt to arrange a cushion by the forces of the involved "Uzbekstroy", who had not seen the simplest hydraulic level, was not successful - they had to re-ram the embankment on their own.

Construction

So that the house can be used from early spring until late autumn, a double floor was made and insulated with polystyrene foam, 10 cm thick. The strapping is also double - from below a board 45x200 mm, and already on the board - a bar, a dozen. The boards were fastened to the beam with self-tapping screws from above and below, such a “snake” prevents twisting. The wood was treated with an antiseptic from a conventional garden sprayer - this is much faster and more efficient than with a brush.

Despite the protracted terms of assembly of the box and the roofing system, the refusal to use the services of the company made it possible to improve the design:

  • They protected the wood (treatment with an antiseptic during assembly by the company is not provided).
  • Insulated the floor.
  • We changed the method of fastening the lag - they cut it into a beam and fixed it with corners, initially they had to lie on top without additional. fasteners.
  • We changed the method of attaching the box to the strapping - instead of nails, they mounted it on corners and plates.
  • The roof overhangs were increased - instead of the original 12 cm, they were brought up to 30 cm.

Shortcomings were revealed during the workflow:

  • The size doorways corresponded to the canvas without a box - I had to cut it out with a chainsaw, fortunately, the casing hid the flaws that remained as a result.
  • The window openings turned out to be smaller than the frames - the same chainsaw helped out.
Finishing

Armed first with an eccentric, and then with a vibration grinder, the author polished her house. After such accomplishments, impregnation with an antiseptic, sealing cracks with sealant and painting turned out to be an exciting and quite feasible business. While the house was being finished from the inside, the rains soaked the porch with high quality, and it quickly turned blue, which had to be spent a lot of extra time, effort and nerves on etching (three days on a couple of square meters). After defeating the stains, wood oil was chosen as the finishing layer - on the advice of professionals and ordinary users.

To help everyone who is thinking about building, large-scale or trial, a selection of rules from the topikstarter:

  • Money for the construction ends faster than the construction itself.
  • You can not leave the construction site without supervision, if mercenaries are working - total control.
  • Construction - best diet, overweight walk away with a brisk pace.
  • First of all, an antiseptic, and everything else can wait (porch experience).published econet.ru

Do-it-yourself house from boards: phased construction work

Do-it-yourself construction of a house from boards is based on the use of different kind boards. At the same time, it is possible to build popular frame houses with certain skills, experience and knowledge, how to build a house.

You can make a wooden house from boards with your own hands by preparing necessary tools and materials that should be required. They include the following types of accessories:

  1. Board for the floor (unedged 20 mm).
  2. Minvat.
  3. Penoteks.
  4. Roofing material.
  5. Windows with wooden frames.
  6. Wood doors without fittings.
  7. A board for creating a frame, which is also suitable for the purpose of the device truss system, walls and gables in the house.
  8. Lining for facing ceilings in the premises of the house and the facade to the house. It's better to take boards conifers.
  9. Frame partitions, which are sheathed with coniferous clapboard.
  10. Grooved board.

Often, a wooden frame is built using oak wood boards; larch is also ideal.

When these materials are not available, the most commonly used suitable species wood. Installation angular types connections are carried out on the basis of the tenon-groove method. Construction at the same time is associated with fitting the boards with the greatest accuracy so that there is no formation of gaps between them. Since wood can rot when interacting with certain types of materials, the use of iron fasteners in construction wooden house experts do not advise. This can lead to loosening of the building. best view fastener may be wooden dowels.

It is more practical to create thermal insulation of a wooden house after fixing the frame with wooden braces so that it cannot destroy the structure. Wooden braces prepared for construction are usually installed in the amount of 3 pieces. Outside wooden frame usually sheathed with boards, which must be installed at the required angle, which will give them the greatest rigidity. This is necessary to protect the tree from the weather so that it does not swell in a rainy autumn and does not dry out in the heat of summer. So how to build a house?

Phased construction work on the construction of a house from boards

Building a house from boards involves the following stages of work:

  1. Laying the bottom trim on the waterproofing layer of the base of the house.
  2. Processing boards with an antiseptic.
  3. Laying flooring on the floor using a steam and heat insulator and waterproofing materials.
  4. Laying floor covering from wood by using wedges and staples for sealing.
  5. Installing the frame of the walls of the house on the floor and fastening the vertical boards.
  6. Assembly of the truss system and its installation.
  7. Execution of the lathing for the roof and covering with the use of roofing material together with the roofing material of the created lathing.
  8. Sheathing with an inch of walls, followed by treatment with antiseptics and fireproof liquids.
  9. Installation of windows and doors.
  10. Vapor barrier and thermal insulation from the inside of a wooden house using mineral wool.
  11. Wall cladding with glassine and lining.
  12. Installation of electrical communications for supplying electricity to a wooden house.
  13. Frame coloring in 2 layers using foam.

The installation of window frames is carried out depending on the frequency of use of the building, since windows with double frames must be installed in it for winter living. The last step is the construction of the roof of the house. The type of roof can be shed, or it can have a number of slopes. As a roofing material, slate, metal sheet, ondulin, tile are suitable.

Country house "Prostor" - a small building measuring 4 * 4 meters, this house is being built from a tongue-and-groove board 40 mm thick, commonly called a mini-beam. The advantage of the construction technology of such country house is the undeniable speed of construction at a relatively low cost. Such a house can be built in just a couple of days. If you do not build it on your own, it will cost no more than 100,000 rubles, but if you decide to build it yourself, then even cheaper.

Also one of the advantages of this house is the complete absence after the construction of internal and exterior finish which in turn will save you time and quite a decent amount of money.

A relatively flat area was chosen for the construction of the country garden house “Prostor”, on which small concrete blocks on a pillow consisting of sand and gravel.

After that, the roofing material was laid on the blocks and the lower harness was assembled. The lower trim was assembled from a 100 * 100 timber and a 50 * 100 mm board.

Started assembling the walls. The garden house box was assembled by two people in one day, taking into account that the locks of the boards were made on site using a jigsaw.

With all the seeming complexity of the lock connection and the destruction of a pair of patterns, the production of blanks has risen to the stream.

After assembling the box of the house, the walls, both inside and outside, did not need further finishing except for painting or covering with a decorative protective layer.

It's time to make the roof. The rafters were laid.

Then we started building the roof. The rafters were sewn up with a board, and proceeded to the flooring of the roofing material.

Decided to use as roofing material shingles, as the easiest to install and not expensive material.

They laid the floor in between, as the installation of the roof was coming to an end. On the floor, a floorboard was used as the most durable material on the market.

Country house “Prostor”

Installed windows and doors. Installed on the ends of the roof end strips and breathed a sigh of relief. The house is ready.

After the completion of the construction of a country garden house interior decoration looked great. The smell of pine filled the lungs, which made us feel lighter and lighter with every breath after a long day at work.

Country house “Prostor”

Since the house was a summer house, no insulation was provided. But we understood that if we needed to insulate, then insulating such a house would not be difficult. It turned out pretty nice in my opinion. According to this project, I think it is possible to make both a bathhouse and a summer house or a guest house, for example. The main thing is built quickly and not expensive.

Consumption ecology. Manor: Often, before a full-fledged house appears on the site, there is a need for temporary housing that will shelter the owners for the period of the main construction. It turns out a strong, reliable connection with a minimum of effort and time.

Houses made of grooved boards are self-supporting structures, in which the main load falls not on the timber frame, but on the cuts - perpendicular joints of all walls (like a log house). The standard sheet pile thickness for a house is 45 - 70 mm, but due to the high cost of the material, this is usually the lower limit (45 mm).

They are designed for seasonal living, manufacturers supply house kits - this is not only a set of wooden elements for the construction of ceilings, walls, partitions and roofs, but also doors (interior and entrance), windows (usually plastic double-glazed windows), roofing material.

At the same time, the cost of a practical, but unattractive change house is quite comparable to the cost of a tongue-and-groove house that looks much more fun. The companies work both on a turnkey basis - they provide services for installing the foundation and assembling the structure, as well as selling house kits for self-assembly. It was the second option that was chosen.

An alternative to a temporary hut, or the woman had no trouble

After the purchase of the plot, the need arose to build a temporary shelter, which in the future will become a guest house, and in the present it will provide a comfortable existence in anticipation of a capital house. The choice fell on the sheet pile structure for several reasons.

Tellingly, the project originally provided for calculations has undergone significant changes - four rooms instead of two, plus a porch, but this did not affect the previously announced cost of the house kit.

The speed of building a house (2 days by the company) and the apparent simplicity of the work for self assembly.

It was decided to save money for installation, and at the same time acquire useful skills in the light of future construction.

And although invaluable practical experience was gained, but the construction period stretched from two days to two months. Nevertheless, the house was built, settled in and the impressions are the most positive - no regrets about choosing a house made of tongue and groove.

Foundation

Since grooved board structures are distinguished by a small mass, they do not require high-strength bases - slabs or strip foundations. Most often, pile-grillage foundations are made under them. But due to the composition of the soil, in this case, a different construct was chosen - support posts made of foundation blocks (20x40x40 cm), and under them around the entire perimeter - a sand cushion. The first attempt to arrange a cushion by the forces of the involved "Uzbekstroy", who had not seen the simplest hydraulic level, was not successful - they had to re-ram the embankment on their own.

Construction

So that the house could be used from early spring to late autumn, a double floor was made and insulated with foam plastic, 10 cm thick. The boards were fastened to the beam with self-tapping screws from above and below, such a “snake” prevents twisting. The wood was treated with an antiseptic from a conventional garden sprayer - this is much faster and more efficient than with a brush.

Despite the prolonged assembly time of the box and the roofing system, refusal of the services of the company allowed to improve the constructive:

  • They protected the wood (treatment with an antiseptic during assembly by the company is not provided).
  • Insulated the floor.
  • We changed the method of fastening the lag - they cut it into a beam and fixed it with corners, initially they had to lie on top without additional. fasteners.
  • We changed the method of attaching the box to the strapping - instead of nails, they mounted it on corners and plates.
  • The roof overhangs were increased - instead of the original 12 cm, they were brought up to 30 cm.

Shortcomings were revealed during the workflow:

  • The size of the doorways corresponded to the canvas without the box - I had to cut it out with a chainsaw, fortunately, the casing hid the flaws that remained as a result.

  • Construction is the best diet, extra pounds go away with a brisk step.
  • First of all - an antiseptic, and everything else can wait (porch experience).

    Roof insulation under the ridge:

Roof insulation under the ridge with tile insulation 40 kg/m. kb. with the choice of thickness: 50mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, vapor-waterproofing, crate with ventilation gap

Installation and insulation of the ceiling (100mm):

Ceiling insulation will protect your home from heat loss in winter and save comfortable temperature inside the house in the summer heat.

If you imagine a section of the ceiling insulation (from the inside out), then the design will look like this:

    1. Interior decoration (lining 16x89 mm)

    2. Vapor barrier (vapor barrier membrane Izospan V)

    3. Beams (bar 100x50mm)

    5. Waterproofing ( waterproofing windproof vapor-permeable membrane Izospan A)

All work on roof insulation must be carried out during the construction of the house, otherwise, you will have to remove the roofing material, because. may be of poor quality.

    Floor insulation (100mm):

The coldest part of the house is the floor. Therefore, in order to make you feel comfortable, our company offers the service "Floor insulation by joists". All materials used for insulation are certified.

If you imagine a section of the insulated floor, then the design will look like this:

    1. Draft floor (board 100x20 mm with a step of 300 mm)

    2. Floor logs (board 100x50mm, 150x50mm, treated with an antiseptic)

    3. Waterproofing (waterproofing film / manufacturer Juta a.s. Czech Republic / JF D 110 Standard)

    4. Insulation (ROKLIGHT mineral wool boards, thickness 100mm)

    5. Vapor barrier (vapor barrier film / manufacturer Juta a.s. Czech Republic / JF N 110 Standard)

    6. Finishing floor (grooved floor board 100x36 mm)

    Treatment protective composition:

    Pile foundation 89x2500mm:

For pile foundation our company recommends using piles with a shaft diameter of 89 mm, a shaft wall thickness of 3.5 mm, a blade thickness of 5 mm and a length of 2.5 m. Each pile has a two-component anti-corrosion coating based epoxy resins Enamel EP-439S (TU 2312-042-05034239-94).

The foundation on screw piles is indispensable on soils with a high level of freezing, moisture, mobile, peat, as well as in areas with a significant elevation difference. During installation, all piles are screwed to a depth of 2.2 m at a distance of no more than 3 meters relative to each other. The cavity of the pile is concreted (concrete M300). Then, 250x250mm heads are installed on the piles, which serve as a platform for attaching the timber. Foundation design is based on the requirements of SNiPa 2.02.03-85, SP 50-102-2003, SNiPa 23-01-99 and GOST 10705-80 and GOST 3262-75, etc. To create a single and holistic design screw piles between themselves must be fastened with a beam.
